Exceptional

The apartment is spacious and confortable. We were well welcomed. There is a free secured parking and this is clean. This is not too far from the center and calm.

Great place for tourist; not a practical home office!

Owners met me to hand keys and helped me with the luggage. They explained the ins and outs of the place and were very responsive one day when there was no water around mid-day. Problem solved. They left their numbers for any emergency, and there were two. Very responsive. Wifi works well, and I could sleep with wide-open balcony doors!

The apartment is new with a great view but lacks practical features. The bathroom has two doors that get in the way of each other, the shower has low water pressure, so plan an earlier shower; no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes, and chairs in the dining room need pads to avoid the noise, and the dinning table is glass and a bit uneven, no pots/pitchers. The apartment is meant for vacationers, not as a traveling home office. The building is new, so the reception is mainly a sales office that opens around 10 am and closes around 6 pm. If you leave/get back outside of those times, use the back entrance through the parking area.
