Basic, no frills as advertised but very comfortable.

Not the best, shower was dirty. TV couldn’t be moved to be viewed but for that price what do you expect

The location is great with easy access to everything I needed. It’s just a short walk from the train station, the MK shopping centre, and the Hub with lots of eating places.
The room was nice - very basic but clean with a firm comfy bed and I really appreciated how quiet it was. There was no noise from the street or from within the hotel itself, which made for peaceful nights’ sleep.
Lovely friendly receptionists, including Zaira, who was very competent and professional and breezed through the process to connect my stayover booking. She went out of her way to be helpful and kind which was much appreciated.

Staff always friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean. The Hotel is situated in a good location. The downside was that the hotel doesn't offer parking or have a restaurant/cafe on site. However town is only a 5 minute walk away. I regularly use this hotel as I often visit Milton Keynes.

I totally understand budget hotels however what I dont understand is shower gel / hand wash bottles being filled with water to water down however there was nothing left to water down!!
The ‘bed’ was both hard and lumpy which is quite the achievement on such a flat thin mattress
The shower has significant limescale build up
As I approached the hotel there was a full blown fight at the nearby ymc
Had I paid up to £40 I wouldn’t have reviewed so low however I paid £99 and expected just a little bit more

It was just a poor basic standard hotel, the room was tiny. I was stood at reception 20 minutes waiting to check in I thought the hotel was abandoned as it was like a ghost town.

It is a budget hotel but is very new and clean
the size of the room was the smallest I’ve ever experienced
I paid $200 CAD and thought really
should there only be one bathroom towel!
that’s one towel for all the guests
and what would it cost for the hotel to put a foldable luggage support in the room
I think there was only 10 inches of space between the side of the bed and the wall
this makes stubbing Your toe more probable when trying to navigate Your way in or out of such a tight pathway
the next night I stayed at an Ibis Budget
way larger room
multiple towels
I don’t often stay at budget hotels so I guess I’m super critical of their crazy ideas

Very decent price for the night.
Central hotel ideal for shopping and theatre, walking distance
Clean
An additional towel would have been useful
Was very warm and air con noisy
Irate guest/s next door was an issue

It’s ok for budget hotel

Extremely basic hotel with just enough room to accommodate two people for one night. Wouldn't want to stay longer. Very difficult to locate and no parking provided. You have to use pay and display that starts at 7am. Lots of restaurants nearby so getting something to eat is fine but it's a soulless place. Cheap at least and all we needed to break a journey to Nottingham.

Do not book this hotel if you have IBS, Chrones, celiac disease or any other gastro issues. I’d also advise against booking it if you’re bigger than a size 12.
The double rooms are tiny. There’s about 6 inches from the edge of the bed to wall on both side. That is your entire sleeping area.
The bathroom fans also go from the very compact shower room straight into the bedroom. If you have any sort of gastro issues, your room will essentially smell like a used toilet most of your stay which is just not pleasant. This is the most stupid design flaw I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Every room in the hotel is designed like this.
I actually didn’t stay. We just booked somewhere else and left and hour after checking in.
If the hotel advertised this, I don’t think anyone would book it to be honest. It’s just an awful and embarrassing situation for anyone to be in. No one books a hotel to then sleep in the smell of a used bathroom.
I really would advise against booking this place. It’s not going to be nice for anyone really, but especially not if you have any gastrointestinal issues.

Not bad, very basic hotel, nowhere to sit in the room, just a bed, no side tables for belongings like phones, just tiny cubby built into the bed that barely fits my phone and glasses. We were given the accessible room and the floor just doesn’t dry after a shower, be prepared to have to walk around in shoes to use that specific bathroom, or have wet feet.
We stayed for Silverstone, so it was good enough for the weekend.

The rooms are very small with little room to move around in.
2.0 / 10.0
The room was not very clean, we had to request new towels/ toilet roll and no one checked to see if we needed the room cleaning throughout our stay

Accomodation was really good and staff was very friendly and I think his name was Rob upgraded my room! There was no bench space to place things and was about a 17min walk to the station

Basic clean room. However tv didnt work and air conditioner was very noisy
2.0 / 10.0
Rooms are tiny, pay extra for a window that you can’t even open, one towel provided for a two person stay, requested an extra pillow per guest received one.. staff may aswell have no been there. Right next door to a hostel for youths so was strange kids in and out the hotel lobby during the day. Would have rather stayed in the hostel next door, the tv was tiny had to buy spectacles to even see it. Swelteringly hot rooms aircon/fan may aswell have not existed.. air was thick and hot by the morning couldn’t wait to get up and out. Absolute waste of money.

Staff are friendly and helpful. I am a frequent visitor to this hotel. The rooms are perfect for a short stay. The location is in the centre of town and is in a great position.

It was clean and modern and great value for money. The Wifi didn't work at all which was the only downside.
3.0 / 10.0
It’s ok for a night, feels like a hostel though. Windowless rooms feel like sleeping in a broom cupboard.

Room very small but adequate. Clean and within walking distance to numerous restaurants

Never stay at this hotel. They have rude managers, creepy staff members standing by your door!
Then when you complain to hotel, they concoct a story and accuse me of being rude etc when I never was. Sorry but I’m a paying guest I’m allowed to complain and be angry at the service I’m getting!
So bloody glad MILTON KEYNES COUNCIL are shutting these FOOLS down for good! Thank god

Very polite well turned out helpful friendly staff.
Clean very basic room, no kettle, no tea/coffee in room, no desk or chair. Room was pleasantly quiet. No dedicated car park, on street metered parking only.

Great hotel, felt a bit weird not having a window in the room but it was clean and provided enough for a space to sleep for a night away.
I saw two different reception staff and both were polite.
