This is a very cute hotel.

Very nice place but not very convenient in terms of location if traveling by car. We had to literally stop traffic to load and unload. Otherwise, location is very central. Breakfast was pretty basic and nothing special, but the front desk staff was amazingly kind and went out of their way to accommodate our late arrival. Room was adorable but having it on the top floor with no elevator was not the easiest.

This was a nice unique hotel. The best part was the bed which was one of the best I've slept in in a hotel. A little bottle of port, some cookies and water greeted us when we went into our room which was a lovely gesture.
The room itself was nicely decorated but my only criticism is that due to the shower having no door (tight for space) it is starting to affect the wooden floor and surrounds and made everything very wet.
Breakfast was great and had a really nice selection of hot and cold foods.
It is located on a busy road so loading and unloading right outside is not possible. We did find parking but a little way from the hotel.

We loved this property! Great restaurant downstairs and lovely market at night

Fun, funky and artsy boutique hotel just a few steps away from the pedestrian shopping area and the park. Spacious room with a welcome decanter of port, but no in-room
fridge or coffee maker. Wonderful staff and breakfast with a nice buffet selection and cooked to order eggs and bacon. Small inconvenience of no onsite parking and no place to pull over to unload bags. No lift, so be aware that even if you book the 1st floor, it's really the 2nd floor, as the first floor is "Piso Zero" there.

Extremely clean and very comfortable bed. Beautiful art in the room. It was so exciting to see some peacocks come and go out of the courtyard as they flew around the town! Highly recommend this place. The breakfast was phenomenal too.

Great place to stay. Room was well appointed and very comfortable

We were surprised to discover that the hotel did not offer parking as the listing did say free parking available. The paid underground parking is about a 3 minute walk away and we were lucky to be able to pull up and drop the luggage across the road so I could take it in while the car got parked. The room we had booked was lovely. Spacious and light with a super comfy bed. The only thing lacking was some there to hang clothes or drawers to put away smaller items. Luckily we just used the spare 2 beds and laid our clothes out across both beds. 2 hangars were provided for a room sleeping 4 people and not a chest of drawers in either bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with many cups, plates etc. With breakfast provided we did not use the kitchen except for a cup of tea - we are English… All the staff were polite and helpful and could not fault the breakfast provided.

Space was unique and very clean. Excellent breakfast included in the morning.
Peacock calls on the balcony woke us up early but was beautiful to observe. Some street noise but mostly quieted down by 10pm. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful and clean property

A charming room and property - we highly recommend - just be sure you ask for an interior/courtyard room since the rooms on the street side are noisy all night long with car traffic, etc.

Lovely boutique hotel. Enjoyed our breakfast, and the complimentary port wine that was provided in our room. Paid parking is available in a city garage a few blocks away.

Good location hotel in center of nice city that was wonderful illuminated for Christmas. Friendly staff, nice room and good breakfast.
However, we experienced some noise from the rooms above us (not spund proof), and the finishing in the bathroom has some flaws (e.g. kit, painting of tiles in shower)

Very nice people, unique room nicely designed and originally decorated. A glass of port was waiting for us which is a very nice attention.

It was amazing. The restaurant at the hotel was fantastic.
Great location. Staff were friendly.

As a business traveller, there is a large mall with a supermarket to stock up instead of eating out all the time. It’s a 7 minute walk or less. Parking garage nearby. But ask for a room facing away from the street if you require quiet. I’m OK to work and sleep with street noise, but some people need complete quiet.

Such a special hotel with unique design! great rooms, beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The staff was really accommodating and nice, and made our stay very pleasant. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant where breakfast is included, but the better part was dinner - really high-end dining experience, only a few steps away from our room. Recommended!

Exceptional! What a quaint boutique hotel in the heart of Obidos. The rooms were clean and modern but incredibly charming. We loved our terrace that overlooked the courtyard where a neighbourhood peacock put on a show! The breakfast was fabulous with fresh pastries and made to order eggs. The location was within walking distance to a local market, restaurants and stores. Our only regret is that we were not staying another night!

We really liked our stay at 19 Tile. It was an unexpected surprise. A great location for walking with a nice outdoor market less than 5 minutes away. We stayed in the larger room combo with the shared outdoor balcony. That made it very special. The breakfast was excellent as well. Highly recommend it if you want something a bit away from Lisbon and close to things to see and do.

An incredibly charming hotel featuring not only fantastic tile and ceramics, but terrific design in general. We loved our apartment with a terrace that overlooked neighboring rooftops where a peacock liked to roost and put on a show - an added bonus that we hadn’t expected! The hotel is also just a block away from a wonderful farmers market that was open both mornings of our stay. The owners were fabulous and made our stay just perfect. And, they have a restaurant that was a terrific place to end our day.

We loved our stay here! This boutique hotel has a modern Portuguese and artisan vibe. Susana and the rest of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the Maria João Peres Room, it was beautifully appointed and overlooked the courtyard. Very quiet and comfortable.
The breakfast that was included was more than enough and was delicious. We also ate dinner on the restaurant one night and it was fantastic as well as affordable with a lovely atmosphere.

The hotel is very clean and very well located. The included breakfast was excellent and the rooms are beautifully decorated, nonetheless the most relevant this for us was the attention that Luis gave to us. He was very nice and gave us a lot of tips and recommendations.
I highly recommend this hotel.

This is such a special, beautiful place. Every detail is do well done and the art perfectly curated around local artists. It’s an absolute peaceful oasis in the heart of the city just steps from the magnificent park. Marina and her staff went out of her way to make us feel right at home, including a delicious breakfast in her gorgeous breakfast room. We loved this hotel and highly recommend!

What a surprise - booked the hotel last minute and ended up in a lovely boutique hotel. Big rooms, each uniquely and beautifully decorated by different artists, all new furniture, with generous shower and very clean. Open kitchen for our use and the staff was just lovely and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was also very tasty and made with care. A short drive from Obidos and a highly recommended stay!

This was a very convenient location to tour the area without a car. The breakfast was generous The mattress & towels were good quality. The modern shower was great. I have two complaints. 1) even with the window open on cool nites the room was stuffy. A ceiling fan would be a great improvement. 2) One evening & 1 morning my sleep was disrupted by other loud guests.

Our host was so friendly and helpful. She emailed us before our arrival and arranged for us to check-in early. They took excellent precautions to keep a safe clean environment. Breakfast was amazing, much more than we could ever eat! To maintain social distancing, we signed up for a time slot. The room was gorgeous!!
A couple things to think about:
- The street-facing our room was very loud and the street light is very bright if you want the window open ( no AC).
- If you prefer a firmer bed, the mattress was quite soft.

The hotel is advertised as having air conditioning. However not all the rooms have A/C. This is a very basic feature — especially in Portugal in the summertime. The manager did offer us to move rooms but the suggested room was very small and cramped and had a noticeable odor of mold. Instead, they provided us with fans which helped but still made for an uncomfortable stay.
Additionally, an extremely foul odor was emanating from the bathroom toilet and each morning we were faced with the unpleasant task of trying to air out the room. It was truly disgusting. When we confronted the manager about the odor, he simply claimed that he had never heard a complaint like that though admitted that another bathroom in the facility had received complaints. Therefore, one could only assume that they know full well that there is an issue but are unwilling or unable to address it.
If you decide to stay here and A/C is important, make sure to inquire before hand as the hotel is listed as providing A/C but does not do so in all rooms.
Though the breakfast service was very nice, this was our second time staying here but we will not be doing so again.

The stuff is friendly and helpful. They help me to find the public parking.
