Location along the river.
Too much noise from the other side of the river, especially at night time.

พนักงานน่ารัก, มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ
ห้องพักไม่เก็บเสียง, ได้ยินเสียงห้องอื่นชัดเจน, เสียงภายนอกค่อนข้างดัง

Location and facilities ate good
I found lots of mosquitoes in the room on the 2nd night. It may come from room cleaning.

Newer hotel, I believe, so all the facilities were top notch. shower was great with good water pressure. dining options were good and the breakfast buffet had a wonderful variety of foods and went until 11:30! room service was prompt, laundry service was quick, and everyone was very accommodating. They offer shuttle services to and from the hotel to two spots in the city.
The pool was still being constructed and that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel so it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Location is beautiful with a view of the river and Thailand but it isn’t in the heart of the city. Must take a tuk tuk or car to get around.

The breakfast was very good.

Everything was brilliantly done. Bed, breakfast, shuttle bus, smiling staff, elevator, pool, roof top bar
Great view from our 6th floor window over the river, sunset….
It is a little too far to walk into town but the shuttle bus is so good you don’t need to be concerned. The hotel app means you can be in touch all the time to book it while out

Completely new hotel with a great rooftop restaurant and fantadtic views to the mekong.
The staff was extremely friendly. I especially want to highlight KK (AFOM). I have never ever met such a professional and courteous employee. Thank you so much for everything.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the view over the river, gym, pool & service
No tourism desk
Bit far out of town to walk, short ride in a Tuk tuk

This beatiful new hotel has a direct view on the Mekong river and it is 10 minutes from city center. There is a free courtesy car that brings you and can pick you up again at regular times.
What a nice staff everybody so friendly and ready to help you.
The bed was very good and I enjoyed the enormous choice of food at the breakfast buffet.... a cook standing ready for you to make your favorite omelet or scambled egg pancakes with different sirups too many to tell.
I will come back here for sure.
Nothing actually
Perfect stay

New beautiful hotel best I had travelling for 2 months throug Asia.
Very nice breakfast buffet with nearly anything you can think of.
Bed and pillows incredible good.
This hotel and its dedicated and caring staff is the best I have come across in a long time
Sorry nothing here

Breakfast is good and staff was friendly.
The rooftop bar was closed due to rain. Should have planned for contingencies since it’s the rainy seasons now.

Excellent buffet style breakfast, with both western and asian sections. Great views from the top floor terrace with a fine dining place. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean, walls and floors covered with white marble. The price was excellent with breakfast included. The hotel is close to the airport, which may help to avoid traffic jams for travellers in a hurry.
The hotel is located about 3 km from the center in a poor neighborhood, far from touristic hotspots (opportunity to reflect on social inequality).

So clean, beautiful and cool from the summer heat. Staff were attentive and food was fabulous! Great location also :)
Nothing!

New and clean but they should clean the floor of the lift.
Location is too far from other restaurants and the menu of their restaurants is limited

Good quality for the price
Great view of the Mekong. Great open air last flior dining lounge with great views.
A little out of the way.

From the pool to the gym to breakfast and room service, everything (except wifi) was top-notch and delicious
Neither of us could get the wifi to work for more than a minute or two at a time. This problem applied both to phones and computers. You could connect to the wifi network just fine, it just had no speed and intermittent service too. If you try to stream a movie, expect it to pause every few minutes and become completely unwatchable. After complaining to staff they connected me to one of the private staff wifi networks -- but the same problem remained. This hotel either needs to upgrade their wifi plan or find a new provider because it is unsustainable. I would've stayed here for two weeks but the inability to reliably receive work emails for us to find a better hotel in the city centre.

New Hotel, quiet and nice to look across the Mekong to see Thailand. They have a good rooftop bar and breakfast was good.
However, it is located along a narrow street which is rundown; you need to walk 800m to reach the food street that serves mainly BBQ and grilled food. Another KM of walk and you reach the local shopping area with road-side stalls.
Far away from food and other establishments. No usual 7-11 or 24-hr stalls to top up your drinking water so you need to ask for extra from housekeeping or purchase them from the hotel.
You need to have kip and baht ready as the hotel does not have foreign exchange service.

One of the best options to stay in Vientiane. It's about 20 minutes far from the night market. The rooftop views are very nice and all the restaurants by the river are very close.
The staff is super friendly and would help you with anything you need.
Nothing in particular.

This hotel was only about 5 weeks old when we stayed in Jan 2023 so facilities were faultless. The room was VERY BIG - very spacious that after staying is cosy hotels, this felt a little uncomfortable as you could literally put another queen size bed. Our room overlooked the Mekong so every morning I could see the sunrise and in the evening, the sunset. Breakfast spread was extensive - a good spread of local rice and noodle dishes and western spread. Eggs were made to your liking. Good spread of fresh fruits, juices and coffee machine. There's a roof top bar which is a must for the spectacular sunset. The drive to the airport is about 10 minutes.
It is about 25 minutes walk to downtown (night market and cafes/restaurants) so if you don't want to walk, you'll have to negotiate with the tuk tuk drivers. On the main street behind the hotel you'll find shops but this is not your typical tourist area and we went out at night, we did find a man trailing us. So you wouldn't venture out too late into the night.

Nice and new
A bit far from city center

Brand New hotel, very good breakfast, comfy bed, good shower, fast WiFi, friendly staff, very clean, nice rooftop restaurant and bar.
Location is out of the city, very quiet. For us no problem, but I think the hotel should provide beter transport options. Cheaper transport to airport and maybe bycicle or motorbike rental.

very clean and brand new, very friendly and helpful staff.
nice pool and gym

Modern hotel a short drive from the airport. I had a room overlooking the river, very peaceful and recommended.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooftop dinner was terrific, great value, atmospheric.
I walked to airport in a.m. for my flight on dike, with light rolling suitcase, good fun, about 40 minutes
Check on price for river view room, if not much more in $, take it.
I hate bell boys grabbing my bag(S) without my consent … I know it’s seen as good service in some places but for me it’s an infringement of my personal space and property.

Good staff It's only been open for a few weeks so very clean and modern
The bed was so hard i found it difficult to sleep. That is the only negative for me.

Bed and room were comfortable. The view was amazing.
The fan in the bathroom was not working. With some staff, we had some communication issues due to language barriers. However, they were friendly and did their best to fix issues we had.

sparkling new and clean
the wood above the pool is deteriorating a little and should be replaced
