Esperabamos mas de un hotel que presume ser de 4 estrellas. Flojo.

Ubicacion y cuarto de baño. Nos dieron una sombrilla impecable para ir a la playa. Muy buena la ropa de cama y baño.

En la habitacion no funcionaba el Aire Acondicionado. TV (Cable) imposible de entender como se programa. Cuando llegamos nadie nos ofrecio ayuda con el equipaje. Placards limitados y no muy comodos. Desayuno muy flojo. Un sistema de atencion por "pedido". No responde a un hotel de esa categoria. Esperabamos mas.

El personal de La Capilla es muy muy amable, pero tengo que decir que el servicio de Lucas fue excepcional. Felicidades por tener un equipo tan comprometido a sus clientes!!

El desayuno y el gimnasio comienzan algo tarde. Talvez sería bueno agregar otras opciones saladas al desayuno. El área de la alberca tiene algo de daño por humedad pero nada grave.

El personal re amable. Desayuno excelente , todo rico, fresco y variedad. Habitación super cómoda , limpia y ducha espectacular

Le faltó más temperatura a la piscina. Llega un momento q uno empieza a sentir frío. Y no m gusto que el jacuzzi estuviera roto y que lo tuvieron prendido como si funcionase y preguntas y t dicen q ya mandan un técnico el cual no viene nunca, hasta q t dicen realmente después q volves a reclamar en realidad esta roto. Sugerencia ..apagarlo y listo. Por qno hay quien no iba a preguntar por el uso del mismo

Ya somos huéspedes frecuentes, fuimos una vez, volvimos y volveremos. Es un hotel que conjuga al mismo tiempo, calidad en sus instalaciones, habitaciones, limpieza, desayuno y opciones de relax.

Ideal para una escapada de finde semana

La piscina fue lo mejor, calentita y con jacuzzi también caliente y funcionando, todo muy limpio. Muy ricas tortas en el desayuno. La habitación muy cómoda y tiene una tele gigante con todas las app de stream. El gimnasio también me encantó, con instalaciones súper modernas y muy completo.

Estaría mejor si se pudiera servirse uno el desayuno, la mayoría lo tenes que pedir de atrás del mostrador, pero es un detalle.

Really enjoyed the stay, it's the second time we stay there and we'll be staying again!

Great breakfast, the staff was absolutely great. The room was of good size, and with comfortable beds. Great location, very quiet but also not far from the city. The indoor pool is really nice, with a jacuzzi available.

The pool could have been a little bit warmer. The minifridge should be better stocked, and there should be some available options to shop for basic food and drinks while on the hotel.

Great value, you must try both saunas and the jacuzzi

I loved this place. All of the staff was extremely helpful about local recommendations and checkout was smooth. The room was big and comfortable. I took advantage of both saunas, the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi had jets, but it wasn't warm so I think it needs repair. The bathroom here is amazing, not many other people. I would stay here again. WiFi was better than most hotels and it was quite since there were not many people when I was here. I was able to extend my stay by one day without any issue.

It's far away from the peninsula if that is where you are going. Just take an uber though, they are relatively cheap. No protein for breakfast, only pastries. I love my eggs, so I'm only deducting one point for that.

The facilities and the overal beauty of the hotel make up for the a poor breakfast and bad sheets

The hotel is very modern, looks pretty new, great environment and patio. Furniture is in great shape and all in all clean. The staff was friendly and the cleaning lady of ground floor was lovely. The man that attends the breakfast is also very welcoming and friendly. The location is great and in a calm neighborhood. The room is quite big, TV is huge and bathroom is comfortable. Sauna and Pool area is great.

I cannot believe how bad the sheets are! We have them changes 3 times but every time they were the same, rough and full of pills. Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel, it felt like sleeping in a bed full of sand. The room was also quite dark and ours had a small patch of mold on the ceiling. Breakfast is also unacceptable, few options of fruit, everything was dough-made, basically all pastries. Very poor cereal options. At 10 am you won’t be left with any scrambled eggs. Coffee is terrible!! and you can’t even ask for a paid decent coffee during breakfast time. And finally the system is not self service, which makes the experience quite stressful, everything is rationed!! They even ask you how many slices of melon you want! Finally, we asked for a late check out and they only gave us an extra hour (quite cheap considered we stayed 6 nights)

Modern Hotel with impeccable service!

We loved the outdoor spa. The room had lots of closet space. The breakfast was delicious! great Cappuccino!

It is close to the beach and there wasn’t any hooks to dry our beach stuff!

Wonderful experience

We loved the kindness and cleanliness. The bartender was super sweet. Loved the pool.

Everything was wonderful. If I had to be picky I would say as american would have liked coffee in room because I'm early riser and had to wait 3 hours to get coffee.
