An awesome hotel with great staff!

The hotel and its staff is exceptional, we had a perfect stay thanks to the warm welcoming from the lady at the reception “ didn’t get her name, sorry” she is a lovely person helped us with everything we needed with a big smile on her face all the time. The room was huge and exactly the same as the pictures, the jacuzzi works perfectly well with a view overlooking the sea. Thank you again for your warm welcome and for sure we will be back again!

Mesmerizing view and Jacuzzi, wow experience!

The room with a jacuzzi and the view is absolute value for the price. Big suite with all amenities.

Good

The room was very clean and spacious with an amazing ocean view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked the front desk for a guided tour to alacati, he recommended a great one (Ali) who took us for 7 hours in a VIP car. Overall experience was very good.

There was no safe present to place our valuables. There weren’t tissues and toilet papers until we asked doe them. The breakfast was mediocre.

Cold rooms, poor wifi and breakfast but, great parking service.

There was a parking lot and parking service.

Different name: on booking you rent from Zek residents hotel. In the reality, the hotel calls Miro hotel. We spent one hour to find the hotel. Smoke:On the first floor there is always the smell of smoke. Right after you get out of the room you smell the smoke. Breakfast: When you come to have breakfast, you don't understand what they have and what you can order. No menu. Wifi: Poor wifi. The strength of the wifi is poor. No wifi connection in bed. The wifi worked in the kitchen, but didn't have strength in the middle of the room. Cold rooms: The worst thing is cold in rooms. The windows don't keep wind out from the room. You feel the wind in the room with closed windows. We closed all the windows but the wind kept coming to the room. It got very cold in the room.

Breakfast, house keeping,cleaning not up to standard.chair in the room was dirty previous to our use of room,reported to receptionist she said would be cleaned not done.

Disappointed

Friendly staff especially the night guy!

Breakfast was disappointing, very hard pillows, no spoons with the coffee and tea available so impossible to prepare, only basic cleaning during our stay - and they smoked in our room while cleaning, very hard to find parking.

Super super friendly staff! They really do everything for our comfort! Many thanks guys!

But the hotel is really not recommended! So very very dirty in rooms. Garbage is everywhere and even near the bed. You can see my photos. The condition of the windows in the hotel is such that the windows cannot be closed. And nobody fixes it! Such a terrible Turkish tomorrow I have not seen before anywhere in Turkey. I’m totally Not Recommend this hotel
