Extremely impolite staff at the reception. Especially, the guy with the bald head treat the guests arrogantly. Outrageous behavior!

Probably the best hotel I have ever been to. The location was perfect! The staff were absolutely lovely. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The cleanliness was outstanding! Well done all!

Beautiful location, close to nature and mountains. Nice and quiet, the castle breathes a wonderful nostalgia. Reception personnel were friendly and did everything to make our stay wonderful. Breakfast was outstanding. We will return!

I've chosen this place for a business trip and mainly because of the Tesla destination charger, which I found in a functional state.
The rooms I booked were with shared bathroom which I didn't expect in a chateau. We asked for an upgrade which luckily was possible.
The rooms are of average size and very high. The interior is old and dated, but clean and functional. The bathroom was OK, but almost no amendments.
The bed was good, but I had to open the window as the room was overheated (for some people a good thing).
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us into the newly planned hotel bar. They told us we were the first.
In general it's a beautiful building and pleasant surroundings, but it needs big investments to really use the potential. I rather would pay double for the room and enjoy a higher level of comfort.
But the quality/price ratio is good and if you need/want a place in this neighbourhood, please try this chateau.

Because of the partial lockdown the restaurant was already closed at 20:00.
Unfortunately the breakfast is only from 8:00. The only hotel I know.... So we didn't enjoy this offer.

The standard room was quite austere but it had its charm. Everything was clean but the room had a bit of moldy smell. The breakfast room was gracious and the food finely presented. If you are used to sweets for your morning meal they might have nothing for you here.
The stuff was professional and polite but with some exceptions in which we were treated in a really rude fashion.
Notice that you can visit the magnificent halls shown in the pictures only if you book a tour or if you are here for a wedding. The wing of the castle designed for the hotel is nice but quite spartan compered to what it seem to be the not accessible wings shown on booking.

Only had breakfast once as we had to leave by 7:30 and breakfast didn't start until 8:00am but the day we had it was basic but fine
we did not receive the beds that we requested and the wifi did not work. the held shows at the hotel 2 of the night but they finished by 9:30pm so not too much disturbance

Very nice staff in the breakfast area. Very sweet ladies
That when you arrive late at night to the back side of the hotel where the guest parking is, the gate is closed with no infomation about who to call or that there is another entrance. Very easy to fix
