Never again

The location by the river and the view of the fireworks. The beds comfortable.

At the start of coming in the door, it was hot, in Bullhead City, that day was 123 degrees 90 degrees inside the living room. The cooler was already on upon entry. Called the number provided and was told no one was available to fix that day,but tomorrow, someone would be by to fix it. Next day on the 4th of July. I stay waiting for someone to come till 4pm, finally I text, asking why no one has come,call or text me to fix ac. I can't get a response from staff to fix. I asked for a partial refund. Response " needed to talk to owner"10 min later was offered a temporary AC. 5:00pm knock on door and a temporary ac was brought in. It cooled the living room down to 85 degrees. The next day, July 5, check out day, send text asking the owner to call gave my cell number, no response. I will never stay again or suggest this place to anybody. The staffing service did not want to be bothered or cared.

A Gem in Bullhead

Location. So easy to get to to and very quiet.

Cheap toilet paper. We had to purchase our own. Also lacking was kleenex.

Cozy Suite Amazing Stay

Absolutely love the location. Only 1 minute walk to the beach as stated in the advertisement. Will definately come back and stay. Allowed our dogs. Has all amenities you need, you can cook in or go out. So immaculately clean, no one bothers you, everyone is so very nice. Paying is a breeze, getting in is a breeze. We just loved it all. Stephanie our host simply amazing!!! Thanks so much to Cozy Suites!!!

It did smell as if it had been smoked in, but it wasn't too overwhelming. Honestly it was so perfectly clean and overwhelmingly welcoming that was no big deal!!!

Wow! This place was awesome. Steps away from the private beach. What a blessing it was to find this place while my house was finished being built. I would highly recommend this spot! Stephanie is very responsive for any of your needs.
