This was the first time I had done one of these breaks. It worked well and I would do again.

Proximity to the beach. I could take the dog for early morning beach walks on a near deserted beach. On site store was well stocked and manned by friendly staff.

The rabbits meant that I had to keep the dog on a lead whilst on site. Unexpected fireworks on Saturday night - although they didn't go on for long.

We had a lovely few days away in a clean tidy and comfortable caravan

The Campsite is lovely and very well set up for family entertainment and fun. the location of the caravan is ideal as away from the main site but close enough for getting to and fro. The security on the site was excellent along with the shop.

The bedding was very clean but some items had broken seams , not too much of a problem though! Would not recommend the bar restaurant but this is not the fault of the owner

We struggled to find the site- it would have helped if it had said it was the Parkdean site

Worst customer service ever experienced by an owner of the caravan.

Location of the caravan park !!

The issues (power supply) severely disrupted our stay which caused a great inconvenience. Power supply cut totally shattered our stay. - No hot water supply (means we couldn't have shower), no iron (means we couldn't iron the clothes) and no microwave (means we’re unable to cereal or ready meals for especially, our young daughter). - Bed and duvet covers were totally worn off, bad/low quality. If you have pet allergies then avoid this caravan. - Be prepared as owner of the caravan won’t respond to the communication at all !!

Good spot on the site, linen and towels left out for us and nice shower with basics for what is needed in the kitchen.

very clean liked the homely touches such as washing up liquid and tea towel, private location in the corner so offered privacy if you wanted to sit outside

A chance for our puppy to experience her first beach holiday.

Clean. Plenty of seating for the three of us in the living room area. Close to beach. Useful to have enclosed verandah for our puppy. All communication with owner responded to very quickly.

Unable to park next to property but can park nearby. Just unfortunate that we had a heavy downpour as we were unpacking the car. Unfortunately the shower did not work and although the owner tried to sort it we were left without a shower. The single beds are very narrow so not really suitable for our adult daughter.

A good base for sightseeing in Sussex even if the weather is not good for going to the beach

Located at a quiet corner of the site, there were more rabbits than neighbours in November! We needed to use the central heating but it warmed up very quickly

Wet and windy weather but that's always a possibility in November.

Location

The Caravan has showing it age, need modernization or lick of paint. With some investment it can be turn into best spot in the plot as is away from other caravan.

Very good and, as I say, very cosy, comfortable and well fitted out.

It was cosy and comfortable and Rose was helpful when I couldn't access the keys. I understand that key boxes are notoriously difficult to open and this was no exception. It was well fitted out.

Accessing the keys and finding the location when it was dark.
