We found some details in the room, the refrigerator was empty, plug far from the desk and had no extension so I had to move the desk, there was no floor towel, some loose items in the bathroom, indicators of lack of maintenance of some elements. The hotel looks remodeled, new elements, good cleanliness and facilities. Good location and people very friendly and willing to help.

Great hotel! The staff is very helpful and friendly too. The room needs urgent update: No smart TV, the soap dish and toilet paper holder kept falling on the floor, the soap was horrible and the towels very old and sometimes stained and ripped. Other then that my experience was good.
6.0
Notbenought staff, rooms too small. Very poor service

It is in the center of the city so good access to places and restaurants.

The staff was excellent! Super helpful and very patient with us (we do not speak Spanish very well - thankfully, they do!).
And you can't beat the location! Right in the heart of the city center. Everything you could want to see or do is minutes away. And all the best restaurants are close.
Highly recommend. I would stay here again!

First 2 days front desk was great. At check out it seems the person at front desk was overwhelmed. I can understand that but would have appreciated a little bit of friendliness.

Good hotel for the price! Cleanliness could be slightly improved but felt safe and staff was nice.

Breakfast wasn’t as good as we’d expected and several things were broken in the bathroom. Also, in a room next to the stairs was noisy.

In the Center of Mendoza

Service at the front desk varied significantly; one person was very friendly, the woman when we arrived for check in was not. The main issue was with the floors for the room; they were disgusting. All hard floors and obviously not cleaned with any frequency. The amount of dirt on my feet was nasty after walking around in the room. Also, the items in the fridge aren’t free, but I didn’t see that posted anywhere in the room - let alone the prices.
Next time I’d pay a little more to stay somewhere a bit nicer.

Loved the location. Hotel lobby smelled terrible... like car air freshener and the rooms werent clean at all (stepped on a toenail, sticky bathroom floors, no covers on the duvet, someone else's hair in the linen, dirty towels). Made me appreciate every other hotel/airbnb on this trip around Argentina.

We had largely pleasant stay. The breakfast was very good and although you were asked to book in for a 45 minute time slot, the staff still had difficulty keeping the buffet supplied. That meant that you could arrive and find there were no cleared tables nor was there food available if you didn't want something sweet.
The swimming pool area was very nice and there were tables outside there where you could eat if the weather was pleasant.
The staff spoke English and were helpful. The location is very good for walking and also is right close to the ticket office for the hop on hop off bus. If you have cash buy your tickets there.
For us the major downside was that we had specifically chosen the 'Pay the Hotel' option in Expedia when we booked only to discover that our credit card had been charged as soon as we booked.
When we went down to pay the night before we were leaving (we had a early morning flight) we were told what had happened. We showed them the reservation booking that clearly said we were to pay at the hotel and they acknowledged that it was their mistake however, for reasons that we cannot understand it was apparently simply impossible for them to reverse the charges and let us pay in cash. This effectively doubled our cost of the stay because of the exchange rate system in Argentina. We contacted Expedia and they were NO help and their site still says you can pay at the hotel.
Buyer Beware. Two bottles of wine were not sufficient compensation for this mistake.

Excellent breakfast and location. Had great help at the desk and we needed it because our Spanish is muy mal

The staff and the location were fantastic. Especially the tall guy at the front desk!!

Hotel was clean, they have a small but cute pool where you can hang after a hot day.

New fantastic property in the very heart of Mendoza, next to Independence Square and the theater. Very comfortable rooms, nice pool, amazing stuff - professional, helpful, very friendly, all the front desk team was amazing. The only disappointing element was the housekeeping, and we read complaints in guests reviews before we booked this hotel but didnt listen. Cleaners dont come unless you ask to clean your room. The day they did clean they left dirty towels in the middle of the room and didnt clean bathroom floor which we found full of hair. They also vacuum the premises next to breakfast area while the breakfast is on so we have to smell the carpet dust. Also cleaners are very noisy on the floors, in the corridors. Its a real shame because otherwise the hotel is so amazing. Just needs to train housekeeping staff on hotel cleaning procedures.

