Great location, walking distance to Agios Nikolaos Beach and to the village of Arkasa.
Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Good terrace to chill out and well equipped studio.
Really nice owner.
We liked everything.

The room was perfect, we were in the room #3 which is very spacious. Everything was very clean, we had a beautiful view from our balcony. The location is very good, very close to the sea and very convenient to discover the rest of the island. It's also only 15 minutes from the airport.
But the highlight of our stay was without a doubt the hospitality of Sofia and Giorgios. It was a great pleasure to meet them and to get to spend a little time with them.

The villas are very spacious and in mint condition. The landscaping is gorgeous and there as a professional tennis court on the premises should you want to play. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach, tavernas, and mini mart. The owner Sophia is the nicest lady that really cares and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. When we arrived, karpathian baklava was waiting for us in the room and then she brought fresh fruits as well for us to enjoy.
