A very relaxing, enjoyable stay.

The location was fabulous, the room was very clean and comfortable and I liked having the outside space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is excellent but there is limited room on the outside lounging area.

A lovely trip away

Very clean and modern, great location and helpful staff

The restaurant has no atmosphere and stark unflattering lighting more akin to a staff canteen. It needs to be redesigned to make it more intimate, inviting and welcoming. Food was good but no one seemed to be in overall charge. The waitress knocked a glass of wine over the table. No attempt was made to replace the cloth or re-seat us at another table.

quiet and close to the ocean.

the hotel is directly by the ocean. By the rooms with the seaview, you have a small Balkony with the view and you can hear the Waves very well. the hotels pool is with the sea water and warm. there is a Gymnastic hall too.

the rooms are very small and the bathrooms are tiny.

enjoyed Granville views & walks & seafood on rue du port. hotel was well located fir beach

location on beach & terrace we could sit out on overlooking sea also liked the spa pool

late check in 1699. restaurant fully booked before we arrived so had to eat out. massages & treatment slots fully booked before we arrived.

Good location… excellent treatment programs, good restaurant, pool and sauna. Clean though the carpeting was a little worn in places and the pool had some ‘sediments’ in places …. probably from the beach

staffs were not at professional. they seemed to confused about caring for clients. restaurant was one of the worst I have been for the price. lt wasn’t very nice for the value. they definitely need to improve public relations.

Room was great by itself but no airco, super hot, and super loud outside to keep windows open. Spa area very dirty, no spot for hotel guest at the restaurant for the dinner

Disappointing

The location was terrific - right on the beach. Likewise, the parking was free and available at all times. The staff were very helpful.

The room was tiny and ill-equipped. There was only minimal storage space for clothes and no fridge/mini-bar for cold water, etc. I’m struggling to see how this could be rated a 4 star, when the room was similar in facilities to a Campanile!

No aircon. No fridge, paper cups in room. Terrible cooked breakfast. Coffee machine not real coffee. Noisy delivery lorry’s outside the back of the hotel room early in the morning

Cosy, beautiful view, beach, quiet holiday

view, pet friendly hotel. Upon request of having our dog with us on breakfasts and lunch/dinners, we were offered to sit either outside on the terrace or in bar area and to have dog with us.

picked set menus from the restaurant. Later found out was still charged a’ la carte. But when highlighted to restaurant staff, matter was dealt with promptly and with no fuss.

great location, clean hotel, dreadful restaurant service, average value for money

excellent location right on the beach. rooms were clean and modern but not particularly spacious

Reception staff were helpful and courteous, but some restaurant staff were surprisingly rude. There were no clean bowls available for cereal/fruit, and the container for scrambled eggs was empty throughout breakfast. Staff were irritable when we asked for anything and the restaurant service was slack and sloppy

Easy to find and park, very comfortable room, quiet, lovely location, excellent staff. Sorted out a taxi for us and a restaurant

Given that one of the reasons that we booked this hotel because of its excellent restaurant we were surprised to find that as arriving guests we couldn't actually eat there as it was fully booked. At no point was this possibility pointed out to us, in fact it's not something I have ever come across before

proximity to beach - sunset views

very poor nights sleep - no air conditioning so had to sleep with window open an kept awake by party in neighbouring house until 3am. Not able to have dinner as restaurant fully booked upon arrival - we checked in early. overpowering smell of bleach/chlorine in lobby very unpleasant Bar staff didn’t take orders or offer to bring drinks to outdoor area

A great location

Loved the location and proximity to the beach. The dining room overlooks the sea, which with better weather would have been lovely. The food was very good and breakfast choice excellent.

After a long day we wanted to swim but discovered all had to wear bathing caps which we didn't have. Next morning the two women decided a swim before breakfast would be good so dressed ready for the pool we purchased caps. Then discovered the pool wasn't open until later (too late for us as we were moving on to another location) - surely most people prefer to swim before breakfast rather than after?!

A good selection of foods for breakfast Proximity to beach excellent Bed and showers good

Could have done with second suitcase stand TV remote had to be fixed first evening No possibility of eating in the restaurant throughout our stay ( except breakfast) as we were told on arrival it was all booked ahead.

Excellent experience!

The experience was excellent: very clean and large room, comfortable bed, nice view from the room window, excellent bathrobes, wc and shower separated. The breakfast was really good, with nice choice even for vegans. The cherry on the cake is the swimming pool and the aqua zone: very good and clean sauna, swimming pool with hydromassage and terrasse with direct sea view. Strongly recommend and hope to come back!
