Great value for money, clean, has a great location that allows to travel to the centre of London and to the airports. En

Great location, pretty clean, nice rooms and beds that allowed some privacy. Easy check-in and check-out. WiFi working without issues.

The shower/bathrooms were not always clean, but it’s mostly due to visitors. Though the stuff cleaned them multiple times per day.

It was good and better than I expected.

I did like the rooms and beds, it was quite clean, the location was also quite convenient, with a lot of restaurants and shops around what was great. It is also very important what neighbours you have, we were quite lucky to have three very nice and quiet students as neighbours.

A shower and a toilet for three rooms of 6 is too little, in the morning it was really difficult to get to the toilets. One toilet got twice blocked. The water in the shower was just a little warm, it was rarely hot. The keys for the room were often out of order and we had to fix them at the reception several times

Mieux que je pensais

L'espace de la chambre et nous avions chacun notre intimité malgré le peu d'espace. Endroit calme malgré que ce soit une auberge de jeunesse et c'étaitassez bien situé. .

Le fait qu'il n'y ai pas de ménage dans la chambre ni changement de drap juste on nous vidait les poubelles.

To use locker you need £2 but it’s for single use, as soon as you open locker you lose £2. You will need another £2 to close locker.

Wonderful- thank you

The team are brilliant, the guests are all really lovely and are genuinely really nice. It's a really good vibe and nice community. People talk to everyone and everyone feels warm & welcoming for sure. All staff are unbelievably helpful, massively professional, kind, helpful, genuine and always. I've met some friends for life in here when I had to leave my home for a safe space, because that's exactly what it is, for a few days after a really traumatic situation. Safe stay staff sat with me and gave my mental health that vindication it needed- "it's not your fault" all staff have gone above and beyond including the nightstaff manager. They are so helpful and kind. Because people that come here see it says safe stay, I would like it to remain this way as the guests collectively have this set in stone which is brilliant

Some awful old men in my current room, if you're going to come here be respectful, what might be seen as a norm in your culture might not be the norm here, (aka drop the chauvinistic views).

Value for money wise this place ticks the boxes. Room facilities were in a decent condition, privacy curtains on beds and pleasant staff.

Just my particular circumstances and not really a complaint but regarding the layout of the room, I got a bed in a position in the room that made things a bit cumbersome. No power points near my bed meant I couldn't charge my things conveniently and with other guests already in the room utilising space, the secure storage locker under my bed was difficult to access easily

I didn't expect much for the price, but was amazed at the room, the welcome and the facilities.

Good size room with walk in shower. Good bar and food, but many other restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptional

Close to downtown and convenient for the price.

The heater on the shower room was at maximum and the water was super hot... so taking a shower was awful. Also the shower room was so small that if you enter with a dry towel to dry up afterwards, it will be all wet. On a 5 days stay we only could take 2 showers... very unpleasant.

Close to a train station friendly staff

The lift was broken. We had to walk 3 flights of stairs (my sister and I have fibromyalgia) and we were not pre warned of this. The bathroom door jammed on my sister and she had to be broken out (sliding door). The men who live in the area were mostly creeps and we felt unsafe. Also there was water in a reusable glass thing and it stank! Would not come back

worth a visit

the tidiness of the rooms and common areas. the staff were nice and accommodating. the rooms were always warm; you can always crack the windows open if it gets too hot. the area was nice; easy to get a bus or get to the nearest station.
