If this property was once good, it is no longer. With minor stains on the sheets, inexplicable fruit flies throughout the hotel room, a shower that only half-worked, and a clearly under-staffed environment, I would not have chosen to stay here had I know what it would actually be like.

The sofa in the room is so old and torn that it looks old. And the hall smells. I wish the front desk service was a little more friendly. It's a messy place that can't be cleaned

The resort itself was beautiful. The staff, that was present was fantastic, but there seems to be a lack of support regarding staffing. Lastly, the TV use was updated, however given it was a google TV, the sign in needs (it kept asking for the resorts login information) were inconvenient and it was not accessible though it was presented as available.

During our visit only one elevator was working while a huge event was taking place. It was a huge traffic and a big inconvenience! Also our room a/c was just blowing air. Not cold air just air! Sleep was terrible due to the a/c malfunctioning. But aside all that it was quiet comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Maid service is fast and attentive. The only thing is I haven’t got back my incidental charges total is 300.00 which is very upsetting.

Expedias price was $50 over the hotels rate. Their card machine was down so the clerk said he “had” to write down my card number, very suspicious, for an incidental hold. He also made a copy of my id, without my permission. The appearance of the hotel was lack luster. New paint is piled over old paint, the bathroom shown are not the actual ones on the premises. I won’t return.

The staff was really helpful. The rooms are fine. It's not luxury, but it's great for an overnight if you have kids and want a good pool.

The lobby is very nice and the desk staff is helpful and welcoming. There is no access to the balcony and there is a light on it that cannot be turned off overnight! The pillows and sheets were uncomfortable, the bathroom needs updating. There was a heat wave and the AC did not cool the room part of the night and the room became more humid during that time, fyi. The elevator floors were often wet from pool guests. There was not guest coffee like many hotels and the lobby coffee shop did not open until 8am, which was a bit inconvenient. The parking lot was spacious and free, which was nice.

Hotel is outdated and everything seemed to be “under maintenance”. Advertised as having a restaurant and breakfast but neither were staffed at any time. The bar was only open one night and the Top Golf Studio wasn’t working Half of the equipment in the gym was broken.

I’ll preface this by saying it’s not the managements fault, they were ok. We were discounted 1 night because the 1st room was unbearable. But, Room 1: 1st Night 2 Queen Beds No AC - 82 degrees No cable Broken Refrigerator Half filled mini bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body-wash (disgusting) No room service Moved room - Management Room 2 - nights 2&3 Refrigerator broken Microwave Broken Couch cushions discusting AC broken- 74 degrees (low) No cable Down Graded to King only bed With Pull out Room not serviced This is My first review ever. Stay at your own risk.

I had a okay stay(for 1 night) - only thing I didn’t like was the fake advertisement with the rooms in person compare in the website pictures. Rooms definitely need an update, it needs an update to match the lobby. Only thing updated in the rooms were the tvs. Air conditioner was not working strong enough, room felt wet most of the time. It was like a motel kinda.. not my cup of tea. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

Room seemed clean but smelled mostly of stale cigarettes. Lobby and floors were clean but then elevator floors were filty and something kept making the bottom of my shoes sticky. Also went to the front counter 3 times and 2 if those it had a sign be back in 10 minutes.

It was a comfortable place. The rooms were mostly clean, but this hotel definitely needs a little tlc. The staff was really kind and the golf room and pool were not operational. Overall it was an easy in and out and comfortable room so we were satisfied

The sign is broken when you enter property. The grounds are not kept. Weeds, and looks run down. The bar was not opened Sunday evening and would have had to go in ballroom where an event was taking place to purchase anything. The internet for streaming was very slow in evening. I pulled the sofa bed out to use the sheet but could not due to the fact it was dirty and the mattress had horrible stains on it. Housekeeping did bring me an extra blanket and sheet as requested. Over all it was a place to lay my head and take a shower but needs to be upgraded and grounds could be more presentable.

We were pleasantly surprised by the nice modern lobby and comfortable, spacious room. We were staying while my husband underwent a hospital procedure so wanted something economical and rate was great. While the room had a huge TV, it’s a strange setup that seems more oriented to streaming than live TV and we just gave up and used our devices. While website said breakfast included, there was none and the Starbucks was only open for a few hours (due to low occupancy), so that was inconvenient.

Outside was poorly maintained but inside was clean. Elevators were noisy even halfway down the hall. Guests were noisy as well, but this was out of hotels control. Overall, hotel met our needs and was a decent value.

The rooms seem to be renovated and are comfortable, beds are ok . No bottled water in your room unless u ask for. If u want coffee in the mornings u have to pay for it from the Starbucks on site that may or may not be open. Took stairs to 9th floor to avoid elevator, I heard on arrival that someone got stuck and the phone wasn’t working. All in all it’s not terrible.

Good mid level hotel in a very busy area. I was greeted by bugs in the bathroom which is expected being it’s an older building. Bed was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

Booked the hotel because of the restaurant & bar. Very disappointed in the actual restaurant & bar. They had limited offerings and bartender didn’t know how to make anything. Room was ok but bathroom was poor. Barely had hot water for shower. You can tell the hotel is very old. Went to the “gym” and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.
