Just the location
Overpriced, less comfortable and kids noise overwhelming the entire space with no proper lounge for adults to enjoy the location, view, wine&food..

viel Auswahl
weite Wege zum Buffet; oft war das Essen beim Tisch dann nicht mehr warm

Location, friendly stuff, organization, Room…
Food is not good. I doesn’t seem Fresh. All Food has the same taste.

Location of the hotel is excellent, easy access to different places (with "tractor train" with schedule) - there are lots of children's programs nearby - places are breathtaking.
I loved the family room, so did the children, very comfortable with the walk-in closet, there are space for everything.
The meals were outstanding, having own tables for breakfast and dinner - variety, quality, quantity - WOW!
Staff is super-kind and helpful all around the hotel - really everybody!
There was live music during one of the evenings in the bar - it was also so great!
We had a wonderful stay, I would highly recommend it to families!
Parking is difficult, but hotel staff (Günther) was helping us immediately. You need luck to get parking place outside of garage and capacity of garage is limited. We had a tiny headache that non-electric cars were parking on charging stations - but this is not the mistake of the hotel - rather behavior of the drivers, also since garage is tiny, people do not care occupying 2 places for their own convenience. BUT this issue was absolutely has NOT spoilt our stay!!! This is only a note from my side.

Good quality is good. Location is great
The selection of the food is poor. Had we stayed a week then this would have become very boring.
Elevators are terrible

Your cook give us very good information about gluten free food.

Great staff, great food and wellness and pool area.
Must not forget also the play areas for kids, the falky land with supervising staff, etc. They were great, our kid enjoyed it very much.
Parking was a little bit problem, we had a family room some standard type, it was spacious, but the room for kids with bunk beds was without a window, and the air flow wasn’t too good, so we ended up sleeping altogether anyways.

Location, all inclusive food, spa facility
Too much noise in spa (it should be managed as relaxation area), Nassfeld ski area need to modernize some old ski lifts to avoid long waiting times.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They made our stay great.
Good food. Amazing location.
There was dust in the wardrobe in the room, also the SPA floors was not clean enough in some areas in the relaxing areas,
The water in the swimming pools is not hot enough for the winter, having in mind it is a kids friendly hotel.

Beautiful location, food very good
I've been to several already. And always the same problem. Unclear prices that were constantly changing. And what is really terrible and tested in several rooms confirmed by the guests I invited here. Disastrous beds, it was almost impossible to sleep when you crawled in, deep lying down is unacceptable for the price and quality of the hotel. (ROM 425, ROM 110, ROM 205) all have the same problem. Inexplicable at the price of 450E per night

The design of the interior, the comfy rooms, the separate toilet from the bathroom. I also appreciate that the rooms had visible interior touches from the pre-remodelling hence one can see how the hotel evolved. Staff were very friendly and eager, but some could use more training.
I didn't mind some of the staff not speaking German, I would appreciate if their nametag had flags so one would know in what language to approach. We would also appreciate if the SPA had a strict towel wearing policy.
The children's playroom was small, some games didn't work (fussball and table hockey).
