Passing through Salzburg while traveling from Munich to Vienna, we chose this hotel for an our one night. The room was extremely clean, smelled of lemons and - while minimalist in design - had everything you’d need. The hotel contacted me by text a couple of days before my arrival to ensure they had someone at the property when we arrived since they don’t have a traditional front desk. Their 10am check out time seemed quite early, so we asked if they could hold our bags for a couple of hours while we looked around the city before our 3pm train to Vienna. The attendant seemed reluctant for the reason I mentioned earlier… they don’t always have someone at the desk (which is located in a small room outfitted with a kitchen where they have ~4 tables for breakfast service)… but she agreed since she said she’d be working until we returned. Unfortunately, that didn’t prove to be true so upon our return, we found our bags were locked in the office with no one present or answering our calls to the posted number. Eventually, the person who served breakfast (I’ll add that she did so without any semblance of a smile), came to unlock the door so we could grab our bags. She opened the door and locked it behind us without speaking to us. All said - while the place lacked personality and could benefit from adding a touch of ‘smile’ to its service - I’d stay again for the value.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff and owner were very friendly, efficient and welcoming. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the old town. Breakfast buffet had fruits, fresh breads and pastries, deli meats and made to order eggs upon request. It was a lovely place to stay.

A little walk from train station but ok. Old building and a little dingy when you first enter. Room very large and bathroom modern and clean. Might stay again but not sure. Made good recommendation for dinner.

We received a very warm welcome at check-in and throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent with many healthy options and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom as it was quite chilly throughout our stay.

A lovely place in a quiet part of Salzburg with easy walk to the center of town and just a few minutes from the train station. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is delicious (they are ready to prepare a hot meal, though we only ate the cold cuts, fruit, and yogurt). We got some dining recommendations and a city map. I wish we had more time to spend. I would come back!

Very nice stay in the outskirts of city center. Situated in a quiet street. 15 minutes walk to the tourist area. We stayed for 2 nights and we never used the car for exploring the tourist attractions. The room was spacious, modern and clean. A good breakfast was included in the price.

Sparkling clean and spacious room with great hospitable hosts. The restaurants recommendations are worthwhile going, tried a couple of them. Location is about 10 minutes walk to city centre and 2 min to a supermarket. Breakfast was a good selection and cosy eating spot. I’ll definitely be back to stay again with my family next time. Only improvement that I could think of is the pillow to have a better/ higher support. Overall, one of the best B&B I have stayed in.

Very modern building about 15 minutes from old Salzburg. Owners were so happy to help and make sure our stay was great. Breakfast offerings were plenty and tasty. Make sure you buy a Salzburg card from them to see attractions. Saves a LOT of money.

This is an amazing find! Let's start with the OK before the Great. OK are the location (not central, but within walking distance to Center, and very convenient to the train station with an easy short walk even with a rollerboard), and the building is very modern and has no style. Still some restaurant options nearby including a Thai (did not try) and an Austrian (Weiserhof - my favorite!) within a 5-min walk. Now, here is what's great. First the service. Martin, the owner, went out of his way to give me directions on what to do and see based on my tastes, and explained the Salzburg Card - which is a great deal if you are planning on visiting several sites (of course!) Then the room: it's like a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, and the bedroom is really large; and the bed is so comfortable! I was on the 3rd floor and was able to leave the windows open all the time - a great plus for me. Everything is new, so it all works really well! Breakfast: several choices, both savory and sweet - and great coffee! And if you want an omelette or scrambled eggs, they make it to order! Overall, this was a great find: quiet, comfortable, close to the train station (easy to catch an early train or bus to go to Hallstatt), and oh-so-friendly!

The host was so kind and nice. But I think it should be prepared the card of cleaning (Do not disturb or make it clean) 시설도 깨끗하고 신설이에요. 다만 중심지랑 거리가 좀 멀어요. 비앤비라 당연히 청소 안해주는 줄 알고 짐 다 널려놓고 나갔는데 다녀오니 짐도 치워좋고 청소를 해놨더라구요. 그건 좀 그랬어요

We showed up late to check in and the owner after a quick call showed up and let us in no problem. The place was spotless with beautifully updated rooms. Full kitchen, rain shower head and comfy beds! Lovely place!
