Habitación con buen espacio y la ubicación 👍 bueba. Tiene lugar para estacionamiento.

Que se oye el ruido de los autos. La decoración muuy pasada de moda, vieja y oscura con poco color, sin plantas. La persona que atiende el comedor para desayunar se ve muy desmotivada y parece que no le divierte su trabajo.

el dormitorio al que me cambiaron no era ni parecido al primero incluso se aumento el precio para una habitacion mejor y no consideraron al cobrarme el extra por no salir en horario al chek out (adems que no ofrecen servicios de agua ni comida en el hotel con el que te puedan recagar despues

24 hour reception, good location.

After the stay: Despite the fact that we stayed at the hotel and payed our stay, the hotel put the booking.com status to cancelled (no-show). They admitted their fault when contacted, but after 2 weeks still haven't corrected the status. During the stay: despite booking one large bed, the room had only two small ones. Only one towel for 2 people. Very ugly carpet in the room and not very clean. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Stay somewhere else!

Good location, breakfast was fine, staff were good.

Hotel is just old and run down. Carpets are very old and dirty and the bathrooms have mold on walls and ceilings (we had 2 rooms for a family and same condition in both rooms). Much better options exist in the area for not much more money. Hotel just desperately needs a renovation....

Was an excellent location and quiet hotel to stay in.

They let me into my room earlier than scheduled time without any extra charges. An error was made with my actual room but early in the morning I called the front desk, and they fixed the problem fast. I didn't even have to go downstairs to pick up keys they brought to the room where I was staying. Excellent customer service.

They clean the room real good, but when I went under the bed to get my shoes they do not really clean under the bed.

A night of a nightmare

Breakfast and the closeness to the main square

The first room smelled like cigarettes, and afterwards we complained they changed us to another room, this room didn't had hot water, so we complained once more and we had to shower in another bathroom of another room.

Liked the room and Iocation, breakfast could be better, receptionist should check the reservations

Breakfast was not really good, kind of buffet but didn’t have much so had a coffee and bread

The receptionist was quite rude, probably the worst experience I had with a receptionist

Good, but could be better

It was a good location for going out and visiting different places in Sucre.

You could hear cars and noise from outside even with windows closed, and they had no air conditioning. Not that many options for breakfast.

Nice hotel in Sucre

The room was spacious and comfortable. The room I was in had a sitting area with a door between the sitting area and the sleeping area. The bathroom had a shower tub which was nice because my grandson could take a bath. The breakfast room on the fourth floor had an outside patio with a nice view. Eggs were cooked fresh for you at breakfast. Location was a pleasant walk from the central plaza.

There were dark spots on the grout in the bathroom that could have been treated with bleach, but cleaning in Bolivia is different that on USA, so I didn’t let it bother me for the two nights I was there.
