Séjour agréable dans un hôtel ( style boutique-hôtel ) confortable.

Très bon emplacement en centre ville avec un parking.Hôtel confortable avec salon, bar ,terrasse très agréables. Chambre, salle de bain avec wc séparé, literie corrects.

Celà fait plusieurs années que je descend dans cette hôtel et certaines chambres et sanitaires mériteraient un petit rafraichissement.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Bei der Zimmerwahl würde ich ein Upgrade wählen.

Das Hotel liegt nahe der Altstadt und ist ideal gelegen, Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe. Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen mussten wir das Notfallspital aufsuchen. Die Dame an der Reception hat uns hervorragend und sehr engagiert unterstützt.

Das Zimmer war klein und nicht praktisch eingerichtet. Die Bezeichnung Standardzimmer ist sehr grosszügig ausgelegt.

Super localisation, la mer est juste derrière l'hotel, trés belle environ !

Chambre = oké Salle de bain = trop petit et pas pratique déjeuner = bon restaurant = SUPER ça vaut une étoile Michelin! stationnement = aucun problème!

La salle de bain doit être plus grande et la douche plus pratique!

Pas sympathique dutout, sans égard pr le client.

Nous étions mécontents du prix du parking. En effet je l’ai appris lors du mail de confirmation. La plomberie de la salle de bains est à refaire complètement. On a regretté les salles de bains toujours parfaites des chaines d’hotels…

D’apprendre le coût du parking en arrivant; le peu d’égard pour les clients en donnant une chambre avec bcp de défauts ds la s de b. Avec tout cela, le prix m’a semblé excessif.

we hadden voor ontbijt gekozen €20 per persoon, dat vind ik prijzig en we zaten buiten omdat het lekker weer was. helaas lagen er geen kussens op de stoelen, het terras was niet klaargemaakt, jammer

Excellent location, will stay there again.

Great location to see the town and take day trips. Has a wonderful park near by where we went for our morning walks. We stayed at their Jr Suite and we’re very pleasantly surprised to find ourselves on what I would call a one bedroom apartment with kitchenette. We were very comfortable during our stay.

Not the property’s fault but the entrance to the parking garage was tricky and can be easily missed on your first time into town.

Perfekter Aufenthalt für 1 oder 2 Nächte.

Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, da nach hinten raus gelegen. Außerdem war es ein Zimmer mit Barrierefreiheit! Gutes Bett. Die Lage war perfekt. Nahe zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich.

Clean the place!

The place was filthy! In particular the carpets. We had to ask to be upgraded(we had booked a superior delux). We moved to a suite because I coukd not stay I. Such a dirty, tiny ‘superior delux room’. Honestly the place could be great if they cleaned it.. the staff were so nice.

Fraud!

I paid more than expected! Moreover, a security deposit hasn't been returned after a month!!! They now are asking me to "provide us with proof of the direct debit that was made and a letter from your bank informing us that they have no money in their possession that should be returned to you" This is UNACCETABLE!! The room was different (much smaller and worst) from the description and I paid more than 100 euros than the original price confirmed by booking.com. This is a fraud! want my money back.

I was stranded in the city as a tourist who ended up in hospital and booked last minute for a night to wait for a drive.

This property was very clean and quiet. Beautiful part of the city too. Breakfast offering was very good.

Check in at 4 is a bit late . 3 would be better. However they did allow me to finally check in a little early as I arrived very early.

Exceptional

Valence is our yearly stop on our way from Barcelona to Switzerland. We have stayed in several hotels, but this one checks all the boxes so we have stayed at Hotel de France for several years now. They are always pleasant and attentive and welcome our labrador retriever, so that's a big bonus. ... This year they had a change in management so, while a few bumps in communication at first, we left happy. Good to see the new management is keen to maintain the quality.

Definitely not the deluxe room we were expecting. A dirty bed and a tired looking room. We won’t be back.
