Great sporting holiday if you’re happy to stay within complex the whole time.

Amazing sporting facilities, suite was fabulous size for family of 4 and good value. Cafe served wide variety of food. Classes for adults were great. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Remote location so confined to hotel. We stayed 5 nights and needed to get a taxi to the beach and other restaurants. Not enough group classes for kids.

the place is completely unorganised. sports schedules are not updated, bookings forgotten, if you order food or drinks,

the facilities are amazing and the rooms are nice and clean

for a sports and health resort the food was terrible. very little choice of healthy foods. The staff is unorganised, forgetful and super slow.

Simply amazing health and performance booster

Amazing stay for professional athletes as well as amateur sportspeople. Great way to relax and try different types of sports thanks to daily group or private classes. Plenty of dishes to choose from, made to boost your health and performance. Lovely stuff, always with a smile, spotless clean, wonderful!

A fun healthy resfull reboot.

If you are a semi active person this facility is off the charts fantastic! For me it was the tennis pros, clinics, and swimming that made it for me. There are too many amenities to list but the ice bath in the locker room was a great way to recover from hours of tennis. Note: this is a training facility for triathletes and Olympic swim teams, so there are some super fit people camped out here. They are either working out, eating or sleeping so it is quite and peaceful. The food is heathy and clean and the staff are professional, courteous and welcoming. a great value for the experience!

It is not near any stores and it is a bit remote. The property has a van that you can hire to do trips.

Amazing facilities for sports. Professional swimming pools, tennis courts, running tracks, group classes. Room and bathroom was very comfortable.

Only one small restaurant (Booster Bar) was open which caused a very small choice to eat. This was caused by a of small number of guests (less than a half of hotel was occupied, probably because of covid).

I left 3 days early because the empty resort with no classes, or restaurants made it a horrible stay

The buffet breakfast was the only good part of the stay.

The restaurants were closed which meant the only option for meals was the cafe with a very limited menu. The classes were cancelled with no notice, because the staff were off doing the Phuket triathlon on the Sunday and therefore not willing to teach classes on the Saturday/Sunday or Monday morning. The bike shop was closed and locked all weekend, despite the fact that I emailed in advance to rent a bike. The swimming pool and tennis courts were busy with school children having classes on the Friday afternoon - they used every lane in the pool which meant I was not able to swim. The resort was empty of guests. I was often the only person walking around. It felt like a ghost town.

I was delighted with the stay and especially the fireflies!

The location was convenient and staff are friendly. I really enjoy the ambience of the hotel, garden wing is especially suitable for a silent retreat like the one I attended. And the fireflies are totally unexpected and made my stay extra memorable and special. I hope the hotel will keep the garden wing as pristinely natural as it is now, so that fireflies will continue living there and will delight future travelers like how I was.

The noise if the frogs all night was very loud. I actually didn't sleep at all. Maybe earplugs could be provided for guests to lessen this.

Very good

Calm and beautiful surroundings. breakfast was limited, but just the quality of made to order omelette worth booking this breakfast.

limited food options. just 1 cafe for whole resort, due to covid low occupancy, I guess. Room was a bit outdated and needs some renovations.
