1.- Mucho Ruido de los demás pasajeros ya que no dejaban dormir 2.- No hay citofono en la habitación para comunicarse con recepción 3.- La dama de la cocina se quejó porque llegamos 10 minutos antes de terminar su jornada de desayuno 4.- Las cortinas se traslucen completo y deja ver todo dentro de la habitación. Por lo cual no se puede cambiar la ropa con la luz encendida, sino de fuera todos los que pasen lo verán

Personal cordial. Siendo la persona que atiende en los desayunos muy amable. Habitaciones limpias pero problemas con el WC al tragar el agua. Entorno muy agradable desayuno típico.

Pleasant stay at Costa Verde Inn

The place is very clean, comfortable, lots of plants outside the rooms which helps you feel connected to nature. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast is very limited. You need to ask for what you want, but there's no menu, and the staff is not fluent in english so it was hard to understand what was available.

We always stay at Costa Cerde when we go to city..it’s our home away from home.

It’s feels like home and all the rooms I’ve stayed in have been big and most of them have a kitchenette. The staff are so nice and helpful.

There’s construction close by.

The. Kitchen was a very nice kitchen but the is no cookware or dishes so you need to bring them if you’re ou want to cook.

Beautiful property close to Escazu and the groceries and restaurants. This is our 3rd time to stay here and staff is very helpful.

Lack of motivation to maintain and enhance the place. Greed ( no coffee maker, no bottle opener, lamps done with simple alcohol bottles, only small soaps in the bathroom) Bed not done on second day Night guard

Suitable for the price

Spacious, clean rooms with a very cool almost medieval aesthetic. Beds were comfortable and clean. Standard room had a kitchenette, tv, extra fan, and lots of storage space. Breakfast and cleaning staff are very friendly:)

Rooms aren't soundproofed in the slightest. You can hear the toilet flushing in the next room, and there was a family sitting right outside our door talking and drinking until 2am. Was very hard to sleep. Pool leaves something to be desired. Didn't look clean, and lounge chairs were barren and dusty. No one chose to hang out there lol We ordered Pinto Gallo for breakfast thinking it would be prepared the same as everywhere else we had it, but unfortunately I believe it was cooked with butter, as my partner and I felt quite sick after. This is not their fault, as we should have specified our dairy allergy, but it was a little surprising. Server was super fast and friendly
