The separate kitchen, which will be renovated in the winter of 2022, is equipped with an induction cooker, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine and a microwave oven. The whole house is on one floor. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a 160x200 box spring bed, one with a bunk bed and one with a single bed. Two bedrooms have a washbasin. There is a very functional and neat small bathroom with a toilet and shower, (renewed in winter 2022).

You can reach the cosy village of Koudekerke or the centre of Vlissingen with its various shops, restaurants and lively boulevard in 15 minutes by bike. The boulevard is also a lovely place for an evening stroll, to have a drink on a terrace or to get an ice-cream. There are also several cosy restaurants. You can reach the monument and provincial capital Middelburg, the mundane Domburg and the picturesque Veere in about twenty minutes by car. If you like to play golf, you can do so in Middelburg or Domburg. From Vlissingen, you can take the bicycle-foot ferry to Breskens.
