Beautifully appointed hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The public water taxi was nearby making it easy to travel around the island. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Venice.

I not usually one to write reviews but this place was excellent!! Stayed for two days before going to Ravenna to board our cruise. Couldn’t have picked a better spot! Every aspect of this hotel was exceptional! Staff was so helpful and beyond polite. Room was beautiful with lots of extra little touches to make it feel special. Our last night there we came back to fruit and wine on our table waiting for us. 10/10 highly recommend!

Superb, well appointed luxury hotel just away from the madding crowds. Our room had a canal view and yes the boats can make a noise from quite early but it's part of the Venetian charm! Very comfortable room with sizeable bathroom and comfy bed. Staff are very very helpful and always smiling. Fully recommend taking the breakfast option - sets you up for the day.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were very nice and professional. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Stephanie who was very nice She showed us our room and welcomed us with a bottle of cold champagne that was very sweet. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The hotel restaurant was not available during stay but the restaurants around the hotel were good and right next to the water. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to stay in Venice!

Really easy to get to from Venice train station and transit hub, free drinks upon arrival, nearby several restaurants with a fantastic one right in the hotel, and they helped book me a private water taxi at 3 am for my early morning flight. super fancy hotel rooms with significant attention to detail. Looking at the photos, I wondered if the architecture would be magnificent or a little fake, but the reviews were great and I tried it. Seen in the flesh, it has been lovingly restaured and is magnificent and charming. Restaured frescoes and stuccos, attention to details, true materials. The electronic controlled everything in the room is a little too clever though. The neighborhood is very nice, both active, away from the crowd and close to everything. It is a small palazzo, which the considerate staff made us feel more like a nice home in Venice than a hotel. Well done !

Exquisite hotel. Shutters and black out curtains made for the most peaceful sleep. Located within walking distance of St. Mark’s Square with so many dining options nearby. The included breakfast was more than you can imagine. The espresso maker in the room was fabulous too. You won’t regret it.

The photos do not do this property justice. The rooms look old in the photos and that could not be further from reality. The rooms are freshly renovated and the motif makes them appear in photos to have faded paint and furnishings, this is due to the color aesthetic not coming through in the pictures.
