L'accueil du staff, en français , les petits conseils pratiques, la gentillesse , l'ambiance chaleureuse de l'établissement
Que les chauffeurs de Yandex ne viennent pas me récupérer devant l'hôtel !!

Never met such kind staff. Baitur and Anzima (sorry if I spelt that wrong) were nothing but helpful and accommodating and really made our stay.

great hostel & value for price, rooms are very clean, kitchen is available for cooking, staff very helpful and friendly, will definitely come back when in Bishkek.
showers are a bit mouldy.

I liked this hostel, because it looked so like a home.
Staff is great, it’s a whole family working there. I booked a yurt but instead the yurt they offered me a bed in a dormitory room it was ok with me and plus I got some discount.
I was expecting for a towel and toothpaste like in other hostels, but the price was too cheap to ask for those things.
Bed was a bit noisy.

Amazing stay at Tunduk Hostel. The staff was beyond helpful and nice to everyone. There is a lot of common places to meet fellow travelers. The rooms are great and clean. I would definitely come back to Tunduk.

The pool is a must especially with the summer heat. The staff is very nice.
The toilets by the bathroom were not always clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff

The pool is definitely a good point after a long day in Bichkek. Friendly staff with good recommendations.
The shower was not properly working.
4.6
The room is clean, the host is informative and most importantly, a pool for free dip!
The location is a bit off from the centre or any bus stops, which could be easily resolved by hiring taxis

The staff is really helpfull and made our trip a lot easier and very comfortable! We stayed longer then we planned in the beggining because it was so great.

I stayed at Tunduk twice and each time was great, indeed by the time I returned it had it faster Internet and refurbished bathrooms. Az and the team are really helpful, the place is always clean and a really nice mix of travellers, not to mention a swimming pool too.
Would recommend to anyone who is visiting Bishkek, I had a really peaceful time and it was the perfect place to stay while studying for an exam (I passed). Keep up the good work.

I had great and comfortable stay in Bishkek because of Tunduk Hostel. Azema the administrator was very helpful, she helped me to book my your during my stay in Kg. They are always asking me if I need something even Baytur and the other guy they had very warm welcome to their guest. The place is very clean and quiet perfect to stay to relax. I will highly recommend Tunduk to my friend who is planning also to go to Kg😉
One thing to improve is the water pressure in shower area it is quite low but all in all I had great stay in Tunduk.

The staff (family) that run Tunduk are SO helpful. Azema was always quick to respond to any questions I had through booking.com before our trip. Also her brother Izat drove us and picked us up for our bike tour in an SUV that could fit our bikes for a fair price. Our airport taxi they arranged was seamless. They let us come in at 4 am when we arrived and hang out in the facilities, use kitchen, and take showers before our check in time. We stored luggage for 2.5 weeks at the hostel. Azema and Izat speak perfect English which was helpful!
It sounds like the breakfast is only served during high tourist season, so we did have to walk around for quite a while finding a place that was open to eat breakfast.

For this price to have a pool in hot Bishkek is priceless 😁 Beds are good, kitchen free to use, outdoor area really nice to enjoy. Hosts are very helpful and always available.

The swimming pool and comfy beds in the yurt. Would like to return when the new showers & bathroom have been refurbished.
It wasn't close to the centre but the cost of taxis evened it out compared to if you were staying in the centre

Excellent hostel to stay and chill you feel like home, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and Azema is super helpful.

Very comfortable and clean private room. The host was so helpful in organising a horse tour to Song Kol lake.
They should specify that the pool is not open in May. the weather was hot, so this was a little disappointing
4.6
Our flight landed at night to Bishkek airport and they took extra money even though I mentioned it.

Amazing service, helpful administrators.
Consulted me on various things regarding moving around the city and the places to see.
The people staying alongside me were also all very nice and hospitable.
That was basically all I needed :)
Wi-Fi could be better, but as I could see they're improving upon it day by day.
The connection was lacking during periods of high load, but otherwise was fine.
Also, by the end of my trip it impoved significantly.
4.6
The staff are friendly and the beds are comfy. The bathroom was clean.
The kitchen is very small for the amount of people cooking so sometimes there were dirty dishes and half eaten food left around.
4.6
Great breakfast. useful kitchen. atmosphere. Wide and many sunlight on this hostel. Good for chilling. stuffs are kind and always dedicate to cleaning.
Difficult to find. The houses neighborhood on this hostel are same look and No signs outside.
4.6
Check-in and check-out was easy
It's quite difficult to find and very hidden in a neighborhood outside of town. It seems that a lot of people live there long-term and things weren't clean. There's limited bathroom and toilets available and everything seems very run down. Quite difficult location to grab a bite or get groceries. Also difficult if you want to go to the "city center". Not sure why this place is rated so well, because it doesn't fit the needs of traveling for us.
