Empresas que intentan sacar rentabilidad máxima en la compra de edificios

No hay personal, cuando llegamos no estaba limpio y eso que llegamos como 2 horas más tarde de lo previsto e informado, nos hacen dejar el dinero de la tasa turística en efectivo en el apartamento sin ningún tipo de justificante de pago.

Convenient location

Stairs are uneven and steep. There is no privacy between the bedrooms and the stairs to the loft are right by the lower bed. No place to open a suitcase on the lower floor. Very open so everyone must sleep at the same time.

Perfect place to stay in Porto.

The location was great. Walking distance to many touristic places. Free parking overnight right in front. But make sure you take your car at 09.00 in the morning. Householder is very kind and helpful. Eventhough we haven't drink but it was very kind offering a welcome wine at the apartment. Air condirion works very well. Clean and very comfortable to stay in. Definately we will come back.

No elevator but thats ok anyway.

A great apartment in a great location. There is even a luggage storage place just a few doors away.

The host Maria was hospitable and responsive. We were delayed by a day as our initial flight was cancelled. She turned on the air-conditioning and welcome us with a few gals of red wine. These gestures are very much appreciated. She also gave tips on where to go for food etc.

The apartment was very good - clean, bright and comfortable. Air conditioning helped as well as Porto at the point of travel was hot. However, there wasn’t any light in the bath cubicle and the bathroom could not be locked from the inside. It also got stuck easily as it was snugged and the ladies needed help to open it.

Lovely stay

The apartment was compact but comfortable, just what we needed for our short stay. Close walk to all amenities 10 mins in every direction. Maria was lovely.

I would stay there again.

The apartment is located in a strategic area, close to most of the most iconic destinations. Ideal for young families.

It is a weekend, being a central area it is a bit noisy at night.

Great

At first we thought we were going to be too far from the centre but it was perfect. Porto is small so we walked everywhere and had no need of public transport.

We thought it would have been useful to have a folder of useful recommendations for restaurants cafes and supermarkets that other tenants have discovered or the host could recommend. We were unlucky that the tenant above was very noisy because the sound insulation in the ceiling is not good.

wonderful stay in lovely Porto we will visit again

the apartment was very clean bed linen smelt so fresh. the small kitchen was well equipped. It had a good shower and the bed was comfortable. The location suited us with lots of good restaurants nearby small supermarket also nearby, and within 10 minute walk the Trinidad’s metro that takes you straight to and from the airport. The owner was very helpful and easily contactable.

it didn’t bother us but there is no lift so please be aware of that.

We both enjoyed Porto - an attractive and interesting city.

The apartment was well located for walking into the central historical area of Porto, and for the main metro station (Trindade). Although we never met her in person, our host Maria provided useful information both before and during our visit. It was helpful to have key codes for both the external and internal doors because it enabled the two of us to come and go separately when required.

The accommodation was described as a one-bedroom apartment but it was a studio apartment (bed-sit), the only other room being the bathroom. There was limited storage space for clothes etc and limited crockery/cutlery available. A couple of lights in the apartment did not work and the bathroom light failed halfway through our visit; this was reported to Maria but the light was never repaired so the bathroom remained in darkness for the last three days of our stay.

Comfortable apartment, wonderful terrace, host was very responsive and helpful, good location, secure building. The value was good. We were two friends on holiday and needed 2 separate sleeping areas... this apartment was perfect, a private bedroom and then the sofa bed in the living room.

Great place to stay in Porto!

It's a great apartment to stay in, spacious, comfortable and with all things to make you feel at home away from home. Maria is also a great host and was always available to help us. We enjoyed our stay very much and would gladly stay here again.

Very small things but could be of help: - Some utensils could be replaced with new ones. - The floors are thin so you can hear the neighbors walking, it didn't bother us but good to be aware of.

Location was perfect. It was clean and neat.

Little noisy at times in the evening. Lack of proper instructions by the owner before hand. For example not telling us where to leave luggage on check out, how close it is to the apartment, requiring photo idies before releasing doors key codes.
