About this cottage rental
Summary - A simple, dog-friendly holiday cottage for two on a working farm near Church Bay.
Dog Friendly - One dog welcome. Two small dogs may be considered on request. £20 extra per dog per stay. Please note that the grounds are not enclosed.
Suitability - Accommodation is on one level for couples. There is an additional crog loft bedroom which is accessed up a steep ladder and is not suitable for guests with limited mobility or young children.
Bedrooms - Ground Floor: Bedroom 1: the super-king bed. Hairdryer. Crog Loft: The crog loft can take two children in peak weeks only at extra cost for the bedding (please enquire). Please note that it is accessed up a steep ladder and may not be suitable for young children.
Bathrooms - Ground floor bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.
Kitchen - Simple, modern kitchen with consists of an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge and a separate freezer (3 drawers) and cafetière. Iron, ironing board.
Living Room - Living/dining area with L-shaped sofa and Smart TV. Table with four chairs.
Outdoors - Outside area with table and seating for two. Lawn area at rear enclosed.
Parking - In an area opposite the property, shared with neighbouring caravans. Room for two cars.
Children - Travel cot (no bedding) and high chair available on request.
Bikes - Plenty of space outside but not undercover. No hosepipe.
Wetsuits - Hanging space outside.
WiFi - Yes but at end of BT exchange and rural so please do not rely on fast speeds

A relaxed short break . The pub is within walking distance …. But it is a 30 min walk ! A very beautiful area. The accommodation is first clas.
