EXCELENTE RELACIÓN CALIDAD-PRECIO

Excelente relación calidad-precio, muy buenas instalaciones y servicios. No hay televisión pero para mí no es importante. Muy buen wifi. Habitación limpia, camas cómodas y baño amplio. Personal muy atento que me atendió a pesar de llegar algo más tarde de la hora en que se publicita el cierre del check-in. Muy cerca de estación de Metro y de Cercanías. Repetiré cuando vuelva por trabajo a Leganés.

Nada que destacar. Siempre pueden ofrecerse más servicios pero, dado lo económico del precio, cumple sobradamente.

Las habitaciones están diseñadas para residencia de estudiantes. No dispone de televisión ni nevera minibar. Cuarto de baño con bañera y sin muebles ni repisas para colocar objetos aseo.

Recomiendo exclusivamente gente joven que vaya de fiesta

La zona era justo la que necesitaba por las circunstancias, el precio bastante ajustado (170€/3noches) y tener parking en esa zona es muy necesario.

En general la relación calidad-precio. Es verdad que el precio es ajustado pero a costa de carecer de servicios, comodidad etc. A nuestra llegada una de las dos camas no tenía edredón, me llevó bastante rato reclamarlo. El personal es escaso, la mayoría de las veces tienes que llamar por teléfono para que te atiendan. El aire no calienta mucho y hace muchísimo ruido, no conseguimos alcanzar temperatura confortable y mucho menos en el baño. La puerta del baño estaba rota y no cerraba. Había varios desperfectos en la habitación: suelo levantado, techo desconchado, cuadro eléctrico abierto que no cerraba... El parking tienes que llamar para que te abran para entrar y lo mismo para salir, lo que no siempre es rápido. Las habitaciones no las hacen los fines de semana y las toallas no se cambian. Además las personas que viven en la residencia son muy ruidosas, el jueves a la 1 de la mañana cantando reggaeton a grito pelado. También, aunque ya lo sabía y no me parece lo principal, carece de tv y amenities. El parking son 8€ el día (pagas por noches de alojamiento).

Problema con la calefacción. Al llegar a la estancia la habitación estaba sin calefacción. Tras quejas en recepción, telefónicamente y a través de Booking, a las cinco horas conseguí un cambio de habitación.

La amplitud

Las almohadas, muy planas para mi gusto , y que no hubiera opción a más. Mas jabón, quizás en lugar de paquetes sueltos estaría mejor un dispensador grande instado en la pared.

Surprise gem in Madrid

What a location! We stayed for a music festival nearby and were floored by the quality of this place. The rooms were fantastic, towels and fresh sheets provided every two days. Laundry facilities, gym, 24/7 key card access. the location is close to dozens of bars, shops, and restaurants.

No complaints whatsoever.

Micampus does not offer breakfast for hotel guests. Meals are only available for resident students.

I had to take 2 different elevators to get from my room to the garage. fortunately I has to do this trip only to move my luggage to/from my room. The good thing is that the garage was free of charge. The resident students can be a bit noisy at times.

No Breakfast weekends nor TV

Turns out the rate I got via booking.com is including breakfast yet, breakfast not provided weekends, I should have been informed, or this information regarding breakfast should be provided on here. Arriving from a delayed flight, hungry, and the only machine wouldn't accept my cash nor European card. Thankfully, reception offered me an orange for dinner as he noticed machine faulty.No TV, could see TV port. Lastly, on the second night, the receptionist made me feel like I was sneeking in or lying about having a room. I have worked and managed in hospitality sector abroad, and there are customer service and polite ways to ensure this person is genuinely booked without being condescending.

Only the reception guy does his job correctly

there is no shampoo and shower gel, there is no phone to call reception, there was a row of neighbors at night for 1 hour and a half and there was no staff to call them to order. In the weekend there is no room service, no towels

nice personnel treatment , not so good room hotel.

the lady on the front desk at nigh who did my check in and checkout was extremely nice and helpful. I arrived around 2 a.m and she was very nice and did my check in with a smile on her face and was very bice

the rooms didn’t have amenities ( soap and shampoo ). the room smell to cigarettes, like if the last guest smoke to death there. no windows, only a window on the ceiling.

all around a great stay.

looked nice n definitely had that university feel to it. was quite clean, only few bits i noticed but nothing too bad. thought we weren’t going to have any hot water at the start, but eventually it got hot. staff was really nice, specially the lady we saw when we were checking out :) thank again

Everything was fine except the air conditioner.

I like how the room is decorated. There was so much sun light and the furnitures are still new. There also have some room such as library, gym, laundry room for your needs.

I think my air conditioner in my room has problem. I cannot help me warmer during the freezing weather outside. And also there were no button how to control that AC, I need to asking for help but still the AC cannot help me warm although I turned it 30 degree. And I have to suffered from that cold for 6 nights. The room also lacking some essential objects such as tooth brush, toothpatse, kettle, hair dryer... which made me find it difficult to handling stuffs.

Simple budget hotel in safe suburb, close to metro.

Safe area, not in downtown but close to a metro and train station. Clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly young staff.

Some basic amenities were missing, in particular soap and shampoo in the bathroom.
