Welcome to our clean and pristine certified fully renovated cozy two bedroom condo. Located on the second floor, enjoy the privacy of your own balcony. Free parking space assigned to the apartment. You will be provided with the remote to access gated parking lot.
Our new modern look makes you feel right at home. All new furniture.
Living room features smart big screen TV that will keep you entertained at all times. Wi-Fi available in the apartment with high speed unlimited Internet.
Our 2 bedroom condo features 2 queen sized beds, TV's, large closets and fresh bedding. On convertible sofa bed located in the living room can sleep two people.
Our new and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and 2 bar stools at counter, dining room table for 4 is fully equipped with new modern appliances, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, programmable coffee maker, espresso machine and all you may need to prepare meals and dine at home.
Bathroom is newly renovated with double sink bathroom vanity, large walk in shower, linen closet filled with beach towels as well as towels for personal use, and extra bedding. We provide 4 beach chairs and beach towels.
Home phone that has free calls to USA and Canada will keep you connected with your family and friends.
Brand new central air conditioning will make toy feel comfortable even in the hottest days.
Smart switches combine with smart hub. Nest Hub provides help at a glance in any room at home. With the Assistant built-in, you'll always get your best and latest shots from photos and play music with the smart nest speaker. View and control your connected devices from a single dashboard.
Apartment is equipped with the video doorbell camera. Being able to see who's at the door.
Coral beach building also features private beach with tiki huts, pool, pool bar and restaurant where you will be able to enjoy the award wining local beers, variety of cocktails and tasty meals overlooking the sea. Pool bar and restaurant is temporarily closed.
The lobby of the building is where reception desk staff will greet you and where you can find all information you may need to explore this tropical island filled with fun attractions and beautiful scenery. Whether you choose to go swimming with the dolphins, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, visit the waterpark or take in the natural beauty at Garden of the groves, you are sure to find something for everyone.
Perfectly located, a 15 minute walk from the main entertainment and shops at Port Lucaya Marketplace is where you can enjoy a variety of international restaurants, hang-out at the bars or just wander the straw market, local art shops, boutiques and jewelry stores.
A 5 minute drive by taxi or public transport located at the entrance of the building will take you to one of the big grocery stores where you can shop for all your food and home needs.
