First time at this location and hotel. Overall happy with the stay. Friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Valet service was friendly and convenient yet entirely too expensive.

Room was terrific! The parking and valet was BAD. I was told to give the valet 15 to get the car, so 20 minutes before we had to leave I texted that i needed our car. A little more than 10 minutes later I received a text saying it would take 30 minutes for a total of 40 from my original request. In the end we waited 45 minutes and were 25 minutes late meeting at a restaurant. Very frustrating!!

Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. There was some hair in my shower, but other than that, the room was clean. Easy ride from Logan Airport.

Better than expected. Highly recommend.

Rooftop restaurant NOT Open. Lobby bar NOT open. Room way to dark….and dim lights built into bed frame wouldn’t turn off. I left room at 6am,,,,came back at 3pm and maid is making up room (she had ALL day, but oh well). NO drawers for clothing at all. All this for $550/night.

Place is a dump. They lock the bathrooms in the lobby, no cleaning wipes in the gym, and staff have zero customer service.

Could have a larger selection for the continental breakfast

Best experience I've ever had! I live in Atlanta, and I needed a hotel to stay in Boston. Then I found the Cambria and my God, the quality I loved the experience RhodaO

It was a perfect hotel for what we were looking for. Also clean and modern. We had a nice view from our room with the large window over looking the city. Close to the subway was a plus.

The breakfast options were awful.

Nice new hotel at the right price. Don’t pay for that $225 per night for this hotel. The location in the “Southie” section of Boston is a good $10 - $30 dollar Uber right from anywhere in Boston you would want to be and explore. There is little right around the hotel. The rooms are small but adequate. However, like many new tech minded hotels, it has an industrial poured concrete feel. The lobby bar has very limited hours of operation. The shower has poor water pressure that requires you to shower for 10 - 15 minutes vs 5 minutes. They also need to get into the 21st century and offer shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower that maid staff can refill every few days. One off tiny bitters arw so old school.

Great staff, quite helpful. Nice gym. I was surprised they didn’t have iron & ironing boards in the rooms.

Staff friendly and knowledgeably. Rooms clean and fine for a short stay. Good location for getti g around.
Was looking forward to using the rooftop bar and restaurant, but this was closed as owner pulled out 5 months ago. Know one notified us of this

The staff was unfriendly and the only word they knew was no. Advertised lounge and bar was all closed. Housekeeping was sketchy. Don't waste your time staying here.

We stayed here as a part of our 20th anniversary trip.
The rooftop was closed. The breakfast area was closed although coffee was set up. Since there's very limited dining in the area, we went without breakfast. The valet parking is ridiculous. We notified them that we needed our car a half hour beforehand. After waiting nearly an hour, we nearly missed our car rental return time. Not the greatest ending to a trip. I've had great experiences with Cambria hotel (the one in Phoenix was awesome.
I won't be staying at this one again. And I cannot recommend it.

Beautiful hotel. Location great with T across the street. Room is small as others have said, but fine for 2 people. Very luxurious. We had a gorgeous view on the 11th floor. Coffee in the room. Good continental breakfast downstairs. Staff are super friendly. Be aware that parking is 59$/night. Really glad we chose to stay here and would gladly do so again.

The restaurants and bars were 🔐 while we were there. Would have been nice to have been notified before hand so I could change hotels.

We were a little disappointed to learn at check-in that the rooftop was inaccessible because the rooftop bar/restaurant was in "transition ". I don’t understand why they would choose the middle of summer to do that unless it was an emergency issue. Also, to block off the entire rooftop (the one amenity since there is no pool).
The staff were very friendly though!!!

Service was really poor. The front desk guy didn’t have any patience or seemed to know how to do his job. The hotel itself was all closed down. No actual breakfast/bar. Had random people use their card and come into my room around 3 am. Did not like that. Overall experience was very disappointed and will never use this hotel again.

The room was clean, modern and roomy, the parking was very confusing, but luckily i was there over the weekend and found some local free parking around the corner. There are plenty of local restaurants and is near public transportation that can bring you downtown boston. I wouldn't really call it the Seaport area.

This hotel was in a convenient location for our Ferry trip to Provincetown and had several nice restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend Bar Volpe, an authentic Italian restaurant with amazing food and cocktails.

Good place, bit of an awkward location. , only a few restaurants but still nice. Good lobby area. Front desk people are nice and helpful, with the exception of Stephan. Stephan was just a mean guy, bad attitude, he should not be in the hospitality business. He acts like he doesn’t want his job and that people are a nuisance to him. But everybody else is extremely kind, helpful, and professional.

Property was currently under renovations and it was very evident. Most uncomfortable bed/pillows I’ve slept on in a long time. For the rate charged it could have been a good bit better.

We booked this as our flight was cancelled. We showed up to the hotel. The man at the front desk was not friendly. Upon finding out reservation he was silent for a long period of time looking at his phone and then at the computer. I said do you have a room for us. He just shook his head. He said he was trying to figure how we booked since he has no rooms. I said I booked it and need a place to stay. I'm not concerned how it happened. I'm concerned if we could get a room. Never apologized. No compassion. Just head shakes I have nothing.

Overall a nice hotel. The rooms are new, well-appointed and comfortable with nice city views. Excellent dining options nearby though their restaurant and room service was closed for a "transition". Close to downtown but not walking distance, but Ubers got there in 2-3 minutes. Perhaps that's why it's a bit less expensive but still pricey for most budgets. Just one glitch in the security system sounded a false alarm my last night there. I would generally recommend as a great place to stay.

Would stay again but agree that the inconsistencies make this not the “perfect” choice.
The good:
• Chris at check-in was great, working hard to resolve an issue with our reservation. Super friendly, polite, and accommodating.
• Free coffee 6am-6pm on Saturday.
• Red Line stop across the street.
• Continental breakfast on Saturday.
• The gym and work space on the 2nd floor.
• Mattress, pillows, elevators, clean stairwells, water pressure.
• Very little “hotel” noise even on a sold-out Saturday night.
• Valet parking convenient and timely — as advertised, 15-30 min for valet retrieval.
The bad & the ugly:
• Monday morning - no coffee until 7am and even then it was one type of Nespresso and no continental breakfast. Went to Starbucks instead.
• Bar and rooftop are closed. This would have been a great add for us but wasn’t part of our booking choice. But still disappointed once we arrived, as the weather was perfect the weekend we were in Boston. There are no indications of this until you arrive on property except for the reviews.
In the area, Worden Hall was great for happy hour and dinner and Starbucks across the street; Dunkin also very close.

To start the roof top bar and restaurant is no longer open and that was the reason of choosing this location definitely should change that information online. Parking also was confusing 🤔there is valet only at the cost of $60. Rooms are super small and bathroom/shower not so clean very dusty and dirty. The view was beautiful from the room and the staff was very friendly and helpful check in was quick and easy but honestly would not stay here again..
