The FRAME surpassed our expectations! The property was very well located, beautiful, and the service and attention to detail were impeccable. We were staying as part of our wedding festivities, and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. We arrived and stored our luggage with ease. When we came back to check in, our bags were already in our room (which was a huge help), and we arrived to rose petals on our big and comfortable bed! Immediately after we got in, a complimentary bottle of champagne was delivered to our room. I'm so happy this is the property I chose. We had some other wedding guests and my grandparents also stay on my recommendation, and everyone was so pleased and impressed. When we return to Florence, we will definitely come back to The FRAME!

They work with a garage that is close and safe. 3 minute walk. Check in was easy and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. We had a little living room, as well as a nice sized bedroom with a comfortable bed, nice window, it was quiet. We had breakfast included and it was lovely. There’s a beautiful breakfast nook with lots of options for seating and lots of choices for breakfast-you will not be disappointed. Staff was super helpful friendly.

Our room was VERY small but the location was great and it was clean. It was perfect for a stay in the middle of downtown Florence when you are not planning to spend much time in the room. The staff were great, especially Alex.

The Frame is a superb, unique boutique hotel. Rooms are beautifully appointed. The Mona Lisa is the theme - ask for the hotel’s story. Rooms are extremely clean and had everything you could need. Shower was slightly small, but typical for Europe. Location is perfect to all sites and very accessible. Lots of great shops, cafes, restaurants near by. Overall, conceirge team was very helpful. Just some confusion if breakfast was included, if wine bar was “complimentary”, and if we had paid city taxes already. I included this in review, because we felt that the language barrier made it unclear and we received different answers depending which staff member we asked. In any case, we loved this hotel. Would definitely stay again. Maybe a little more training for front desk staff on consistency if booking is third party. Again, hotel is wonderful in every other way though.

excellent location and extremely convenient for both the main train station and the Duomo but the room was very tiny and no frills. We had trouble getting the air as cold as we wanted. Elevator was tiny. I don’t regret the stay because the location was prime but it didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel.

The front reception Danial was amazing. He was welcoming and was very attentive. I will be coming back just because of Danial and the female that was with them. The staff was very helpful at breakfast and made sure we had evertthing.

We stayed at the Frame Hotel May 13 to 20, 2024. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. The check-in experience was friendly and informative. Our room was beautifully appointed. The bathroom had a spacious shower with all of the amenities. Breakfast plentiful, fresh and friendly service. The hotel was immaculate and quiet. Staff provided excellent recommendations for dinners and activities. We loved it!

Great service from hotel staff and room was comfortable and clean - the soundproof windows were awesome. The only suggestion would be to have hot items for the breakfast. Every morning the scrambled eggs were cold. Hardly any fruit cut up on a tray. We ate toast and jam every day but paid for much more.

Great location. Walking distance from most of the top attractions of Florence. In 10 minutes or less, you can walk to the Duomo, the train station, the Mercato Centrale, or the Piazza della Repubblica. In about 15 minutes you can walk to the Galleria dell'Accademia, the Piazza della Signoria, Galleria degli Uffizi, or the Ponte Vecchio. The staff were friendly and attentive. We liked Daniel at the front desk. We stayed at the Gioconda suite, 269 sq ft, but it was split level, so the space taken up by the steps reduced the effective area of the room. Bottom line, it felt really cramped. But it's a fair trade off for the convenience of being in the center of the city.

The front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was beautiful and was kept spotlessly clean, and I really liked the touchpad system for lighting so any combination of lights can be controlled from either bedside. Excellent location for walking to anywhere in Florence, and no street noise in our room! Hotel breakfast was good but not much hot food for 20€. We were supposed to receive a free bottle of sparkling wine and unfortunately didn’t realize until our last day that we had to ask for it (was not mentioned at check-in, and we didn’t ask sooner because we thought it would be put in our room at some point during the stay).

This is a small hotel that has an excellent location within walking distance of everything including the train station and all sites. Staff was very does let and helpful. Rooms are clean and the bathrooms are well appointed and modern. I highly recommend this property.

Ideal location between the station and the Duomo. Despite being on a busy street the room was properly soundproofed and had blackout curtains. The Mona Lisa themed artwork was great fun.

Booked The Frame as we needed it on arrival in the city as our initial booking had no room for us. The staff were fantastic getting us into our room asap as well as getting us booked for dinner. Great room and breakfast, short walk to Duomo and the tourist sights. Highly recommended.
