The staff were incredibly kind and helpful.
The AC wasn’t that effective, the fridge wasn’t cold.

location!!
beautiful view over FDF and the bay. cool breeze. charming building. very friendly & helpful staff. pool is just the right size to swim laps. (and to have cocktails with new friends😉)
seating/ seats could use improvement. there are no really comfortable chairs or stools.
there also were some renovations going on; a heavy truck ruined the walkway between pool and main building. this was not even temporarily fixed or smoothed out.

The view from this location on Fort de France is fantastic. The feeling of an old home is charming as well. The main suite room is huge, with a living room / TV area, a huge bathroom, a great private balcony with couches. The staff is very friendly. The included continental breakfast is very good. We didn't use the infinity pool, but it looked great. Coffee machine in the room, and mini bar (not used). Mosquito nets.
The F&B prices are outrageous, over 50€ for a course and a fruit salad, if not more. It's at least 2x the price I would pay anywhere else in the world. And there was no other option for eating in the neighborhood at night. The suite is also 2x the price I should pay for. I had booked for 3 people, but the reservation allowed only for 2, and I ended up paying another 50€ for the 3rd person in our suite. Travel to this remote place is expensive, expect 40€ to the airport each way, or 25€ to the city center. Wifi was extremely slow, we had to use 4G.

Amazing villa top the hill, with a great view on top of Fort-de-France with nice outdoor and indoor lounge spaces. Staff and owner were very nice and friendly. As an experience: we felt we had the entire villa for ourselves as there weren’t many guests around: felt exclusive.
We had access to all the facilities of the propriety even the entire departure day: so we didn’t spend much time in the room (the double room) - which was pretty small.
Breakfast was nice but we would have loved to have the possibility to have apero/lunch/dinner: which needed to be ordered 24h in advance. I understand they are working on this experience. Looking forward for it as I will definitely come back, once in Martinique.
Pool wasn’t really heated up and as the weather was a bit unfortunate, we didn’t spend much time there. The beds around the pool weren’t very clean but I would blame it on the weather, again.

One of the most stunning places I’ve ever been to.
Beautiful old house renovated with great taste. You feel like home and the view is incredible. Good job.

it feels like staying at a friends place, but with the perks from an hotel. Their pool is a perfect and the view is amassing. Will definitely return when I am back in Martinique the next time.
