room was fine and clean, but We booked a room with 2 QUEEN BEDS and they were full size. they were even smaller than the head boards on both sides. that was disappointing. Walk in shower was a plus.

This hotel did not disclose the fact that they were under maintenance and both the pool and spa were closed! Very disappointing to me as I was traveling and booked because of the spa. Maintenance was obvious both on the main floor and also on the floor they put me on. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable and quite loud with a large depression in the center. Private party was held in the hospitality room that was quite loud and very disruptive, waking me up several times. People were talking loudly in hallways and in front of the building right under my window while consuming alcohol from party. I finally called down to front desk to tell at almost 1am. Breakfast was ok- but exactly the same two days in a row. There was no safe in the room- despite the claims there are. I made several attempts to discuss issues with the property regarding this all - front desk dismissed it as two teen boys causing necessary repairs and agreeing that guests should be warned about the maintenance. Then tried to contact property through hotels.com and received no reply either. Very unhappy and disappointed my stay and will not be back! Will make me think twice about using Country Inn again in the future. If you are considering booking this hotel to enjoy a quiet nights sleep or their amenities I highly suggest you look else - there are many other hotels nearby!

The hotel had a lot of construction being done and the pool was not open. We booked there because we have 2 little ones and we wanted a pool for them. There was no mention of the closed pool we we reserved.

Our stay was fine. I did not like the tv channel set up and the bed was a tad hard, but I've had much worse. The room was clean as was the rest of the hotel since renovations are continuing to be done. I was bummed that the fitness center was still being renovated, but that gave me an excuse to try to sleep.

The staff were great and the rooms were great. They were clean and spacious. The only thing I wish could have been a little better was the hotel store was always almost empty every night. So if that could be better stocked it would have been perfect.

The hotel was nice, as were the rooms. However, the shower curtain in the bathroom was too short so water flooded the floor. The walls were pretty thin so you could hear your neighbors. And, the doors had gaps in them and were short (probably from the switch from carpet to linoleum flooring), so you could hear every sound from the hallway. There was a variety of breakfast foods which was nice.

I was so disappointed in this stay. Would not recommend this hotel. The front desk girl was not pleasant at all. Not a good first impression. The only things that were clean in our room were the sheets and the towels. The floors were dirty. The bathroom had hair everywhere. Had to wipe the hair off the toilet to be able to use. The shower had hair on the walls and floor. The counter and sink had hair. Absolutely disgusting. We have stayed at Country Inn and Suites before and never had these issues. Don’t stay here!!

We stay at hotels about 3 out of 4 weekends all summer. This hotel was my favorite so far. It was very clean the room was exactly as expected and the water pressure of the shower was perfect! Everything worked as its supposed to ( ice, pool, laundry) The breakfast was great none of that fake stuff and i can't say enough about the friendliness of the breakfast staff. They were very welcoming and made me feel like i stopped at mamaws. One lady as she was cleaning asked so many people did you get enough to eat? I love that. I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the extra roominess of the suite with sofa, table and chairs to spread out. Everything was clean and neat. The indoor pool was just right for our grandkids. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

Our check in was easy...the staff that took care of the Breakfast area was amazing! Breakfast was great and the dining area was very clean. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was comfy, the pillows were also nice, however they were more like sofa decor pillows instead of a queen or king size pillows. There were signs posted about quiet time from 10pm to 7am...but that didn't stop the people that don't understand common courtesy of being quiet. Other than that our stay was pretty good!

This property is fine for the amount they charge. There are several complaints I have though. This property is pet friendly, which is great, because I brought my dog. I got a noise complaint on my dog for barking twice. This was not during quiet time, it was actually in the middle of the day when little to no one was even in the hotel. Additionally, the same night, they allowed a family reunion to throw a party with the loudest music until 1:30-2am. My dog barking was the least of anyone’s concern, and my dog wasn’t the only one barking. In addition that that, the entire floor I stayed on smelled of marijuana every day.

The room was really nice. The showerhead was amazing! The only complaint I have is that the floor had not been cleaned. There was old food pieces beside the nightstand and it didn’t seem like the floor had even been swept.

We had stayed at this hotel once before during our travels. It is very clean and conveniently located right off I65. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was good. We had our 2 dogs with us and they gave us a 1st floor room close to an exit. We will stay here again during our future travels.

Alarm clock went off around 6, we did not set it. Fire alarm went off about an hour later. took forever to turn it off. Heard staff say that " this happens several times a year. there is a short in the system somewhere that they can't find." how troubling is that? won't be staying there again. What a shame because they property itself is amazing.

I liked the patio. We thought it was gonna rain and asked to potentially use one of the rooms (board room or breakfast room to practice music) and we were told no, which was fine. We went outside. But, I don’t think we would have harmed anyone and the other rooms were not in use. Regardless, nice stay.

I had a great and comfortable stay at Country Inn & Suites in Elizabethtown, KY. My room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. Check in was easy and breezy. I appreciated the thoughtful sign in the elevator reminding other guests about quiet hours. Great value!

Terribly noisy! Posted quiet time is 10 pm - 7 am. We were kept awake from 3am - 4:30 am by slamming doors and loud conversations.

One of the best places we’ve stayed at in a while! Staff were very helpful & friendly, and they had a town map & a list of restaurants. Good breakfast. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. About the only thing that we noticed was you could hear everything in the hall, but that’s expected to an extent. We also recommend the tour on the square!

I really love this hotel and the area around it. The woman who checked us in was fantastic! She moved our room to the first floor to make it easier for me to take my dog out. The area around the hotel is great. It's very close to so many dining options but there's room to walk the dog around. Very happy with our stay here!

We were just in town one night to attend a funeral the next day. We stay at Country Inns quite a bit. The room was fine as far as clean and comfortable, but when we got ready for bed and turned off the tv, we could hear the person in the next room snoring. Have never had that experience before. I think the headboards were both against the same wall. Not the hotel’s fault, but I guess the walls are thinner than usual. We ended up running the fan all night to cover the sound! Breakfast was great and they had 2 ladies running it so there was plenty of everything. So many hotels only have one person trying to keep up with everything for the breakfast crowd. The front desk staff - well - barely there. They seem to hide in the office and only appear if you absolutely need them. Was getting ready to ring the bell when we checked in. That clerk did the cursory check in and we had a similar 3 second conversation with another clerk when we checked out. Coming and going we never saw anyone behind the desk.

This was one of the nicest places to stay. We were visiting family for 10 days. It was quiet, clean, the room was a roomy suite with a great bed. Everyone from check in/checkout to the maintenance and breakfast staff were so nice! Would stay there again!
