Nicely furnished 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage located close to town and main thoroughfares. Fully equipped kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, and large island for eating your meals or there is a dining table also. Queen mattress with comfortable linens in master BR. Twin bed in second bedroom. All mattresses and box springs fully enclosed for sanitation. Large closets for clothing/travel items. Queen sleeper sofa in main area for added sleeping arrangements. Infant pack-n-play provided for baby. Large bathroom with walk in jacuzzi tub equipped with hand held or mounted shower head. Washer and dryer available for laundry. Small sitting area at front and rear of home with nice yard. Parking is on the street and will accommodate two vehicles. Recreation center nearby with walking track, indoor gym, and seasonal pool. The cottage is very clean and homely. It is also very accommodating with a helpful information binder (this was our first VRBO stay and it was much appreciated) and miscellaneous items you may forget. It is conveniently close to Hickory and grocery stores.stors

Comfortable and cozy place. Nice neighborhood. Very well stocked. Owners were very responsive and pleasant to interact with. Couldn’t ask for more.

such a great stay! It was a short stay for my daughters dance competition. loved having space for our 3 young children and being able to cook our meals and even do our laundry. Definitely beat staying in a hotel and having to eat out for every meal, and going home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes. Very clean and the pull out couch was actually REALLY comfortable

Cottage is super sweet, full of little cherry details and beautifully decorated. The host was so thoughtful and included a binder with notes on the cottage, menus to different restaurants in the area, coffee and waters and even bath bombs for the walk in jacuzzi tub. Would def book it again if I go back to the area.

This was a wonderful VRBO experience; the Cottage is decorated so cute, it was sparkly clean, cozy had every detail thoughtfully ready for comfort. We’ll be back.

Very neat and clean. Everything you needed was there and available. Comfortable beds and amazing jet tub. One of the best places I’ve stayed in. 10 all the way around. Looking forward to my next visit there. Ty so much

The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The bathroom is huge so that’s a big plus. We will definitely stay again if traveling to see family again.

As you walk in the property is so invited and very tastefully decorated. Everything is you can imagine is thought of for you. I would love to have Peggy's shopping list for the blankets and towels, they were the softest i ha e every seen.

I brought my handicapped parents to the area for a little weekend getaway, I have to say that the owners of this home have thought of every detail. From the beautiful cherry theme throughout to the personalized greeting when you enter the home. If you are traveling with mobility challenged family or friends this home is perfect for them. I cannot express the amount of detail the owner puts into making you comfortable enough!

From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. There was a nice welcome sign waiting for us, and seeing the house person was even better than the photos. The care and detail they put into the house can be seen in every room. We have two children and we were pleasantly surprised when we saw that the house had everything we needed (pack and play, kids utensils, cups and plate). It was conveniently located to all the places we needed to be and we loved taking a bit of peace and quiet when the kids were asleep to sit on the back deck. This was definitely a stay we won’t forget.

We enjoyed our weekend stay! The house was a great size for our family of 5. Our oldest had a dance competition in Lenoir and the house was a convenient location, plus we enjoyed the comfort of being in a house over a hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

We felt instantly at home in this cozy retreat. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room by the fireplace. My son was able to work on schoolwork at the breakfast bar. We looked forward to coming back each day to sleep in our comfy beds. The bathroom was perfectly equipped with fluffy towels and hair and body wash and an easy to use walk in tub. I’m looking forward to coming back this summer.

We were so pleased with the Cherry Street Cottage! It is perfectly appointed and beautifully decorated. The cottage looks to be recently updated and has all of the modern amenities that we would want. I highly recommend this cute cottage.
