About this apartment rental
This quaint studio sleeps four across a Queen bed and a brand new, Queen sleeper sofa. This second-floor unit also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and a private balcony overlooking the lake. It is ideally located in Lakeside Village so you’re just steps away from shops, restaurants and lake activities. It is a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center.
Once inside, the foyer offers two storage closets for guest use. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination and granite countertops as well as a separate vanity area for convenience. The living room offers a flat screen TV with a DVD player and wood-burning fireplace to cozy up inside by. The sofa is brand new and folds out into a sleeper sofa for additional guests as well as a recliner with a foot-rest.
The Queen bed is nestled by the windows offering a serene view during the day of Keystone Lake. Natural light is easy to come by as the far wall next to the bed is taken over by large windows exposing beautiful mountain views and lake views. Next to the bed guests can access the private balcony. The private balcony overlooks the Keystone Lake and surrounding mountain views.
The fully stocked kitchen also has granite countertops as well as a refrigerator with an ice-maker, full sized oven for home cooked meals, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. Utensils and cookware are available for guest use. The dining room seats four.

Condo was clean on arrival well appointed. Our plan was to come to Keystone. Enjoy the mountains and watch the Olympics. However, immediately NO TV FUNCTIONING. We immediately called, and was told someone needed to be out later that evening. Got the same run a round w promises for THREE days. Everybody passed the buck on to someone else, but we never got any help. Nice “sorrries”, but no TV. WE LEFT TODAY after 4 days, very disappointed-NO PM OLYMPICS Then, as we were preparing to leave to decide to use the laundry down the hall -swalloes$1.75, NO WORKING. DONT ADVERTISE AMENITIES THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE. REIMBURSEMENT. CALL 517-290-0701.

This was a great location in Keystone - only about 5min drive to Keystone Resort, 25min from Breckinridge, 20min from Frisco, and 10min from Dillon. The instruction packet that was emailed was FANTASTIC - probably one of the most thorough instructions I've ever received from a rental property, including check-in and check-out instructions, driving directions, wifi instructions, and even recommendations for local activities, dining, etc.
We found the bed to be very comfortable and the property to be quiet - we heard the neighbor's TV for about 10min after we first checked in, but otherwise the loudest thing we heard the entire weekend was the geese. You should bring an eyemask if you don't want to rise with the sun, as the blinds don't block much light, but we knew this from reading previous reviews, and it didn't bother us at all. It's a great efficiency-style apartment, very clean, and well-stocked with basic needs (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, aluminum foil, soap, etc.). We would absolutely stay here again!

I've rented this exact unit several times and it is ALWAYS on point! So clean! Kitchen is well stocked with everything I need. Great location on the lake and the views are absolutely second to none! I love this little condo!

This review would be strong except that the mattress was poor on the sofa bed. So instead of supposedly sleeping 4 in the unit, only the window bed had an adequate mattress. This was very disappointing, and a problem.

The condo was as expected and nice with the major exception that the sofa bed mattress was terrible. I rented the unit with the expectation that my young adult son would sleep fine on the sofa bed. Sleeping for 4 was advertised, but only the window bed mattress was adequate. We put the sofa bed mattress on the floor and used additional covers under the sheets to make it even partially adequate. This was very disappointing given the price of the unit and advertisement for sleeping options. Do not expect anyone to sleep on the sofa bed. The unit sleeps 2 on the window mattress only.

Very clean and spacious studio. Had all the kitchen essentials I needed. Was extremely convenient to have the Keystone shuttle pickup right out the front door. Made for an excellent, and very relaxing, vacation enjoying the Keystone slopes.

No one called us back and there was barely internet. Couldn’t have a computer and cellphone on the wifi a once. There was only 16mgb I have photos. Completely disappointed at the lack of customer service from summit and hoa and internet provider. Plus we couldn’t breathe and if we left window open, the bar was loud. Didn’t know bar was there.

The condo was in a great location, had all the amenities you need, comfortable, and just easy to access. Plenty things around to do, eat, and shop. We had our two little kids and they loved the bed by the window. It was pretty quite during our stay and very peaceful. We definitely took advantage of the wood fireplace while it snowed outside. We would stay here again. The bathroom sink was a little slow to drain, but that is hardly anything. Just worth mentioning so it can be looked at.

