It was a true pleasure staying at Hilton, great morning buffet, polite staff.
Although I do have a big but: there is a very strong smell of perfume (a machine spreading the smell out) specially at the hallways near the elevators which made us feel very uncomfortable, I don’t think it’s healthy for anyone.

Fantastic service, it was very clean and every day, the cleaning team did a really nice cleaning of the room. Nice breakfast buffet, big pool area and private beach.

The staff was very nice and gentle and that is our positive comment, BUT we paid for an ocean view room and got a lateral room, the room had a persistent odor and there were flies in the bathroom all the time. Electricity went off 4 times for several minutes, the first one while we were on the elevator (with the lady guiding us to our room) so we didn't dare to use the elevator again. Also, we had believed from what is published that there was an indoor pool but it was only available for Hilton diamonds members or by paying 25 euros per person.

Suite was very spacious with a fantastic sunset view. Kids loved it and parents too. 2 very large bedrooms + a very large living room in between. Great value for money.
Restaurant could have been cheaper when compares with restaurants on the beach nearby.

This hotel is nice, but the service is far from 5*. We booked this as the last stop on our honeymoon but received no special touches. Our room was a nice size, but had some annoyances such as stained / mouldy grout, only one chair on the balcony, only one water glass, a broken ironing board, missing amenity kit and wardrobe lights that randomly turned themselves on and off. The pool area is beautiful, but when we turned up, there were no towels left and no attempt to bring more - just a suggestion that we went to get ours from the room. We chose to eat at their poolside restaurant on the first night. We were immediately seated but then were ignored for 25 minutes. Once our order was taken, the steak tasted good, but unfortunately, the next day, both of us didn't feel very well forcing us to spend most of the day in the toilet. When I raised this with the hotel, they invited us to their local restaurant for a complementary meal on our last night - they definitely pulled out the stops here with rose petals on the table and attentive service. It was just a shame it was a little too late. As a final reminder to never book here again, on check out they charged my card in GBP adding a 4% surcharge and probably a poor exchange rate. All in all, this hotel looks nice but is lacking in service and attention to detail.

House keeping Fatima Zahra was great with the room keeping and cleaning

Great location and staff

We stayed for five nights. Great location, ambience and staff. Adjacent to a great beach and great pools. The only issue is the quality of food which forced us to eat outside, after couple of disappointing trials. We recommend this hotel for everybody and we will go back.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Taghazout Bay. 4 nights with my family. Wonderful time and awesome hotel. Well worthy of its 5 star status by any standards. Room service was provided daily at no charge (unlike some reviews I read). Pool staff very helpful and breakfast buffet is outstanding. Special shoutout to Youssef Ait Chrif one of the servers who wad outstanding and very attentive to client’s needs as well as Ayoub El Sefnej who makes on request eggs and Sfenj (Moroccan Donuts). We also experienced the spa and the wonderful staff from the Spa Manager to Hanane the massage therapist. All around very pleased with our stay and recommend it to anyone looking for a classy hotel, not too big and right on the beach. Workout room very well appointed

Nice hotel only if you bring your kids not suitable for couples the pool is crowded with kids .

The Resort is a top notch paradisiaque spot
The neatness of the different areas is utterly equal to none.
The breakfast was pretty cloying.
The services were sharply fastidious and heedfull to our different requests . A Special Thanks goes to "Mustapha "
The kids club made our babies stay much more entertaining with a very special praises and credits for "Rachida" who put in a substantial effort to cheer up our kids.
Nevertheless I would like to underline that the lack of entertainment by different means especially around the pools "Aquagym" for example could lit up the overall atmosphere.

Good selection at breakfast - pool area lovely and staff very helpful

the hotel location is great but the service is terrible in relation to cost. we had two rooms and one had the AC and the fridge not working, we asked to fix it but they didn’t. we stayed for two days we need to ask multiple times for the rooms to be cleaned when they came they just made the bed and replace towels without cleaning the baths. we had half board and people in the buffet station where not professional (burned omelets, raw and burned grill, dishes and cups not clean) and buffet quantities and quality differ from one day to another. overall for the price I paid I was expecting minimum service and quantity.

The room and hotel is nice but the standard of service is very poor for a Hilton hotel. There is clearly not enough staff. Bedrooms not cleaned by 4:30pm on any of the 3 days we were there and only given a 5 minute quick wipe. We had to ring reception to get the room cleaned the 2nd day as it wasn't done by 4pm. Service in the cafe serving lunch is very poor. After the main, we waited 25 minutes waiting for an ice cream for a child and all they had was a very sour orange ice cream or pistachio. Clearly nobody has a 6 year old when choosing these flavours for the kids menu. A further 20 minutes was spent waiting for the bill which was incorrect when it arrived.

