Nice glass of orange juice on arrival doing the Jesus trail. Location is ideal. I was able to shower no problem. Good aircon in the room. Brilliant shawarma nearby. Nice to know that it is family run.
Very questionable artwork/decor.

So cozy and so friendly to stay with this lovely family on their guest house! I loved it! It’s right next to the Church of the Miracle too
I loved everything

Good property, I would stay there again.
Make sure you know exact address and location, gps kept showing the property as being one road away from the actual location.

Very friendly and helpful family home! Thank you.

The hosts are very friendly and caring. Stayed there one night walking the Jesus Trail. Wedding Church is right around the corner. At the terrace of the house, one can enjoy evenings and mornings under a lemon tree. The guest mothers tasty meals give you strength for the day.

A Christian Arab family home run by Sammi, his wife Suad and their son Salman. Wide choice of traditional Israeli-Arab fare, but sufficient 'western' options to cater for all tastes. Supper available as well by arrangement. Delicious (home grown) lemons, fruit and vegetables. If you like pizzas - I usually don't - Salman's brother Farah also makes the best I have ever tasted just nearby! Rooms spacious, comfortably furnished, light, warm and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Pleasant paved and partly- covered courtyard (with lemon tree) for enjoying the sun (we didn't - it rained!). Difficult to find in a maze of narrow backstreets - you need Google Maps (and good parking skills if you're driving!). Possible parking off-street or on-street nearby (no striped curbs in these narrow back streets!). Both Cana wedding churches are nearby with a wide range of market stalls, cafes, bars, etc. in main street. Free internet.
Although very welcoming, we all got the feeling that the family didn't really want to 'get to know us'. I suspect they possibly prefer visitors that just stay one night while passing through - maybe on 'The Jesus Trail'. The sense of tension in this 'Palestinian' town did surface sometimes - perhaps because we expressed an interest in the modern (Jewish) history of the State of Israel as well as its amazing Christian heritage - after all, this is where Jesus actually walked and taught, but is also where wars have been (and still are being) fought! In fact there were two very loud explosions somewhere in the town just after dawn on the first night. Sammi assured us it was thunder., but it clearly wasn't! We later learned from a taxi driver that two people had been killed. These things do happen in Israel, but, that said, we at no time felt the least bit unsafe among these friendly, mainly Arab Cana folk, all of whom God loves just as much as He loves you, me or the Jews!

the family was lovely. breakfast was exceptional although expensive.
property was old but clean. we do not believe it was acceptable that they took copies of our passports. we believed it was standard for Israel but it is not. for the booking. also read the fine print. they only accept cash for the stay

Beautiful guest house with very accommodating owners. Our room had great air conditioning and was close to the common kitchen. The owners live in the main guesthouse and were very welcoming and friendly. They even directed our taxi drivers where to go- they got lost and could not find the exact location even with using google.
The guest house had a homey feel about it. We were in Cana because we renewed our wedding vows at the Cana wedding chapel which was a very short walk downhill from the property. We would go back to the guest house again and perhaps bring our friends and family the next time around.
It is located at the back of the Franciscan wedding church and there was chanting for several hours in the afternoon and it was a bit loud. The location was very hard to find and the streets were so narrow, our taxi drivers could not find it. I called the owner and she helped the driver navigate to the guest house.

Location was perfect, this was day one of the Jesus trial for us so we were exhausted and ready for bed. It was comfortable and homely with all the amenities we could want and need. The breakfast (50 shek) was incredible and so worth it.