Housekeeping staff needs more training. We stayed 4 nights but only requested the room be cleaned 2 times. On both occasions the used towels were removed but no fresh towels replaced them. When we went to bed the last night we discovered the top sheet on the bed was not there. Only the heavy comforter was present. We were too tired at 11pm to request the sheet and were forced to crank up the AC to be comfortable as the weather was warm and just the sheet would have done the job.
Breakfast does not start until 7am.
5.0
Excellent location--the hotel is right off of Plaza Independencia, near many bars and restaurants, and lots of shopping and nightlife. The hotel is in great condition, very clean, with a lot of amenities (pool, gym). The breakfast that is included is ok, nothing exceptional. The pillows on the bed were also uncomfortable. Overall though, a great place to stay, definitely worth the price.
2.0
Will definitely not coming back. Excesive price for what's offered, very small rooms and not a good welcoming during check in.
8.0
A nice, small hotel in Mendoza that's located very close to most restaurants and well-known areas around the city. Rooms are comfortable and feel modern.
My wife, whose passport was stolen the night prior, just had an issue with the service at the front desk during checkin. It was a bit disappointing that she was looked at with skepticism rather than with empathy when she told them our issue.
4.0
Fantastic location, with an adequate free breakfast. Front desk was a bit unorganized & slow & rooms were a bit loud. No sound proofing around single pane windows in the city centre made for a disrupted sleep.
5.0
Staff were lovely and helpful, location is very central close to many good restaurants and start points for tours and the hotel itself was very clean
3.0
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a friend and won’t stay there again. Small things like the size of the room, room service (we ran out of the toilet paper the day before departure, asked for a roll, but never got it) & a few other hiccups ruined overall impression.
Oh, and they don’t have 24 hour airport shuttle service as advertised on Expedia.

We enjoyed Mendoza so much we extended our stay at Fuentes twice and the staff were very helpful with that
4.0
Great location with very clean rooms! The rooms lacked amenities such as a soap dish and body lotion, as well as facial tissue and other toiletries. Also, the shower did not have a place to put toiletries if you brought your own. Additional pillows would be nice - to providenonly two standard pillows for a full bed is not ideal. Also the hallways need to the lighted better - they are way too dim for guests to be walking. The free breakfast in the AM was delicious and provided the necessities to start your day off right! The mini gym could use some work - more free weights and a bench would improve it greatly. The staff was friendly for the most part. Overall a nice hotel that only needs slight improvements to make it great!

The staff was excellent: patient, helpful, and friendly.
The breakfast was full of choices....really good, hot scrambled! The location is super....close to activities but quiet. We were very happy with this choice.

It’s newly remodeled but still in the process of falling apart. One elevator appeared to not be functioning properly and had to be shut down over night leaving one tiny elevator for three floors. I arrived at 5pm and had to wait 45 minutes for my room. For the price there are many other options

The hotel was clean. Most of the staff were friendly. The rooms were small, very clean, the bed linens, pillows and bath towels were great. The breakfast was the best that we had on a 4 week trip.
5.0
This is a great hotel to stay in. Great service, amazing room, wonderful pool and most of all affordable. They were so nice and they allowed us to check in early which was a big help for us since we had luggage with us. I totally recommend it and I would definitely stay here again.

hotel was great simple and modern. I loved my room the pool was great. I was disappointed with their front desk. they are not trained well with hospitality.i had requested a breakdown of bill and vat refund. they told me I would not receive vat refund, then told me they would email a bill to me. never received anything. they didn't explain anything properly and told me to take it up with Expedia. when it has nothing to do with Expedia. breakfast was ok, but disappointed how it was never ready till 730-8 when it states breakfast serves at 7am. breakfast was ready everyday at 745-8. it was frustrating as I watched me and others rush through it because we had early tours at 730am. hospitality was a major disappointment and need much training!!!!

This is a lovely brand new hotel. The shower is awesome and the towels are new and plush. The bed was a treat to sleep in the luxurious linens. Breakfast included eggs, fruit, cake, toast and your choice of coffee. It was a treat to stay here.
2.5
The hotel was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious, lots of choices. The pool lovely. The room was nice and big, very clean and comfortable. The staff was outstanding, very helpful and spoke good English. WiFi in the room worked well. Limited T.V. in English, no CNN, but the area of Mendoza is so nice you don’t need T.V. Be sure to get reservations for wine tasting and meals at wineries. Staff can help, but give as much notice as possible.
