The TV was hanging off the wall at a 25 degree angle, there was no shampoo, no cups, no coffee machine, no public food/drink conveniences, no "do not disturb signs", most of the time there was no-one at the desk, there were hookers coming in and out of the hotel giving tips to the people at the front desk after their tricks,

Didn’t feel safe, broken outside door by our room, noisy all night, only had coffee but no sugar, etc. Won’t stay again and would never recommend. Evening person at check in was rude.

Hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. We stayed one night at the beginning of the week and at the end. I was told when leaving the 1st night that I could use AARP card for an additional discount, which would also give us a later check-out time. The only problem I had with the room was that you couldn’t charge your phone next to the bed, since the USB plugs next to the bed didn’t work. The only plug was on the desk across the room. The bathroom was very large and could use a table next to the sink, since the sink is very small for shaving or make-up items. You will also need to bring a hair dryer and shampoo/conditioner. The second day we arrived very early and the lady at the desk, told us the the room was not ready, but she would have the cleaning lady do our room 1st. She also stored our luggage for use so we could go to breakfast until room was cleaned, since there is a restaurant next to the hotel, which is very convenient. When we returned there was a gentleman at the desk and everything that the lady had told us was now different. Can’t use the discount since I booked through Hotels.com., and would have to pay for early check in, (the room was not ready and now he had no idea when it would be.) He was not very personable and his disagreeable attitude was the reason I gave this hotel a lesser review.

I do not know if they are remodeling but the front desk needs a bigger desk and organization. I checked in at 3:30 and they had to find a room that was cleaned. The rooms were nice, beds were comfortable. Over all it was good. Just need better organization and communication.

The property ran out of key cards; which supposedly happen often. So to get into your room, the staff have to open the door for you. This is the first for us, not to have a room key to your room. We received a piece of paper with the room number written on it. And that’s our room key. This is how the staffs know that you stay there and what room to open. Would not recommend this place unless you prefer the inconvenient. Also, we booked a room with queen bed back in June. However, we got a full size bed.

When I made my reservation I selected to pay at the hotel upon arrival unfortunately my card was charged while I was still in Minneapolis. When I finally made it to the hotel no one could explain to me why my card was charged prior to my arrival. It was fraud and I will dispute the charge.

Evacuation stay due to hurricane Milton. Arrived and initially felt unsafe. No one at front desk for 10-15 mins. Strong skunk like odor through out motel and rooms. Seemed understaffed. I appreciated a place to stay with pets and that variety of pets accepted during the storm.

We stayed for 2 nights to avoid a hurricane on the West coast of FL. I think I've only been in 2 Motel 6's and one of them we left as soon as we saw the room. This was actually fairly updated and pretty clean. Nice that they allow pets but there was a fairly strong cat urine smell in our room. No real amenities here but for the price and pet policy it's hard to beat.

Horrible reception desk. Many people basically "live there". The "residents" outside beg for anything when you go to your vehicle. Needles in parking lot. Found a MJ vape pinned to my wiper blade. The room my guest stayed in had no refrigerator or microwave. Stunk like a skunk had been everywhere. Just a horrible place to stay. STILL HAVE NO RECEIPT FOR THE STAY!!!!

Pros: The staff were very nice, the room looked to have been updated. The location was central to the airport and highways. Cons: Be forewarned that the rooms do not have any shampoo, hairdryer, coffee maker, or mini fridge. There was a microwave, which was weird because most everything I would microwave I would need to put in a fridge. The entire second floor and stairwell reeked of marijuana, Minor problems in the room, like the remote not working and damaged shower curtain hinted at lack of attention. One of the staff was talking about calling the police for people squatting in the hotel while I was checking in, which did not give a great first impression. In the wee hours of the morning, I overheard things happening in the hallway that sounded like a prostitute and her pimp and encountered several people in hallways and in the parking lot who acted sketchy. I booked this place because I was on an extremely limited budget and needed flexibility. It was the closest thing in the price range I needed and I am not particularly picky. That said I will pay the extra for something else next time and wouldn’t want to bring kids here mostly because I didn’t feel very safe.

To give it a star is a joke. I’m okay with staying at a cheap motel like I have before for the price I paid. But this I felt like I was in a crack house I woke up every hour , checking the doors hearing people shouting. Just didn’t feel safe at all, the lady was nice at the desk. Those pictures idk it’s definitely not this location or maybe from the first year it was built.

Property was disgusting, room wasn’t clean. Poor gentleman at the front desk left to face all problems with limited help. Whole building was dirty and in poor condition/smelled strongly of weed and other drugs. Unfortunately hotel was overbooked and could not move me to another room. Had I not needed the room due to an event nearby, I would have canceled. Will be reaching out to corporate for a refund considering I had to clean my own room with my own cleaning supplies from MY business. VERY poor/first and last time staying at any Motel 6.

The room smelled bad and the area outside of the room was dirty with stained carpets and smelled worse. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay the night, it wasn’t as clean as other motel 6s I’ve stayed at in the past. We arrived the next morning between 8-9am because we booked the hotel only to shower after our flight that arrived in the early morning. They said if you don’t check in by a certain time (time not provided) they will give the room away even if you’ve already paid for it. So when we showed up for our room we had a little panic that it wouldn’t be available. The lady at the front desk was kind and checked on it for us. She said we were lucky that they hadn’t given it away.

All I can say is pay a little extra money or something better than this place as we found out from a local Uber driver the next day this place is known as the weed hospital. This place was so dirty I didn't even want to sleep the floors are so sticky there was food particles left over on the bed and the dressers, your feet stick to the floors it look like there was spilled soda and drinks everywhere that just dried up on the floors we found hairs on the sheets of our bed. The whole entire place reeked of weed and there was joints and drug paraphernalia in the hallways. Stay elsewhere!!!! we only stayed here for six hours because we were catching a cruise ship the next morning we could not get out of there fast enough

Excellent spot in Fort Lauderdale. (We are local, but stayed here bc our AC was broken) Parking is plentiful (we brought 2 cars, they don’t ask for vehicle info) Rooms are clean! Bathroom is clean! Friendly staff at front desk. The pool is very nice. Quick and easy drive right to i95!

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. The smell was a blend of mildewy carpet and strong cigarette smoke which was a surprise for an allegedly non-smoking facility. The floor was sticky. I asked the front desk for someone to come mop it and no one ever came. My allegedly clean towel had dark gray stains on it. Our second room had long black hairs in the tub when we first got there. I don't know how this place has an overall good rating. The only thing good was the helpful person at the desk. Do not stay here!
