The apartment is reasonably new, large, well appointed. 2 bed, 2 bath, clean and modern. Only negative aspect is the electronic programmed entry. Even if the apartment is ready to check-in at 1.30pm you cannot enter because the electronic key pad entry is programmed for 2pm. We arrived at 1.58pm and had to wait at the car park entry door until 2pm to gain access. For a high end apartment this just cheapens the experience.

I managed 1hr sleep on the sagging mattress and my partner about 2hrs. We left at 4am due to lack of sleep. Everything else was fine, but I'd never stay again and could never recommend the place.

Excellent property all round. Feels luxurious, safe and comfortable. Great facilities in kitchen apartments. Only critism is the carpark is right (nothing you can do now about it I guess), however be aware as I have seen 2 separate incidents of people hitting their car on concrete poles inside the underground carpark.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with cool high tech controls. TV had a built in Chromecast which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Arbour, particularly for wedding accommodation.

We loved our stay at The Arbour Boutique Apartments. The apartment itself is stunning, with beautiful Hampton-esque design and feels very luxurious. Parking was very easy and the communication from the manager was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend anyone visiting Toowoomba to stay at The Arbour. The apartments are BEAUTIFULLY designed with no detail left behind. They're very clean, and the staff were so wonderful during our stay. Location is fantastic, lovely cafe nearby for breakfast. Cannot wait to return just to stay here again!

This property was excellent and extremely comfortable and convenient as I was visiting the hospital. Staff were extremely helpful when I had to extend my stay. Nothing was a problem.

Amazing. Very relaxing and spacious living for 3 night stay. A very minor thing would be to have dishwashing detergent on hand for a little hand washing of dishes. Tablets for dishwasher don’t do the job. Otherwise all good.

Comfortable, clean and chic modern apartment complex. Check in codes etc were emailed 24 hr prior as there is no reception desk. Minutes walk to St Vincents hospital, close Grammar School and walking distance to Margaret Street eateries near Queens Park. Lovely complimentary box of handmade chocolates for us in the fridge. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Touch screen controls for everything along with some foxtel and netflix and hi speed wifi. Generous bathroom. Laundry with washer dryer and iron and ironing board all in room as well.

This is absolutely one of the the best properties I have stayed in and pre-Covid, i travelled on business over 3-months of the year! It is very modern, well-featured, all touch controls, quality Bosch appliances. I will will stay here next trip to Toowoomba.

Beautiful apartment with all comforts and everything you could need. Great location. Great view. One negative was the second bathroom with shower over bath was a really bad design and difficult to use safely.

It was a fantastic apartment. We had no reason to leave. Unfortunately there was no plug for the bath and my 2.5yr old found some button batteries in one of the rooms. Very comfortable beds and fantastic kitchen. The dish washer wouldn't turn on. We all really enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful place to stay in Toowoomba with lovely views. The apartment was extremely comfortable and everthing was so new and clean. Thanks to the young (caretaker/manager) man who gave me some advice on the hand swiping of the keypad to get in. I would highly recommend Arbour Apartments to anyone who wants 7 star accommodation. The specialty chocolates were a delicious surprise. I needed to be close to St Vincent's Hospital as my husband was having surgery and these apartments are directly across from the main entrance.

An amazing apartment with everything that you could want. Very new but so clean and perfect. Plenty of room for 4 people and the beds are just so comfortable you do not even want to get out of bed! We enjoyed it so much that my husband said he could live there....and he has never wanted to live in an apartment. That's how good it is! Temperature control for all rooms is fantastic. Highly recommend these apartments.

Absolutely stunning apartment. The styling and decor is loke stepping into the pages of an interior design magazine. Top quality appliances and finishings. The beds were very comfortable. Management were very responsive when a minor issue arose (nothing to do with the apartment). Stayed here with my elderly parents who enjoyed every second of their stay.

Seriously stunning apartment! So beautifully decorated and appointed while still being super comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The automation of the apartment was also fun i.e. being able to control the lighting and air conditioning from the TV remote. I'm never staying anywhere else in Toowoomba again - truth be told I didn't want to leave...
