The room was not very clean. Smells old and there were bugs that bit me. It was not comfortable at all. Took photos of the bugs and my swollen legs.

Need to improve. Renovation of the room

This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote.
SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that? Representative assured me it's safe. She even told me about the paid parking, which was ₱350 a day. That was perfect and convenient! I wasn't aware about that on my first trip and parking was pretty far.
Location was good, with a few restaurants and a small mall within walking distance, but I suggest renting a car or taking a Grab if traveling with elderly.
Mornings were the best with many people to join in your morning walk. Ambiance and cooler temperatures were awesome! You also feel a sense of safety throughout most of the property.
In spite of the mold in the rooms and the fact that it felt dated, I will still give it another chance and hope my next stay here will be better. Location and the big, open park to walk in is what I enjoy they most. I would still recommend this place to anyone looking for an inexpensive and enjoyable experience.

Love where we at the 23rd floor. For its price, cant complain. For suggestion, with a little re-design, it can be instagrammable. Thank you so much

The room was filthy. I was supposed to be in Tower 4, but they decided tower 3 is the same accommodation. It was not the same. It was an old building with very basic room amenities. How can you offer this room to guest coming from thousands of miles and looking for a nice vacation. You should be ashamed Wind Residence Tagaytay. I believe they have 20 or more rooms offering it in Expedia, hotels and other sites. Your rooms are not for tourist coming from other countries who require decent room amenities. Take your room ads off this sites. I'm so embarrassed as a Filipino.

I wished they are more informative of how the check in process is at least a day before the check in front desk is not well informed of how we should get our assistance to get up to unit… and more cleaning supplies/equipment in unit to maintain the cleanliness of place.

No towels, no cleaning of the room, etc.

In the kitchen everything was dirty. Electric appliances worked poorly or not at all ! The sink tap was not well fixed to the sink. The rice cooker was out of service and dangerous because of wires not insulated. There is no water heater in the kitchen which is bad for washing dishes.
In the bathroom the lavabo was partially blocked so the water remains a long time before being evacuated.
Vleaning of the whole appartment is not well done, the ground was greasy, the towels ant the bedsheets barely or not cleaned at all.
The Only positive thing was the tremendous view on Taal volcano.

If you want a place to sleep, this is fine. The aircon is cold, beds are big enough for a family of 4 but mattress needs to be softer. Hot water available. But that is it. You may find more in an actual hotel room. Btw there is a fee for parking. No wifi and it’s quite a walk to the main road where the food establishments are.

The place is very outdated and need big improvements. It is very old and dirty and it has a unexplainable smell.

The location was great with views of Taal Lake. Access to the property was also ok. Parking was a fair walk but ok. But the unit itself needs some improvement:
-clogged sink
-no hook for shower head
-broken shower tile - entire slab missing
-limp and flimsy bathroom towels
-no soap or shampoo
-no complimentary coffee or tea
-loose main door handle and deadlock
-one dining chair is broken and can't be used.
This property has good potential if the owner would spruce it up a bit for guests.

Total scam. AVOID IF YOU CAN.
Photos are missleading. Swiming pool you have tonpay for. Parking it should cost 150 pesos, we been charged 300 and no receipt given. Staff is copletely lost and left hand doesn't know what right hand doing. They ask to leave your passport as a deposit. Basically avoid this place if you can.

Property is good but host does not come and check the guest for any needs. Nobody offered cleaning. Stayed in unit for 7 nights, no cleaning. Guest bought own garbage bags and toilet paper, own new towels and surface clothe wipes. Guest requested for wifi at first night, host replied that they cannot provide at the moment because they’re clocking out for home and will provide wifi the next when they come to work at 9am.

What I like most about the property was the location, very strategic, budget friendly, and on top of it the view was mesmerizing!

The only issue that we had is wala silang Wi-Fi, but thankfully, lahat kami naka Mobile Data. Kitang-kita din ang Taal.

There were a lot of things like small bugs(mosquits) in the room, especially in the shower room, so we didn't feel good.

DO NOT BOOK HERE.. ( I not the type of customer to ever complain) There was 5 towers (building). The security guards would not let you in without a room number/building. Which was supposed to be emailed to me. I had no service, because I was in a different country. I used a local phone to call the property manager. But was not able to connect. I called Expedia to help me contact the property, but they had no success as well. Expedia transfer me to a claims department, but at this point I was so over it and just took the lose and got another hotel. Worst travel experience I ever had.

Check in was a nightmare. Got no information about what block or apartment number. So we been stopped by the guards outside in the heat for 20 min until it solved. The rooms is very simple but has micro ,fridge ,kitchen. No wifi in rooms. Tv out of order. The pool area is not free of charge ,and you have to go inside some kind of bank office to sign papers for a ticket
But i give 5 stars to the balcony View, a wonderful sight over the Taal volcano 🌋

I booked for 2 nights for 2 rooms ( fully paid) when we get there , the property rep. told me that my name is NOT in the list of booked that day . Me, my husband and my nephews ended up look for another hotel. I hope I got a refund for what happened.

Paid for room with 2 beds and only received 1. The bathroom smelled horrible. Turn on water in shower and sink water came in. Talked to contact person and asked for refund or discount she did not help at all and was very rude. She stated that room was very inexpensive so we should just tolerate it.

The room was not worth the price. The online description said that 4 person are allowed to stay but the person at the front desk asked for another 200 pesos! and said that the website was wrong and it should only say 3. Another thing is the parking, it was horrible! It was like a 1 km walk. It was a bad experience and will definitely never going to book there anymore.

The check in was disappointing, they didnt even provide me the tower, room number and even the contact number of a person. Not unlike on other apps that 1 day before they will provide the info and very organized. We stay 2 nights in different tower and they both have lapses and kinda disappointing

The condo doesn’t have wifi, not even a stove for us to cook only rice cooker. We stayed there three days & two nights because we are expecting we can save money if we cook inside the condo.
