Nice spacious apartment in the old town. In walking distance to several attractions.
Reception spoke poor English, but we managed. Lovely stay.

Huge room for entire family, excellent breakfast, great location in the old city

Great location sorry we did not have a window facing the street, our window view was a buildings roof .

We had a 4 night stay at this hotel. The room we booked was actually a mini apartment. It was not in the same bldg as the reception was.It was a couple of doors down. You had to use the key card to open the front door, which was no problem. The door had no self closer mechanism so many times it was just left open with no one monitoring who came in or out.Anyone off the street could come into the bldg and wander around. Our apt was on the 3rd floor which was really the 4th. The elevator squeaked, screeched and moaned so much my wife refused to use it. It also kept us up at night. There was a fireplace in the apt. which had a pigeon nest in it and they cooed all night, which was echoed into our room. The wifi was practically non-existent. I complained to management about it but they dismissed it as if i didn't know how to use it, said they would look into it, never got better. No TV in the bedroom, was in the kitchen area facing the kitchen. The apartment above us it seemed like they wee playing musical chairs all night, sometimes they were dragging chairs around at 2am. One english station, Bloomberg. he free breakfast was barely edible. The hotel had a restaurant on the street so I think the breakfast was left over food from the night before. On the plus side it was in a great location, you were in the old town and could walk everywhere. The apt. was very large & there was a full kitchen, unfortunately no supermarkets around. The bed was comfortable.

Great hotel and amazing location.

The hotel was in a great location right in Old Town Warsaw. Apartment Room was large for a family of 4 and even had a small kitchen area if needed. The restaurant was excellent and had a super breakfast. Great variety. We also ate dinner there and the Asian fusion is excellent!

We were annoyed that we had to haul our baggage up a flight of stairs before we could use the elevator but delighted to have a washing machine in the room.

We had a beautiful and spacious apartment, in a building right next to the main hotel.
It was clean and the beds were comfortable.
The breakfast was amazing with a large selection of dishes.
The location was excellent, right on the edge of the Old Town of Warszawa. Right outside was a busy walking-street, with lots of restaurants and other offers. But we were not bothered by any noise from it, as our apartment was on the backside of the building.
We used public bus from the main train station, and it stopped a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
The only minus I can think of, was noisy water-pipes in the building. We could clearly hear when showers or toilettes from other rooms were being used.
The hotel also had a complementary, small spa, which was very nice after a long day walking around.
I would highly recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful time staying at Jess Hotel and Spa. The Exclusive Apartment turned out better than we ever imagined and certainly more impressive than depicted in the photos.
The included breakfast package was delicious and the attached restaurant was top notch!
The Hotel is conveniently located in Old Town Warsaw and everything was within walking distance.
We highly recommend the Jess Hotel and Spa.

This place exceeded my expectations.the location was unbeatable, right in the heart of stare miasto (old town). The apt had all the amenities one would need and the spa was a lovely little something extra to unwind after a day walking around the city!

Hotel is in an excellent location near the old town Square. Many restaurant options nearby. Staff was multilingual and helpful . Our unit was clean and well appointed . We would go back if back in Warsaw.

Great property located right in Old Town. Completely walkable to sites, shops and restaurants. Love the spa area also, it was a nice way to wind down at the end of the day.

Right in the center of Old Town. Great location. Room was huge and the bed very comfortable

There was construction early in the morning at the building. Wouldn’t have booked this had I known

Centrally located. Close to historical sites and restaurants.

Great location but experienced many issues with the hotel. There was construction going on in the building (which we were not made aware of before our stay) and was going on all day between 7am to 7pm. Also, the street are very load ant night and you can hear all the noises through the walls. Lastly, our room had a very bad sewage smell.

When we arrived we were checked into the apartment which we were surprised
to find out was in a different building entirely to the main hotel. The
room was not sound proofed at all, we could hear all of the other guests
returning at all hours in the evening/early morning and when we returned to
our room on Saturday afternoon there were extensive building works going
on, which made the whole room practically vibrate due to the drilling and
hammering. The main door to the room did not sit in the frame properly
which let a lot of light into the room during the night. The apartment
being in a separate building meant that there was no reception or security
to the building, the only thing between our room and the street was the
main building to the door, which could easily be left open by other guests
returning in the night. This made us both feel quite unsafe in the room.
We tried to order room service on the Friday night, however, the hotel had
not put a phone in the room for us to contact reception or the hotel
restaurant and so we had to go to the restaurant and order in person. The
following day (Saturday) no one came to clean the room, meaning the room
service we had was left in the room all day making it smell.
The air conditioning in the room was faulty and made very loud noises
randomly throughout the night, waking us both every few hours.
The Spa was also closed on the Sunday, with no reason given as to why.

We are readily pleased with the stay at Jess Hotel & Spa Warsaw Old Town. We came from the US especially for the Poland-Estonia soccer game. The location, customer service and breakfast was pretty good. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back to explore more Warsaw!

The location of the hotel is amazing! Very easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The hotel room was not very clean. The sheets had hair everywhere, the refrigerator was not cleaned inside, and the room was extremely small. Raya, the massage therapist was amazing! I would return but book a bigger room.

Location was excellent.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good brakefast , great location.
Clean and quiet room. The bed mattress is little bit too soft for my likings

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff, great relaxing massage. Good breakfast, but the slow coffee machine causes unnecessary queues. Nice little room. The spa department would need development and repair to make it comfortable and functional.

Bathroom is in bad shape and horible smell comes out of the drain

Small, thin walls but it did what it needed to do for me (sleep and shower) daily.

The room was a little smaller than I thought, but everyone was so smiley and friendly and location was perfect and everything was nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent new butique hotel. Clean, cozy, walking distance to all the main attraction in Old Town in Warsaw. Beautiful area. The room was spacious, warm and clean. Coffee and tea added to the ambience. They have a sauna, but I run out of time to tey it.
Highly recommended.

It was in a loud part of town, the main staff were not as helpful or friendly as they should have been, I rented what I thought was a large room but got a tiny room, they did upgrade me but with a bad attitude
