Stay was okay but I accidentally left my wallet at the hotel and was assured by hotel staff that they had it and gave them my credit card information for them to mail the wallet to me as they said was their policy. I was told I would get a phone call once it was mailed by someone. Never got a phone call, and then I called a couple of days after the first conversation just for the hotel to tell me that they had mailed it and it’s no longer there. However I have a GPS chip that still shows the wallet is at the hotel and I explained that to them but they still insist that they mailed it and it is no longer there. It’s been over a day since this conversation took place with no updates and the wallet still shows its around the hotel somewhere from its last ping. I’m starting to think they stole it or did something other than mail it to me like they said they would. Definitely replacing all my cards and changing the numbers on everything and wouldn’t recommend even asking the staff for help as they will take your card information then conveniently forget to mail it out probably into their pockets.

Overall it was fine, got what we paid for and served the purpose for the tournament visit we were there for in Indy. The front desk staff were all very nice and accommodating, and it was nice to have the breakfast every morning. Many areas including the front desk and the hallways smelled of marijuana often and the woman taking care of the breakfast was less than pleasant or accommodating. The rooms were good but I agree with an earlier reviewer that the small rooms were overcrowded with two large furniture that made it feel cramped.

My stay was very nice. I had never stayed at a Best Western before so i didnt know what to expect. The beds were very big and comfortable. All of the linen smelled fresh and the room/bath was very clean. I would definitely stay again. The price was reasonable

We had two rooms. Key cards had to be reprogrammed several times. Pass through door in our room did not open. Not a big problem but would be nice if it did????

I was a bit disappointed with breakfast. Breakfast was not available at 6am as stated. The staff were still putting out food at 6 and we had to wait to begin. There were 2 large groups staying and it created a large line to get our breakfast. Also, staff were not refilling food as it ran out and we had to ask to have it filled. Once we got our food it was decent tasting.

Pros: Professional staffs, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Cons: Need a clear sign at hotel parking entrance from the street. No comments: I did not wait for the breakfast, had to leave early, I have no comments on breakfast.

Our stay was average. The service was decent. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Upon entering the hotel, it smelled strongly of marijuana (and that was consistent throughout our stay, each time we entered the lobby area).

I had a confirmation number and a receipt for how much my stay was going to cost. I have been charged about double what I was supposed to be. I spent time on Friday, Saturday and Sunday trying to get my bill corrected and there was never a manager on site or that they could get a hold of to remedy the situation. I am still calling and trying to get this fixed. It has been absolutely ridiculous!!!

My daughters and I came into town for a concert and we had asked for early check in and they were very accommodating. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. My youngest loved the pool and if it had been warmer I think the outdoor patio area would have been nice to sit at. Even breakfast was good. Typical cereal, eggs, biscuits and gravy and waffles. Would stay at again for sure

I stayed in this hotel twice a month for almost a year while I dealt with the end of my bankruptcy. During these visits I would have my daughter with me. It was a very difficult situation for the both of us but the staff at the Best Western Plus was always nice and friendly. They offered a “real” breakfast and the rooms were always clean. Even though we never took advantage, they also have a pool. Fortunately, my bankruptcy is over and I have my own place again, but I would like to thank the Best Western Plus sincerely for being wonderful hosts.

There is a nightclub across the parking lot from the hotel that attracts dozens of people at all hours of the night. They hang out in the parking lot after the club closes until the police come to clear them out. I was awoken on two successive nights at 4:15am and 3am by noise, yelling and police sirens. If you plan to sleep, don’t stay at this hotel. The breakfast is not great. Not much of a selection of fruit, pastries, etc. OJ machine was not working one morning and there was a sign there was no syrup for the waffles, so I decided to pass. The next morning, the sign was gone so I thought I would go for waffles. Fortunately, I asked first. Still no syrup. How hard is it to go out and buy more syrup at the grocery store for the next day? Staff is OK, not great. I’m sure they’re frustrated dealing with the late night activity next door that they can’t control, but something needs to be done or this hotel is going to be quickly out of business.

Overall good experience. We stayed one night while in town for children's museum. Everything was good and nothing negative to say. Only issue we had was Sunday morning before we left we were hoping to swim but pool was closed because the addition of chemicals. Very minor inconvenience but overall very happy with our stay there.

We needed a place to stay the night before moving into an apartment in Indianapolis and it was perfect. It was quiet, everyone was nice. We were able to take a swim in the pool before breakfast which got a very busy day off to a good start. I would happily stay again.

After a 10 hour day of driving I was happy to crash in my spacious and comfortable room. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was clean. Only odd thing was how low the toilet was as though it was in a child’s bathroom. It was a pleasant stay, no complaints.

Everything looked clean, it looked like they had recently painted, and the bathroom was huge. I guess the only complaint was the really low and small toilet. I liked that the bed was low and easy for me to get on with my mobility issues. We will DEFINITELY be staying again.

The staff was very helpful and courtous. The AC unit was pretty loud and the toilet was extremely low to the ground. It was a preschool toilet level. Other than that it was good. The breakfast was better than most hotels. I was able to wash my gbaby clothes for free.

The area was ok. The bathroom was in poor condition as the toilet seat was practically falling off. Very awkward!! And a 2 30 in the morning there were some very noisy people either in the hallway or a nearby room that kept us uo for over any hour! We were on 1st floir. I cannot believe the desk staff did not hear and stop them. Very rude.
