The staff was very kind, it was always a warm welcome in the restaurant (for breakfast or dinner). We had a nice appartment with a well equipped kitchen and a big balcony with sea view. The a la carte restaurant "Rodies", where we had dinner once, had a nice athmosphere. The hotel is located solitarily, which was no problem as we had a car and there is also a hotel-owned shuttle bus to the beach for those who do not have an own car and want to go down to the seaside. So for people who like to have a calm stay (we were there in the low-season) in a nice appartment with friendly staff we can highly recommend this hotel.
Nothing - we had a perfect stay :)

An amazing place, perfect friendly Service. Quiet sleeping. Golf course 5 min by car. I highly recommend this place and would book it again.

Staff was very friendly, accommodation was very spacious (big living room with kitchen, large balcony, separate bathroom and bedroom), beautiful resort with well maintained garden (beautiful flowers). All facilities are there (mini supermarket, spa, restaurants, children's play ground and entertainment for both adults and kids).
The only downside I can think off is that we went in May and the swimming pool was a bit too cold for our baby (1 year old). It was fine for us as adults and we just placed a small swimming pool on our private balcony which our son loved!

our apartment was nicely decorated and had a homey feel. Even though the kitchen was small, it was very well furnished.
The staff was extremely reactive when we had an issue with the fridge, the maintenance came to replace it right away.
The reception staff is attentive and very helpful, the facilities are great and the resort is very well maintained
The Spa area could have been better, the heated pool was to cold and rather small, the sauna and hammam didn't work. The price of the treatment was too high compared to the quality, the staff too pushy, they insisted in selling products to me.

The room was not luxurious at a 5-star level

Restauration
Spa, disappointing + some people had children in the inside swimming pool, but it wasn’t advertised for all when outdoor swimming pool too cold

Room - large and comfortable.
Excellent massage treatments.
Greek dancing on Wednesday evening (The Villas) - superb, 2 hours of fun.
Very helpful staff.
Very nice gardens.
Outdoor facilities - tennis, ping pong, mini golf.
Very comfortable beds.
Jacuzy - should be an independent facility at 30+ degrees, not cold water that is part of the outdoor pool.
Room and walkways - flooding at the first rain. Must handle it.
Gym - can be improved, variety and renewal.
Dinner - does not worth the price charged, almost 20 Euros (variety and quality).
Room - large and comfortable, but lacks many stuff in the kitchen (paper, drying dishes tool, salt, cutting surface, pot,...).
Mini market - exaggerated prices!
No lights along the road to the resort.

The hotel staff was professional, polite, smiling, and kind.
We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The place offers a lot of entertainment options such as: sports, trips, good food, and live performances.
The thing that left a very strong impression on me is the combination of the vegetation and the pleasant smells that the plants give off.
Highly recommend to anyone who wants to rest and enjoy a good vacation, this is the place!
Driving at night to the hotel is not lit and the road is very narrow and winding. You have to be careful.

Excellent staff, room, food and facilities. Quiet location but plenty to do. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Spa and pool were wonderful. Happy to see the cat cafe!

no mention that suite was 2 story unit. Front desk did not mention upon check-in and we are obviously elderly.

Staff efficient, helpful and warm welcome. We booked half-board and extended our stay to 10 days (from 5).
The hotel obviously takes great pride in their buffet food and presentation - the chef(s) should be congratulated for their "wellness" giving and varied, wholesome choices - for all tastes. Vegetarian particulary. The deserts were a pleasurable experience. The massage spa sorted my husband's long-term shoulder stiffness and these facilities have a beautiful pool for a private swim (booking required), in the lower atrium. The grounds conceived/planted in 2006 are very eco modern, with native drought-resistant plants and shrubs. An earthy environment, with many birds. The independant apartments were very livable with views towards the big island. The golf-buggy service was prompt and invaluable for my disabled husband -and introduced greater flexibility for our apartment location on the site.
Directional road signage for Village Heights could be improved from the new Nation road. It was our first stay and we came by car close to dark.

our balcony was a little cramped

outside city mess but close enough if needed.
- shuttle service to beach club is amazing
- staff is great
outdated
we probably got the worst room with parking view when the description said mountain view..
the cleaning of the room was questionable to say the least… they can definitely improve on that.
Also the bathrooms are outdated and in need of a refurb…