Not enough food options at the buffet. Very limited food options outside breakfast and dinner. Drinks, such as tea, coffee and bottle water was extra charge...

Set in the serene taghazout bay, the location is ideal for switching off from busy city life.
Good choice of dining options, friends staff especially Mustafa from house keeping, Umaima and Yusuf from dining and Hannan from the spa .
A visit to Targent is a must if yoh want to know all about Argan oil , with a lovely restaurant and shop on site

If you are looking for peace and quite, go to this property located between two villages about 3.5 miles of walk way on that beach, super safe.

Really lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. Staff are really friendly - service is quite slow but I think this could be easily remedied and would be 5/5 all round. Would recommend.

Very pretty hotel on the beach, with surfing facilities nearby. Rooms are very comfortable, pretty and clean. We got a very warm welcome from Jamal who helped us with luggage and other questions we had. Also Kamel (the pool butler) was always there to good take care of us with kindness and a smile. A place to recommend.

Excellent beach front hotel with lovely outdoor pools. Great breakfast(eggs cooked to order and fresh doughnuts). We walked into Taghazout, it’s about 2 miles for dinner along a lit promenade where you could get 2 courses for 4 for about £50.

The hotel team is truly exceptional—so warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with such graciousness. I was wondering if it might be possible to introduce a half-board option—it could add even more delight to the experience.

This fell well short of a 5 star hotel experience.
- The main swimming pool was closed for building works for our entire trip. We weren't warned about this beforehand.
- There was no toilet paper or hand soap in the main toilets near the pool, despite us repeatedly telling staff
- Some of the light switches in the bedroom didn't work
- The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor
- Coffee machines at breakfast often broke down meaning standing around waiting for coffee
- TV in the room wasn't connected to anything
- Ordered cocktails but instead of telling us they didn't have all ingredients they just made different cocktails to what we ordered

From arrival to checkout the experience was second to none. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and there was a good balance of attentiveness and maintaining the guests comfort of being left alone to relax and enjoy. The hotel grounds are very nice, clean, modern and fairly new. The onsite restaurants serve good quality food from breakfast lunch and dinner which we used during our stay as the hotel is in a fairly secluded area. Pool area is nice and never had an issue with getting a bed.
A couple of recommendations to enhance the experience is a little more choice on the lunch and dinner menu, would have been good if the pools were heated.

The hotel is fantastic. Location is on the beach and beautiful warm pool in January !!! Got the feeling staff are new, they tried really hard, but there were a few tiny teething problems. But I fully recommend this amazing hotel.

I was so pleasantly surprised upon walking into this resort property. Everything was spacious, and the staff where above gracious and kind. It was on the ocean, and also had a very large, wide, promenade which went for miles for running and walking. It was extremely welll-thought out, and pleasurable.
I loved the breakfast buffet in the morning with a mix of Moroccan, French and American foods, and it was lovely sitting outside on the wide verandas.
Totally so safe and beautiful, and the community around it was extremely enjoyable for us. From smallest family member, to oldest, we all found our places- lovely spa- pools with varying depths, excellent pool service, and enjoyable places to sit.
We loved the Moroccan fish tagine so much, and it was our favorite food!
I want to thank everyone there from the front desk, to the concierge, the pool people, wonderful restaurant waiters and chefs- first class service all the way! We will certainly come back to this beautiful place- There was surfing for our son, wading pools for the babies- came rides for the grannies, and spa for the tired Moms - Short flight from London- Non-stop- We spent a week there, and it was lovely! Many, many thanks!!

This Hilton just isn’t a luxury hotel! Which is a shame because the building itself is lovely, they have 4 large pools, a really varied breakfast, it’s right on the beach and most the staff are really polite. But that’s about where the good news ends, our stay felt like the hotel weren’t expecting guests that week and we all turned up by surprise. Breakfast was meant to start at 7.30 but hardly anything was ready at that time and it was pointless getting there before 8. Everyday they would run out of towels at the pool, people told us they had waited over an hour for one, they would also run out of sunbed cushions so you were lucky if you got one of those, similarly they didn’t have enough sun shades for the amount of beds so they were constantly wheeling them around a few times this caused issues when people took a swim in the pool to return and find their sun shade had gone. We left our room every morning at 8am and would return around 6pm, sometimes the room hadn’t been cleaned by that time, the rooms are a good size but fairly basic for a a”luxury hotel”. I found some of the staff to be rude at times. Location wise the hotel is a 45min walk to Taghazout and a 30min walk to Croc Rock, we walked most evenings but if you intend to spend all of your time in Taghazout or Tamrhakht. Overall I would not stay here again, the Hyatt is next door and we visited a few times for food and it was really lovely, nice place and every person we spoke to was so friendly, book there instead
