Very disappointed that I was able to book this location after 10:00pm even though they don’t allow check ins after 10:00 pm. Had to sleep in my car cause there was no other available hotels in the area and this location does not give refunds!

Not the level we expected per the pricing. Also big lack of attention in the servicing. Our room was supposed to be two king beds but was in fact one king and one queen. It is clear that owner has no sense of Hotel Service. We do not recommend and will not return to this Hotel.

Las peores horas que he vivido han sido a partir de que ingresé al Hotel, pues su personal compartió información de mi estancia, nombre completo, celular y número de habitación con Extorsionadores, quienes me llamaron para amenazarme, inventando un operativo de seguridad diciendo que hablaban por parte de un "Cartel". Decidí salir del hotel, de inmediato ante la situación. El hotel niega haber compartido esa información y dicen desconocer esta situación. Pero si los únicos que saben la habitación que me asignan son el Hotel y yo. Cómo es que lo desconocen? Y estoy seguro que no es la primera vez que esto les ocurre. La gerencia del hotel no fue capaz de ofrecer una disculpa, cosa que no esperaba, pero al menos como empatía. Lamentablemente alguien de su personal está inmiscuido y es una pena que ocurra con un lugar como este, al que evidentemente jamás regresaré e invito a que todos los que vayan, se cuiden en extremo!

el registro al cuarto fue muy hostil, la srita despota y sin querer agradar al cliente...siendo oro en hotels no me dio upgrade, lo solicite y me lo cobro. llegue por la tarde y no me hicieron el servicio de noche. Dos televisiones que no tenian cable y no PUDIERON arreglarlas no pude desayunar ahi no habia PAPAYA..... en general decepcionante el costo de la habitacion contra lo que ofrecen NO VOLVERIA

Great place. The best option in the area. Perfect pool with great water temp. Area for the kids to play and a perfect size rooms with a lot of space. Can also be wonderful for events. We also asked to stay a bit more for late checkout and they didn't charge us for that.

This is a brand new hotel, that has been well appointed. It is in a quiet location, a short walk from Avándaro centro. It has a lovely pool area and a very well equipped gym. The rooms are well appointed apart from lacking any air conditioning or even a fan, which makes them very stuffy. We also found that hot water was not always available and the water pressure was low. At the moment the restauarant is closed but I am sure that it will be nice when opened. But the big downfall here was the availability and lack of attention given by the staff. When we checked in, we were allocated the incorrect room. This was soon realised by the staff and we were asked to move to the correct room, but with no offer of any assistance with our bags that we had started to unpack. We were offered a bottle of wine as a recompense, but this simply didn’t come. We asked several times and heard lots of excuses why it was not available. In the end, I proactively suggested on our last evening that they should at least offer beers from the mini bar as complimentary. The reception desk is rarely manned, whenever you have any requests, no one answered the phone and we had to go walking around the hotel grounds to find someone. Likewise, when we wanted to check out at 0815am, no one was on duty until 9am so we had to leave the keys with the cleaning staff! All this is ashame, as the hotel is quite beautiful and has a lot of potential, but lacks basic welcoming and attentive service from the staff.
