Pictures make it look much better than it is. Slapped a little lipstick on the pig. Plumbing whined and faucet leaked when turned to shower, TV didn’t work at all, exposed screws sticking out of cabinetry, carpet stained and old, and chairs felt so dirty we didn’t want to sit in them. Staff were grumpy, pictures of breakfast room but no breakfast offered, hotel is surrounded by homeless camps, and the mattress was a cheap piece of junk from the 80’s that hurt our backs so much we had to go buy camper foams to try to survive the rest of our stay. Stay away from OYO. They are buying crap properties and trying to cash in without doing it right.

None of the amenities are open. No direct TV, no laundry, no swimming pool and no breakfast. Really only concerned with laundry and TV. Staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful. The hallway carpet had duct tape to repair tears, the furniture was all very worn, the exterior of the building hadn't been washed in years and the screen on my window was open and torn. The whole place needs TLC.

Comfortable stay, quiet. Easy to unload and enter exit to leave. Feels remote yet close to everything. HIdden Gem.

It wasn’t what I expected the hotel had smoke free and it wasn’t that clean. First room I was given the room smelled like smoke, tv didn’t work and the phone was broke. Staff was alright but not very helpful or friendly. I will not ever stay there again nor recommend anyone to stay there.

Several things didnt work. Heater/ac. Fireplace. Toilet moved. Thread bare curtains. No breakfast, pool, hot tub. Obviously going through renovations in the room, but not at all finished.

I arrived around 1030 pm to the property. Tried to check in and was informed i didnt have a reservation and was getting the feeling from her was just leave cause i dont have any open rooms. But had to keep insisting that i had a one and it was weird i received a email at 830 saying how was my check in. I told her the money was out of my account. After over thirty minutes she found out. She ussed my reservation and checked someone else in under it. Got my things to the room and my friend into the room. I left cause i needed to square up her things she has been honeless for nine months. I made it back at 1030nin the morning. Told the cleaning person that i needed a little cause i just got back and needed to shower and pack. She came back every ten minutes harrassing me. Then while checking out the front desk was in arguement with another guest. Room had useed soap on the coubter and trash in the can. Look like it was being used .

Staff was wonderful and super accommodating. I appreciate them making sure I got the room I wanted without charging , e extra or lots of hassle. Perfect in my opinion.

Stain on rug. Electric plug fell out of receptacle. No breakfast provided. Towel rack fell apart. Drab and dingy. They overcharged me (I will dispute the charge.)

I have stayed here before. Always wonderful staff. As a little older place it could use a little update. But for overall a great place to stay. Quite and secure.

Spacious, green, a mile from Costco.

When we checked in we went to check out our room. The fire was ajar, the beds were stripped and the sheets were on the floor and the room had an overwhelming stench from cigarettes. They had trouble finding a To for us that don’t stink. The room next to us was extremely loud most of the night. It also looked like drug deals were going on right outside the front door. We were not happy with our stay at all and can’t imagine ourselves ever staying here in the future. We agree that the only thing positive that happened here was all the beautiful Deer that we saw.

I needed to travel for family matter. I was tired after driving for many hours and just wanted to relax and be ready for the next day. I needed comfort. The experience at the hotel was just what I needed: kind people, comfortable room and bed, efficient, caring problem solving. I need to travel through the Olympia area for continued family issues. I will make this my destination for a nice rest. Thanks to all the staff.

Easy access and quiet, nice staff, rooms are spacious. Little molding smell, possibly from carpet.

The hotel was in obvious disrepair and the cleanliness was very disappointing. I booked this particular hotel because it specified being “scrubbed clean”. It was not. I will not be staying here again.

First room wasn’t ready bed wasn’t even made second room toilet over flowed could see that it was a on goining problem last room was fine

So much to say about this place in my week of staying in this hotel I did not see Any house keeping in my room. The towels and sheets were old and stained. The bathroom door did not shut. A lot of shady people hanging around outside asking for the wifi password. Garbage littered on the path leading out. The elevator felt and sounded like it was on its last leg. There were burns in the carpets and the room smelled like someone had smoked in it at some point. Absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. Was not fun having to re-use the SE few stained towels. Google maps page for it also advertises a pool which does not seem to exist and continental breakfast I couldn't locate. The lighting in the room is very depressing as well

It was horrible. Half the electical didnt work. Jetted tub was main reason for the booking and didn't even work.

Stayed here many years ago, has gone downhill, a lot since then.

Damage deposit required because clientele regularly damage rooms. Room was a smoking room and had been 'converted' to non smoking. One of the smoke detectors had a bag zip tied over it. Door lock felt inadequate. Overall clean though, bed was soft and the linens were clean and we stayed two nights.

Checked in and non smoking room smelled of both cigarettes and pot. Then went into the bathroom where used towels and soap were still there showing that it hadn’t been cleaned. Asked for another room which the did accommodate but it took us over an hour to have that room cleaned. The staff were very apologetic about it all but it was a long travel day and we wanted to rest. Then she apologized again because the tv wasn’t working. My husband fixed the tv himself. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the room, although it was large and roomy, it needed an update badly.

Facility needs upgrade. Staff was fine.

noisy plus gunfire at 1am one night. Cars were broken into in the parking lot. Will not stay in such an unsafe place again.

A good solid 3 stars. Average cleanliness. There was an unidentified odor, mold? Not sure. The coffee maker spit mold out. Mold in the water lines of the appliance. The sheets were clean, the beds modestly comfortable. All in all not too bad and the quality of the hospitality was to be expected for that price point.

I had a two day reservation. I checked in and saw the poor state of the building and very dirty state if the room. Plenty of drifters in the parking lot. I checked out soon after without staying for even one night. The woman at the front desk was apologetic and understanding. I will be seeking a refund for any portion of this reservation that is refundable.

Tired but acceptable for a quick stay. Bed had a roll to the middle feature, so updating the bed would be recommended, TV was also failing. But nice size room with kitchenettes.

weird people around (homeless??), pretty shabby ameneties and room smelled like cigarettes. Would not recommend at all.

We had an issue with the room but it was taken care of. It was ok place to stay.

The parking lot was host to questionable characters hanging around. Hallway lighting is inadequate. The hotel is in overall poor condition. The one bright light was the staff. They were welcoming and helpful. I would not recommend this hotel.
