The front desk clerk was very nice. We got to our room and the key did not work. But we heard a tv on inside the room. Someone was in there. Went back to check in and clerk swiped his key and also did not allow access to same room. Clerk said he’d have security look at it. We got another room. When we got to that room the door wasn’t even closed all the way; could walk right in. Had to push door from inside to get it to latch. Wasn’t convinced it was even shut all the way. Not the cleanest or updated. Also found a nice clump of hair near the nightstand. Kinda misty smell also. Definitely look at other places. Worth spending more money to get something clean and safe

We were arriving at 2am. I called ahead to make sure that’s okay because we had been driving over 14 hours. Arrived, night audit began as I was checking in so we had to wait 10-15 minutes longer. No place to park except far ends of the building I had foot surgery 6/7 so I had to walk a lot to get to my room. Got to room at 2:36 went to restroom NO toilet paper at all. Room wasn’t thoroughly clean. Back of toilet had dust and dirt on it. Carpet torn next to bed near window. Room looked dingy and seriously outdated. Horrible experience all together! Too costly to literally be in it 5-6 hours to sleep before having to get back on the road. No charging stations for phones and only one outlet near bed.

First of all if I visit an extended stay, I’m expecting they’re gonna have dishes provided for me. No dishes at the location that was part of the reason of my stay because I was cooking dinner for a date and then they pull out paper saying no drugs and weapons like do I look like a drug addict like let’s get serious here what type of crap is going on at this location and then when my boyfriend came to visit me he was ID at the desk and treated like a criminal. I don’t understand why they if the room is in my name he should have a problem with coming upstairs, they ID everybody coming in it’s like it’s a prison and I just feel like pulling out a paper saying no weapons makes a person not want to stay there because what’s really going on there that you’re pulling out a paper and say sign here that you have no weapons do people who stay there have weapons and drugs like let’s get a reality. Check here you know it seems to me they have shelter people inside this location. They care more about shelter people than paying customers get a grip upgrade your location I will never stay here again and they had no cell phone service and they had big attitudes. I’m all set.

When we arrived the hotel had a bad smell. The elevator was out of order. Thank goodness we were on the second floor. The hotel room was dirty and one room did not have a bedspread on it. The free breakfast in the morning is terrible. Coffee tea and stale muffins. This hotel was $250 a night. Just terrible

Worst hotel experience in my entire life. The hotel us dangerously unhealthy it is so unclean and dirty. The lobby smells if garbage due to the garbage room being 20 feet from the check in desk. The room first given smelled of rot and bad food. We were given another room but it was even worse. Pet odor. Mildew in the kitchen area. It had not been cleaned in a long time. There was trash and pet food in corners and under both beds. The tv remote was broken , the two desk chairs in such disrepair they were unusable. As it was late we had to stay so we vacuumed and cleaned as much as we could ourselves. Attached are photos of the dirt, pet hair, and debris the vacuum collected in the room. The sprinkler was broken, clearly a code violation. On the morning if checkout the only elevator was broken and so we had to carry belongings by hand down from the second floor. There was no staff support for any of these issues and when there was someone at the front desk they hid from view andwering questions without coming out in person. This hotel should be closed immediately.

It was good but there needs to be better pillows and the bed was too hard. Maybe it was the room we were in.

Everything is clean and well organized. the only complain i have is that the bed didnt have clean bedsheets, there were hair all ovee rhe sheets and pillows.

The property is a bit dated, but for the price, it ain’t bad! The front counter lady was super nice!

Pros: Easy to get to. Easy drive to area restaurants. Cons: Maybe it was just my room but refrigerator and AC noisy/loud when they "kick on/cycle". Wakes you up from sound sleep.

Staff friendly. Great value with kitchenette. Felt like mini home for the stay.

I just needed a quick, easy night in Nahsua. I was taking the bus in the morning. The price was much better than other places. It was 2 minutes away. A full refrige. Things to eat in the morning. And coffee in the morning. It was all I need

Good location for the highway but low standards

I picked this please because it had a kitchen. Unfortunately they had absolutely nothing for it. Not even a coffee pot. No plates utensils pot or pan. Complete useless. Had to go out to eat. Should’ve went to a different hotel that actually had things to offer other than a couple vending machines.

First thing that hits you when you walk in is the smell, not only in the lobby but some of the rooms. I had two rooms one smelt just like cigarettes and one did not. I mentioned it to the front desk when I found him. He did not only leave his desk constantly but he was leaving to go outside and smoke. The area around the property was great, and strict on security which is very nice. They just need to improve on their management and the house keeping and this hotel can make vast improvements.

Elevator wasn’t working. We had to carry a truck full of items up to the 2nd floor with multiple trips. Was not happy. Staff was friendly and apologetic.

Front staff was good we checked in and 2 hours later checked out massive hole in the wall funky smell people acting sketchy outside and either toe or finger nail clippings in the bed so bedding was obviously not changed mirror was gross will never consider going there again $300 we won’t get back and had to check into a different hotel so another $250 on top of that.
