Acora was in a perfect spot for us, we always hire a car so have no problem with transport. The room was spacious with plenty of storage for 4 of us (2 adults 2 kids, 5 & 10 years). It had a really chilled atmosphere, I felt like it captured the Ibiza relaxed vibe perfectly. Everything we ordered food / drink wise was fresh and good value.
I could do with a little lick of paint and TLC in some areas - it’s not perfect, but that’s part of the charm for me. A bit rough around the edges I guess is the best way to explain it.

It‘s okay considering the price
Weird vibes, location is not good

Good location, great facilities and very friendly staff. Great value for the location, no frills, just right.
Lots of space, pool area is lovely.
Everything could just do with a lick of paint and a fixing up in places.

Bright and cozy room with a comfortable bed. A very relaxing atmosphere around the place especially the pool area, wonderful staff who were always there to help out and make sure we were enjoying our stay.
Great quiet location maybe about a 10 minute walk to Es Canar and there's a beach even closer just down the road.
Will definitely be returning!

The staff were lovely and was very chilled. We weren't there for most of the time so the accommodation was perfect for what we needed it for.
I didn't like there wasn't room cleaning included in the price. We were told upon arrival we would have to pay extra or do the cleaning our selves. We were only there for 4 days so thought we didn't need the cleaning. Did have a look to see what they provided if we had a go at doing it ourselves but there was a mop and that was it. Would've been nice to be provided with a broom at least so we could do a quick sweep.

Located close to many nice beaches -by Taxi
Staff was extremely nice. There was only one lady serving breakfast, I think she was also cooking it. she is the best!
Needs maintenance. Very limited choice of food. breakfast range was good for me, but not for the rest of the group.Other food at other times of the day where limited in range, availability and taste. doesnt qualify as a restaurant for me.

The location is quiet, a bit far from beautiful beaches on foot, but really lovely and nice environment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. :D The room is the same as described and showed in the photos, bed is comfortable, the space is big enough (apartment). The pool is clean and great temperature. WiFi is not superfast, but stable and always available.
The breakfast option is a bit overpriced (small amount), only the manager speaks English, though Google Translator did it job. The pool furniture are bit dirty, the entire facility demands an overall renovation (paintings, functional parts, taps and bath, etc. are a bit used condition) but of course we were a family with small baby, not a partying group with no demands just a place to sleep. Parking inside is not feasible after late evening hours but on the street behind there are plenty of parking places (5 min walk max.). Was a bit difficult to get an iron, the selective waste is collected in 4 bins (looks awesome) but the full bags were not replaced after 6 days (the "organic" one smelled like hell).

Staff was good. Still they agreed to leave something we needed in the room and then didn’t leave it there. The outside pool and facilities are good.
Uncomfortable bed. No window that could be opened in the room. Not well taken care off.

- employees overstrained and generally understaffed. Only one person sometimes around
- room dark
- rooms dirty
- room cleaning with extra charge

friendly staff, nice pool style, close to the beach
the hotel needs a thorough renovation; a lot of the facilities are broken or torn; there are even two broken cars on the parking - breakfast was mediocre

Very simple, clean and comfy room. The pool was lovely and so were the staff. Well situated by a bus stop with transport to wonderful beaches such as Cala Nova and the local town of Santa Eularia.
The fixed shower was too low, so you couldn’t actually stand under it and it would be nice to have the facilities to make a tea/coffee in the room.

Check in was quite easy. Nice Location
The staff were very rude. We booked out almost the whole venue with different people staying there for a big charity cycle family members did. On our first day we were all around the pool buying drinks. There were about 20 of us, not being loud or disruptive at all. 4 people there were not staying there. They were initially told if they werent staying there the minumum spend was 10 euro. They spent more on food and drink. After being there for a while another person then told them to leave as they werent staying there, even tho they had already spent at least 40 euro on food and drink. Throughout our time there the staff were very rude. We were provided with a bottle of water in our room, which was nice of them however when we took that bottle of water to the pool we were shouted at and said we couldnt drink it by the pool. This is water, a basic need in 30 degree heat. Baring in mind a lot of other hotels provide water for free around the pools and sea. The pool is included in our stay but it was always on condition of how the staff felt. Just on the principle we didnt want to use the facilities there or purchase any more food and drink after the first day as they were simply rude.
The room wasnt that clean. It needed a good scrub. Very tried place. Floors were dirty. Mold on the sunbeds.
We would not stay here again. Its a shame as it could be a lovely place however the mentality of the staff was just awful.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and quiet. Nice pool
Hotel could do with a make over. Cushions on sunbeds were stained and old, could do with recovering. Breakfast not good value, juices very watery, no black tea, no fruit. Covid used as an excuse for not cleaning room, looking for extra if you wanted room cleaned. stayed for 5 nights and towels weren't changed.

Such a peaceful sanctuary! loved the pool/terrace area.
the room was a little dark, we were underground with one window.

I paid a sea view apartment as shown from the pictures but it wasn’t, moreover the cleanliness of the property outdoor wasn’t the same from the pictures.
Indeed even our apartment was dirty inside.
I wasn’t expecting a shiny place to stay but at least valuable for the money spent.
Anyway location ideal for families.

Reasonable location if you want to be close to Santa Euleria town.
The entire hotel is shabby, our room smelled mouldy & stale. The bed was really uncomfortable. I would not recommend.

The pool area was lovely
The rooms were dirty and tired. But the biggest disappointment were the rude and hostile staff except the two male staff. The older woman would regularly grab peoples bags and if a bottle of water which had been purchased elsewhere were to be found she would confiscated it and be generally rude. I just dont see the logic behind this behaviour(when its 40 degrees you need a bottle of water at all times). this view was mirrored by our whole party who commented on this bad atmosphere created both by the older woman and the younger one who seemed to hold a level of authority.
such a shame to have an opportunity to create a place in which people would want to return but in this case the thought of lining there pocket for a second time would not sit well with me.
I wish them good luck in a search for there manners and people skills but rome wasnt built in a day and im sure they havent found atlantis yet.

great location for our group
room drains smelt since day one. Room needed a lot of maintenance, stains on mattress, hotel has a lot of potential but needs some work. considering advertised at cyclist friendly no where to store bikes and staff were unimpressed when we arrived with bikes

rooms, staff, outdoor set-up were on point. nice location, quiet, nice swimming pool.
check-in was not possible until 3 hours later the time indicated in the booking. outdoor spaces could be more clean, shower was leaking on the floor so every shower creating a lake

Good area and pool area was lovely and chilled
Manager of the hotel was absolutely horrific... our hotel room had no access when we arrived as a tree had fallen into the pool but instead of giving us any information/ being polite or offering us any form of reassurance she was horrendously rude and made no effort to make any arrangements for another hotel for us to stay in. The electrics had all gone off in the hotel due to the tree but no effort was made to ensure we were put up safely in another hotel. When i asked what she expected us to do she responded saying that it wasnt her problem wouldn't give us any money back if we needed to book a new hotel and advised that we could sleep on the beach if need be. The most awful woman I've ever met. She made 2 of the girls on our group cry within 6 hours of being at the hotel. I would greatly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel!

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service was great, even out of season. I highly recommend.
There are no cups/glasses in the room. Some basics missing but that's a minor.
