Vinpearl wonderworld is a nice and relaxing place, the staff are very nice and always doing their best to help where they can. It’s great for family. The food was excellent, lots of varieties but it was geared toward international food, not the Vietnamese culture. However, I did not find this place to be 5 stars due to quality of the villas. Cabinets looks cheap. Fridge was slanted, pool was felt dirty. It was a nice villa, just the quality wasn’t there especially for the price you pay for.

Food choices are vast and high quality! Prices are reasonable too. Services are excellent!

First of all, super friendly staffs and very accommodating. Bit far from city center but very beautiful and nice resort. Breakfast taste wise was not the best. Villas are bit outdated and interior needs to be renovated, specially the furniture and some paints. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would likely go back someday.

Poor service. And the worst part is the constant nickle and diming you. They seriously up charge you for every little thing. We rented a villa with a kitchen... well guess what? There's no dishes... yep, you have to pay a fee for that. Its a great property, but when you pay as much as it costs, they should provide a service instead of trying to sell it to you twice. The way its managed degrades the experience and drops it down from truly five star luxury, to something I've done and don't need to go back to do again.

Australian family of 11 spread across two 3 bedroom beachfront villas. Villas in poor condition - clean but poorly constructed. Hectic lobby with check in taking an hour and no overview of the resort facilities provided. Need to throw elbows just to squeeze in to get food at breakfast buffet. Beach is great for a sunset swim and the open safari is amazing but would suggest staying elsewhere on a similar part of the beach.

Beautiful facility but the layout of villas makes it difficult to get commute between villas when the group booking are not near each other because it’s not walkable distances between rooms. The tuk tuk services were great but it takes time to wait around. The internet was horrible for a five star resort but hotel did everything they could when called about it. Staff were wonderful and friendly and superb service.

So disappointed to stay here. customer services are okay, all the transportation drivers are excellent. Before I booked the place im usually read all the rules and policies . I booked 3 bedrooms villas for 6 adults and 3 kids. Mostly kids under 15 year old who live in Vietnam got no identification like ID or passport they should mention us about it on their policies. How do i know about bringing their birth certificate when they didn’t mention about it on their website. The pool so dirty. We requested to clean it for us, but no one take care of it. We paid to much for what we got. To much fee add on . They made us pay extra fee for extra peoples which is fine. End up We decide to booked another hotel for the additional people . My villa go down to 5 adults and 4 kids plus baby. They said the baby will stay for free. Then the next day we came for breakfast they want us to pay extra fee for the 10 years old bc they said that child need to pay extra fee to stay. Omg i have never got any worsts experience like this in my life. The towel not cleaned. Asking for extra blanket and pillows, then the answer from the receptionist was Im sorry we have no more blankets and pillows due overload of guests.

I loved our stay at this villa. We stayed in a four bedroom and within each bedroom, there is a full bathroom which was perfect for us. The staffs were very attentive and friendly. *only negative* When I booked, it stated that each room will get 500,000.00 dongs worth of vouchers. With four rooms, it is 2,000,000 dongs so I was given a total of 40 vouchers each has a value of 50,000. They provided a list of locations I can use it in but unfortunately after going to one place on the list and they did not honor it, I gave up. It was more of a false advise to get people to shop at the Grand World.

Very good resort for young family

You can't find such a luxury villa elsewhere for the price.

This is our first tine visiting Phu Quoc , Vietnam after 30 years living in America. We booked a Villa next to the beach, we have our own private pool and our own private beach behind our backyard. That was really cool. One thing that impresses us the most was the biggie , local called it a “tut tut” private sport car will take us everywhere in side the villa. Eating, lobby, beach, and back to the airport. I would recommend if someone want to book this villa, get room 3226 , have a private pool, private beach, private walkway to enjoy the beach . We definitely will come back to Phu Quoc and would recommend anyone with kids and teenagers to stay in Vin-Pearl Phu Quoc Discovery.

Overall ok hotel. 5 star hotel with 3 star services. Shuttle drivers from lobby to room/ room to lobby was excellent. Beyond that, everything was mediocre.

The check in process was smooth transition but the check out was poor due to the front end staff did not take my return flight properly. He almost caught my family a missed flight home. The Villa room is excellent and the private pool was great.

The resort villa offers terrific space for my party of 7. I honestly don’t think the place was 3000sf so it is misleading. The private pool and access to the beach was really nice. It’s something we haven’t stay before due to the price elsewhere but it’s affordable to indulge here. However, The property needs some maintenance. There are sign of significant west and tear. The most important issue was that after a shower, there is a horrifying sewer smell in the entire villa in 2 of the 3 shower. The smell went away after a few hrs and Turning on the vent but something tells me the sewer may not be up to code ( doesn’t have a u pipe).. because we showered at night just before bed, we didn’t reported to the the front desk until the following day. We didn’t want to deal with them coming by to fix things while we are trying to sleep. When we did report it, an entire army cleaning folks came out within minutes but that time they could find the issue and left. During our stay, we showered in the only showered that didn’t give the smell which was a major inconvenience. For that, I felt like I overpaid and it didn’t meet my villa expectation. The experience fell way short.

Properly is dated as crack on wall, A/c and other equipment is pretty worn out. Both the tanning chairs In the villa were broken when we first try to use it. Service was good as staffs are friendly. One of the A/C in the room has issue since day one, and it took 3 days before it was resolve. We had to slept in the living room due to the noise that was coming from the A/C in that room. Property manager was slow to response and didn’t do any escalation, or ask us until 5min before we checked out. I wouldn’t return based on our experience. The beach was nice and empty, which was the reason to help us enjoy our trip.

Spacious room Quiet area. Inconvenient transit

All toilet seats broke. The funitures old and dirty like sofa and floor rugs. The hot water and air conditioning circuit breaker keep stripping. About the transfertation, my flight delayed but their bus left us behind. I paid 5 star villa, it is worse 3 star or less.

It was good to stay ^^ If you want to enjoy amusement parks or water parks, you have to go here ~!! And all staff are so kind ~!!

The Resort is as I expected. The Staff was wonderful, friendly and was very attentive to our needs. If I come back to Phu Quoc, I will definitely stay at a Vinpearl resort.

Mostly good! It was very sorry that they don't take dollars. I can exchange dollar to don only 100 dollars in a day. It was little bit inconvenient.

Staffs are so tentative. Beautiful villa and decors. Beach is nice.

I'm very happy that we get to stay here! Best location and service for family with small children. All the staff are wonderful, from drivers, servers, room service, receptionists, ect. everyone is so friendly, helpful and caring to us during our stay. The villa is very nice and I wish we could stay here longer. We hope to be back soon!
