For £20 for me and a m8 for one night you can't complain really, but they need to get new beds or mattresses, they were bloody torture, I didn't get much sleep.

A little shabby, but thats to be expected at such low prices - friendly & helpful and the bed was really comfy which is the main thing really!

It’s a room at the end of the day. If u want amazing go to Dubai or something.

Near Winter Gardens. That’s all.

this was a terrible place, stayed 4 days and got covered in bites from the bed bug infested dirty bed. place is dirty, outdated and needs a complete overhaul to be even satisfactory.

Stay was good bar area in my eyes is to dark and dingy the staff all overly friendly

The couple who worked there were lovely, couldnt fault them at all.
For a SUPER budget hotel the amenities in the room were surprising. Free tea and coffee and a kettle, a TV. Soap, towels, were all really unexpected but a great addition. Location is brilliant, just off the main centre so quiet enough to be just outside the action for a quiet nights sleep (as long as the people in the rooms next to you SHUT UP!) Over all, pleasant for £17 a night.
The ONLY thing I would say is watch out for bed bugs :'( we found one and a few blood stains on the bedding. (Id sleep in a bin bag it doesnt bother me) But for those who are precious about this, just be aware :) The matress was a bit hard too but like I said, 17 im not expecting a cloud.

the shared shower was filthy and would of taken well over an hour of cleaning to get it up to any standard of use.
Also there was no sink to wash your hands after using toilet so your hands would remain unwashed until you got back to your room.
the bannisters couldn't possibly be sanitised as all guests would have had to use it with unwashed hands after toilet.
Nasty.

Despite not being able to reach this hotel by phone the new landlady was very nice and helpful. Room was adequate for our one night stay and beds comfy. Clean towels provided and tea making facilities (though our kettle didnt work). It was clean but there was no breakfast as stated on the booking and she was waiting for her bar licence to come through so not available for our stay. Only 6 min drive to Pleasure Beach which was our reason for visiting Blackpool.

Great service bit noisy.

My stay was nice apart from my room it was cold
2.9
It was very basic but not athsteticly pleasing not comfy. The shower was absolutely filthy and un-usable.
2.9
Not a very nice hotel run by people not experienced in hotel management, rooms dated poor décor
2.9
The hotel was filthy, light bulb missing so got one but wouldn’t work. The shower tray was full of dirt, toilet was dirty bed was very uncomfortable you could feel every spring. Would not recommend to anyone and would definitely not stay again.

Arrived at site to find hotel staff very drunk halls of hotel had a bad smell of drugs room had bad smell of damp never stay at this hotel all in all very poor for the price

I wouldn't stay here. I went there with my family it was like a brothel with women with skirts up their backsides and every thing else. The host met us stoned hotel smelt of weed. Was disgusting. Wouldn't recommend to people with families.
2.9
It was ok
2.9
Would NOT reccomend! Hotel was abysmal! Got judged on my size and weight upon arrival asking if id fit in a standard douvke bed. Room wasn't cleaned prior to use. Toilet still had toilet roll and poo in; Shower had black scum and hair in basin, bin wasn't emptied, tootpaste all over taps. The bathroom stunk of sewage, TV had little to no signal and WiFi could not be connected to anywhere in hotel
2.9
Not exactly luxurious, but OK if you just want a bed for the night and no more.
2.9
The carpet was flooded. Was told it had happened night before but unsure if true as all bottom of bed was also wet. Room had 2 shoe hangers and half a coat hanger. Curtain was hanging off. For £58 a night, I would expect the cleanliness to be a lot better. The only benefit was that it was only for one night and there was a bed. Worst room I have ever stopped in.
2.9
The room was basic the walls were paper thin and we were woke at 6am by people coming in on the morning drunk
2.9
Shabby and over priced

Sorry but hotel room.was filthy., there was marks all over wall, bedding had sticky stuff on it and the windows were that bad you couldnt see out them , In front reception room there was a turtle tank and well it.was filthy aswell.

