Paradise in Southwest Florida -- Naples! If flying...only a 40-minute drive from Ft Myers Airport or 90 minutes from Fort Lauderdale or Miami airports.

This Villa has the Greenlinks Resort Flamingo floor plan with 1,343 square feet of living space. You will enjoy 2 smartly decorated bedrooms which are separated by both bathrooms...along with a comfortable living room, separate dining area, and stools for counter eating.

The Master Bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, an iron/ironing board, and a Smart TV. The oversized master bathroom has two vanities, all-glass shower, and a deep-soak tub.

In the second bedroom, you will find two twin beds, big closet, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and a bathroom that opens to this bedroom and also to the hallway.

There is a washer/dryer combo for your use too.

The perfect place for morning coffee -- the large, screened lanai complete with a ceiling fan. Not only will you enjoy the lake view, you will be soothed by the lake's fountain that is directly in your line of view.

This Villa is our 3rd rental property in Southwest Florida. We brought all our hosting knowledge to this little piece of paradise when recently preparing it for your arrival. We know our guests enjoy high-end linens and towels along with a smartly appointed kitchen, and that is what we have waiting for you. We also know you want to feel like you are on vacation in SW Florida, and we have chosen the decor to do just that.

The kitchen includes all new: Coffee maker, single-use Keurig, electric tea kettle, blender, knife block, plenty of pots and non-stick pans, strainer, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, muffin pan, large crock pot, toaster, plenty of cooking utensils, selection of spices, and a pizza pizzazz which is great for all those delicious leftover you will bring back. You will also find plates, bowl, mugs, glasses, and silverware in sets of eight.

The black stainless appliances include: microwave, dishwasher, spacious double-door fridge with an ice-maker and water/ice dispenser in the door.

We know you will want to hit the beautiful beaches of Marco Island or Naples as well as use the amazing heated pool in the Villa complex. The pool is less than a 2 minute walk from door-to-door. We have supplied oversized, soft, beach towels. We have also supplied two different cooler sizes, beach umbrella, and beach chairs to take to the beach.

You will enjoy complimentary access to not only the gorgeously landscaped pool and spa but also the gym, tennis courts, bocce and shuffleboard courts, card room, and small business center. The pool area has shaded areas as well as plenty of space to soak up the sun. There are plenty of lounge chairs as well as tables and upright chairs for your comfort. The swimming pool offers swimming lanes as well as shallow waters. There are lounge chairs, new BBQ grills, and picnic tables in the pool area too.

The Player’s Golf Club and Snead Tavern is just a 4-minute walk for fine dining.

Within just a short drive, you will find everything you need from restaurants, fast-food, grocery stores, and Walmart Supercenter. The beautiful beaches of Marco Island are less than 10 minutes away with public parking. Within 15 minutes in the opposite direction, you can be at the popular beaches of Naples. You will want to make sure you catch the sunsets at either of these beaches.

Nearby attractions include Marco Island, the famous 5th Avenue of Naples with fine dining and galleries, the 3rd Street Marketplace, and the famous Naples Pier which offers dolphin watching and fishing. Numerous nature preserves are located within driving distance, as well as the Everglades, Botanical Gardens, and Naples Zoo.

We had a really nice stay in this villa. It is decorated so nicely with the beach vibe that was so peaceful and relaxing. Pool area was nice and the golf vouchers were an added plus. The golf was great, courses are very well maintained

My fiancé and I had a great time at this villa! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was within a 30 minute drive to everything we wanted to do while in town. It was also close to plenty of tasty restaurants in the area! While we didn’t take advantage of being so close to the beach, we did take advantage of having access to the pool. That was a great option to have to cool off after long days out in the Florida heat. I was also able to use the gym on the resort property which was nice. The villa is located within walking distance of both which was very convenient. Over all my fiancé and I had an amazing time and would definitely book again!

The home was comfortable, well equipped and immaculate. We used the pool, which was a very short walk away, nearly every day. Communication with the owner was easy. It really was a perfect stay. We would return in a heartbeat if we the chance.

All was good, with only commentary as follows: 1) Mattress in the master bedroom was way too soft for us, and 2) Would be good for you to remove the water savers in the shower heads, as the water pressure is very low and hard to shower. Thanks again!

We loved the layout and location. Lovely, cheerful and plenty of space for a couple or small family. We loved the screened porch overlooking the pond, pool and fountain. Only negative comment is for the cleaners. They need to mop the floor. Our feet got dirty walking barefoot overall nice quiet place for a getaway

We spent March Break at this unit with our 17 and 14 year old teens. The condo is exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. I can't think of a single thing that was lacking. Kitchen was fully equipped, Beach/Pool towels and beach chairs provided, comfortable sitting area, spacious bedrooms and comfy beds. The lanai was really enjoyable for morning coffee and evening rounds of cards and a glass of wine. The tennis courts were in good condition and the pool was handy (no problem to secure loungers when we were there). We also played 2 rounds of golf at Mustang (no problem renting clubs). Sam Sneads is a 2 minute walk and has an amazing menu and very yummy desserts. A++ experience.

We we’re very happy with the size and cleanness of the place . Everything we needed was in this unit. We had an issue with the heat pump in a very cold week but the manager did is best to get it fix as soon as possible . Good thing we had big blankets in tbe closet waiting for us . If it wasent for that it would of been a perfect week .

Beautiful condo with great updates and everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Perfect location - close to pool/clubhouse, as well as tennis courts, which we used a couple of times. Owner was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Would 100% recommend this condo, and would not hesitate to stay again!

We had such a great time at this location. My husband and I both agreed it was probably one of the nicest units we have ever rented anywhere. The unit looked recently updated and painted. The utensils and appliances were almost brand new. The owner/property manager worked with us as we had an earlier arrival and later departure time scheduled with the airport which was a tremendous help to us. We did have to purchase an additional hand towel as there was only 1 in the unit but there were plenty of bath towels and beach towels available. The clubhouse and pool were top notch. My only suggestion would be to put weather stripping around the front door as we had a couple of uninvited geckos visiting. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a very pleasant stay at Lely resort. Location is great, condo was exactly as described on VRBO. Host emailed responses in a timely manner. Condo was very clean, and all furniture was comfortable and well cared for. King size bed provided a very comfortable nights sleep. Bathrooms are large and well appointed. Was a plus to have beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler to take to Marco Island, which is a quick 7.5 miles. Lely resort is great for walking and bike riding. Unfortunately bike rental shop was not close by. Pool which is located very closely to the condo was great and temperature was perfect. Enjoyed that the pool was open until 9:00 pm. Would definately stay here again.