White the unit was cozy and comfortable, we had some dissappointment in the lack of "Christmas" at the complex. The pictures showed lights and Christmas Tree on the lake. The tree was half assembled the entire three days we were there. Hardly no lights at the complex at all. Woke up at 6am on Monday to the Zamboni outside the unit window that ran on the lake until after 9am.

The check in process was great, room was as advertised and everything was clean. A few issues ........the loud music at the ice rink and the sound of people walking above us. The bed was quite uncomfortable along with the pillows. After snowboarding I was ready to sleep at 8-830 (my 8 y/o son went to sleep at 8pm both nights he was so spent. He mentioned the music was irritating him also. The music stopped between 9-930 and I was able to sleep then. Maybe if they turned the volume down a bit earlier it would have been helpful.The location was great though and there is plenty to do in the area. I personally wouldn’t stay here again because of the loud music and uncomfortable bed, but I feel like the value was there for someone willing to put up with those few things. Me personally I’d rather pay more for something quieter and more comfortable.

We really enjoyed staying in this property. The small balcony had a lovely view of the lake. We preferred sleeping on the sofa bed as opposed to to the bed by the window because the mattress was firmer and not so much light was shining in on us. Location is perfect.

Best kept secret in the area. Quiet, peaceful but close enough to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Hiking, scenic drives, walks along Keystone Lake or the snake River. Or just sit outside and take in the beauty of the Rocky Mountains. Highly recommend.

When checking in and retrieving our keys, the keys and paperwork were not ready in the mailbox when they said they would be. We had to go up to the office and they had to get everything ready up there. I’m not sure why they weren’t prepared for our stay. Our actual unit had a clogged bathtub, no light in the fridge, leftover cleaning supplies on the counters and black hairs all over the bedding and pillows. The views were beautiful but this company was not prepared four our stay in regards to access and cleanliness. Also, there was a screaming and crying drunk couple outside our window from 1:30-2:30am. It seems like all of these issues could’ve been avoidable. Hopefully this vacation rental learns and does better for future guests.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. We stayed here to snowboard Keystone. The view was amazing and instantly after walking in we felt comfortable. It’s a close drive to the slopes. If you feel like walking, you can walk about 15 minutes to Peru lift. The only recommendation I have is to bring your own towels. The towels are stiff and scratchy.

Spent 3 nights at this wonderful condo and loved it. The bed by the windows was nice and comfy. The only thing is the blinds start to get annoying as you try to sleep!
This place had many items you would need to cook. We didn’t do any cooking though.
The pull out sofa for my daughter was actually really nice. We were surprised by the comfort of it. The location is really nice for doing activities. Ice skating was right there. Super expensive! Be prepared!
The pizza place downstairs was really good.
The only complaints I have, which aren’t even really compliant is that the check-in could be a pain for people not having a car. If you are utilizing the bus system you will regret it. You have to go to the office to pick up your keys.
Wish we knew this ahead of time. Also they need to have directions to the pool area. This place is huge! It is a long walk through the lodge and outside to get there, but man when you do you’ll love it!!!! One the best ones I’ve been too. We travel frequently. The pool and hot tub was fantastic after a day of skiing. I plan on staying here again cause it was a little piece of heaven :)

Other than the parking situation, this was a great location and a great little spot for me and my boyfriend! I was under the impression we had assigned parking spots, but that was not the case. There is very limited parking available outside in the unshoveled, snow-covered parking area. I read somewhere that there was “heated parking” for this property. Also, my boyfriend is 6’3,” so the smaller memory foam mattress topper was a bit awkward for him since it doesn’t cover the entire Queen mattress, but overall this was a great spot.

This studio was perfect for my boyfriend and me to take a little weekend trip to the mountains. We really enjoyed waking up in the nook overlooking Keystone Lake. The mattress was super comfortable and we loved having a wood-burning fireplace. The place was very clean and well-stocked with coffee filters/cooking utensils. Be aware that there is no cooking oil, you'll need to pick that up at the store. We took a walk to River Run one day and rode at A-basin another day. SCMR was super easy to communicate with and the check-in/out process was seamless. We can't wait to come back!
