Room was vlean and comfortable. Shower never got hot, they had avnice whirlpool tub, but could not use it due to no hot water. Breakfast ends too early, 9:30 Eastern time on the weekend.

Staff very welcoming.

Clean and quiet. When I was leaving the next morning, as soon as I opened the door, I could hear sounds in the hallway, but I heard nothing with the door shut. I was impressed with that. My room had a jacuzzi tub, which I didn’t even realize it would have. Bed was quite comfortable. TV was huge. Didn’t make it to the free breakfast on time, so can’t comment on that, but I appreciated that they had a little snack shop where I bought a soda.

Room was comfortable, clean, quiet and had the standard amenities. Good location from Interstate. Staff was pleasant. Did not take the breakfast but the menu looked like it was a full breakfast.

Super cute hotel. Clean and cozy

Everything was good except for understanding the tv remote functions, no chairs or bench in room only a rolling office chair. Jacuzzi tub was a plus.
Didn’t stay for breakfast or use the pool but beds were comfortable.
Lots of places to eat nearby.

The pool area was really special with a bungalow style and lots of plants around! This is definitely something kids would enjoy. There were also a few arcade games. The grand finale for me was the massive jetted tub in my room! It was like a mini personal hot tub, and after a long day on the road it was heavenly. The people were all friendly and helpful. My only criticism would be that the water temperature struggled to maintain a constant temperature while taking a shower, it fluctuated pretty drastically between uncomfortably hot and back to my set temp, or a bit cooler. The breakfast was delicious! The biscuits and gravy were excellent.

Very nice place. Felt safe and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy. Beds slept great. Bathroom was clean. Carpet was clean. Would recommend staying here. Breakfast was good too.

We didn’t stay long. Just overnight on our way to Florida. Room was clean and quiet. Easy check in and out.

This hotel was reasonable and a good value.
However. Wifi only worked in the lobby which is a major strike. In addition, most of the electrical outlets in our room were not functional.

We had fights, screaming and hollering down our hall all hours of the night. Night manager wasn’t able to control it. Spoke with Manager the next morning and he was supposed to take care of our hotel room due to us getting there around 10 pm and not getting sleep due to the fights in the hallway. I’ve called the hotel now multiple times and still have not received the refund that was promised. It has been 2 weeks now.

Very welcoming person at front desk. Great location and close to a lot of good restaurants. Bed was very comfortable too!

It was clean enough, but there were huge gaps around the sprinklers in the ceiling. Like out right huge holes. Made me nervous about bugs, which there were a few. The hallways and common areas are outdated and smells. I mean for a place to sleep for a night it is just okay but a bit worrisome. There were bugs in the tub area as well and the furniture was chipped and falling apart. The bed was just okay. Bedding was very scratchy. I give it 3 stars over all.

Wingfield was rebranded from Best Western many years ago. Staff members were all friendly and polite. Property is dated but repainted and is relatively clean. Great location close to I65 Elizabethtown exit and all the food places such as Cracker Barrel, without going into Etown proper. Free breakfast is passable with eggs biscuit and gravy; used to have bacon sausage. Ice machines has sign no filling cooler.

The pool was freezing inside pool they had air conditioner blowing down but it was easy check in and check out

This room was used as a stop over on our way home from Georgia.
It was clean and comfortable.
The only issue I had was that the front desk was not staffed properly to handle the volume of check-ins. I felt sorry for the guy who was trying to take care of the volume. I will say he was very friendly and helpful in assisting us.

The room seemed clean but didn’t smell good. Maybe the carpet is to old.

The coffee needs to get better. It tastes like water with color.

The layout of this hotel was…odd, I thought. The lobby and a number of the rooms looked into the indoor pool. If I could have opened my window, I could have climbed onto the pool deck. I went without a shower Saturday morning because no matter what knob combination I tried, I couldn’t get the water to heat up. The bed was comfortable though.

Our entire stay was terrific. It was everything you could want in a stay. From the room to the pool to the free breakfast it was excellent.

Great meeting space, plenty for kids, frank is the man at the front

The hotel is perfectly fine for the price. It’s a little run down and the pillows were super lumpy, but it served it purpose as being somewhere cheap for us to stay for the weekend during a soccer tournament.

Cute hotel -pool, patio, pergola, etc. Breakfast was super! Staff was friendly and cooperative. Wifi could be improved...bed was too tall...floor could have been swept more often, but it was acceptable. Pool closed for three days😟due to "drain cover." (?)

The front desk employee was very friendly and helpful. He was working alone and the lobby was packed. Not only did he assist us in getting a room at the last minute, he also gave us an upgrade. The room was great!

Our room was comfortable and clean. The
shower was refreshing. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Lots of options. All staff was friendly and helpful. My motorcycle helmet had a bolt come loose holding the face shield and they went out of their way to help me by funding tools I needed to fix it.

During check in we were told to go to our rooms , drop off ourbelonings, then come back down and finish checking in. Once and done would have been nice. At the end of our long day we wanted to relax and watcg a little tv. When turning it on, no channels came up. We called the front desk and were told it would be about 15 minutes and someone would be up to fix it. After an hour, we called back due to the fact that no one showed up. This time it took about another half hour. Soooo. Almost too tired to watch tv by the time it was working. Also, we were never given the wifi password. Good times.

Good hotel for passing through town. Ceiling is thin so kids were playing until after midnight but management was able to take care of it right away. Bed was ok, liked the pillows. Room had mini fridge. Treadmill out of service. Room had sauna type bathtub, jets were stationary kind. Standard free breakfast, starnge curdle looking eggs, biscuits etc. Very nice large TV. Good for passing through town to your destination.

I had to book last minute and this property came up. Not only were they gracious to let me check in early, but the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. I left too early for breakfast but the service by the front desk was top notch. Will definitely recommend.