Check in was uninformative, had no idea what to do with keys on check out or fire exits. When leaving I asked a man I saw about keys and he said I could drop them into a secure box which was behind the front door, invisible when the door was open, or I could leave them with him, which I did. He was helpful and nice, but could have been a squatter for all I knew.Showers - one didn't drain causing a flood which dripped through to the floor below and caused someone to slip, potential law suit. One had evidence of the toilet being moved and the flooring not being made good, filthy sealant round the base of the shower. Rooms - we booked 2 family rooms on 2 floors, 1 adult in each room. The mattresses were cheap, the springs really obvious, uncomfortable. The ensuite toilet floors were covered in several different vinyl patterns, maybe previous repairs. There were lots of bathroom mats around which were old and dirty. Nowhere near enough tea, milk etc and the basin was too small to fit the kettle so had to use a mug to fill it, ended up with a wet floor, potential slip hazard.A lot of noise in the rooms from people using the stairs, poor soundproofing.

Hotel did not look like the pictures, the toilet was broken, the bed was very uncomfortable, there was stains on the bedding, there was a gap in the door, people where very loud and rude waking us up at 5am shouting In the corridor, the bloke next to us was shouting all night.
2.9
Towels were wet but didn’t smell like they had been washed, the bed was damp, they left cleaning solution on a surface didn’t wipe it up so I did and the amount of other peoples hair was disgusting, floor not been hoovered. Blood stands on the bottom sheet of the bed and stains on the quilt, a massive rip in the quilt. Clogged shower it started to flood also the shower head wouldn’t stay upright kept falling, the shower Matt was sticky and dirty, only 1 curtain to pull over the whole window, no remote for the telly, the taps didn’t work you had to hold them to get the water out, one corner of the quilt was soaked in some cleaning stuff like wet through. It was really disgusting so we had to check ourselves out. What a waste of money :(

It was filthy, smelt of damp and drugs ....100% a crack den

The host was a great guy the room was very small but clean and the bed although quite small was comfortable. The only negative was the lack of repair in the room the mirror light and bedroom side light didn’t work and the door to the room was very stiff .

Knew wouldn't be the best due to price but this was the worst bnb i've been too. We go there and there was no one there to get keys, the manager when he arrived was intoxicated. The rooms we had were basic and not clean or maintained in anyway. The TV didn't work, the shower was cold, the toilet kept backing up and the toilet seat was broke. They was no housekeeping so in the three days we were there, no towels or bedding were changed, no bins emptied or coffee/tea added. I'm not a picky person but i wouldn't go back and advise others not to either.

Could do with a thorough clean, sorry overhaul, top to bottom. Stayed with my family. 2 adults a child and 2 toddlers.. The front room smell was disgusting.. Very Bad.. The one who greeted us was not very pleasant, don't know what he was smoking but wasn't tobacco smell, The man was not so helpful he tried to give us any old ticket and keys for other people's Bookings, so in the end I just searched for mine on the table, but did show us where the room was, the main manager, was different, quite friendly, and actually had the courtesy to speak to us, sadly we only saw him for about 10 mins the whole time we were there and were on our way out. The hallways /stairs could have done with a clean, sweet wrappers and tab ends on the carpet, but the room was filthy.. Sticky carpets that you stuck to like velcro, and un vacuumed, bits of food and other bits all over, smelly linen, definately not clean, some of the white linen was bright white but still not fresh, didn't use the towels as took my own, main double bed was like it had been used as a trampoline for 20 Yr the springs crunched as you sat and it had more broken and sticking up than not. End of the day it wasn't cheap or cheerful but it got us by as everywhere else was booked up.. I definately wouldn't stay again though. And Not advise anyone else to especially with children. And not without own linen, a vac and a bottle of disinfectant.

It's an old building and the furniture and fittings have clearly seen a lot of use over the years. Despite that, our room was spotlessly clean and provided with plenty of toiletries and sachets of tea and coffee.
Special thanks go to the extremely helpful manager, who went out of his way to provide a room that would fit our disability access requirements - going as far as finding alternative ground-floor accommodation in a nearby hotel and offering us the choice of either.

We were given a bigger room with own loo which was a bonus. The staff/owners very friendly but the place itself is minging. I could list 100’s of negative things but I won’t. You pay for what you get

Never again!! the woman who checked us in was highly intoxicated.

Amazing people who made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Tracy was an absolute amazing hostess. Nothing was a problem for her to help with.. We will definatley be coming back again in the future.
