Audra's Place was a great place to stay! Location was easy access to main roads and shopping. Neighborhood was quiet and homes were well maintained. Our party of 3 women felt safe in this neighborhood. The home appeared to have been recently remodeled, was tastefully decorated and very comfortable to live there for a week ( except beds). Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare homemade meals - not just reheat leftovers! Complimentary coffee for the coffee pot, too! Plenty of towels and TP, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash in both bathrooms. A washer & dryer was available with complimentary detergent. Host response was quick and friendly when we had a few questions.
REASONS FOR 3 STAR REVIEW:
1. The beds were very uncomfortable, very hard. All 3 of us complained each morning about how poorly we slept and how much our backs hurt from the beds. Our party doesn't have these issues at home or when we've traveled before.
2. The coffee pot was a high end brand drip type. The coffee maker was new and worked well once we figured out how to turn it on lol! I had to find a YouTube video at 6:00 A.M. to operate the thing the first morning. Our group does have a sense of humor and we did laugh at this - after we all had our morning coffee. Directions on how to use the fancy coffee maker, placed next to it, would've been very helpful.

The location was perfect for our visit-clise ti just everything onr would want to do. The house was very comfortable despite the warm weather. The windows provide great ventilation and the ceiling fans helped to move the cool air at night. Perfect sleeping conditions. The house had everything we needed with a few extra thoughtful items. Thank you for sharing your house with us, M

This renovated older home in an established neighborhood in North Bend was perfect for our time spent with long time friends from Montana. We enjoyed the lovely yard with beautiful flowers (rhoddies) as well as the living space on the main floor for visiting. Kitchen is well supplied. Only caution is the stairs which weren’t an issue for us but could be for those with limited mobility. We wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay.

It was beautiful. There were some minor inconveniences, ants and ice maker did not make enough ice for more than one glass.

We came up to visit the local community college and had a great stay! The house is completely redone with a great kitchen/dining/living open plan space & 3 very comfortable bedrooms. All stocked with everything needed.
Spacious, clean, cozy home in a very quiet neighborhood. Plan to stay again when we move my girl into the college housing.
